Definately photobucket.

 

Photobucket photos have a much worse quality once uploaded.

No, you saved the first one as JPEG, and therefore got artifacts. The second one is PNG, which saves the original image. :\

So totally true. Photobucket is great, and it's really worth the five seconds it takes to register. I like it.
