There was a thread made months ago, then it somehow appears to be in the new posts section. So you click on it and notice that there was some n00b that thought they could get more posts by bumping dead threads. And don't worry The CHOSEN one, I didn't say your name.

 

Some necrobumps are nice, such as the one about DA getting hit on by some old guy.

 

Your really behind ni the times aren't you? People bring this up everytime and it's even a rule.

I think I only ever bumped one thread. And that one was just from like, a week before, and it was on the second page, so it wasn't all that much of a bump.

It depends really on what the threads about. If its some crap that no one really cares about from 3 months ago, there really isn't any point.
