Open with a media player. Ignore warnings. Continue the mystery from there.

And those two seconds of sound hold all the answers. Try PICTURING the sound. Think about what it might LOOK like.

Hex analyzed, nothing found. Must be some lame try to make us think of something particular just with the sound.

Odd. If it's renamed into a .wav file, then it still opens, and actually plays differently. (.ogg and .flac can be used too.) None of my other files do this.

I've listened and looked at the waveform of the audio, and there is nothing special about the sound itself, I'd say. So whatever we're supposed to find is probably hidden in another part.

I did a bit of Googling to look for programs that hide files in MP3s, and I found one. Can we have confirmation that we don't have to purchase/download any software specifically to decrypt this?

He's either messing with us or he doesn't know how to decode it either.

Well he said 'PICTURE' and 'LOOK', so perhaps we're meant to open it as an image file? The sound itself doesn't seem to hold any answers. ::::/

Tried it lol. Only thing wrong in there is that the file's header has the bytes used by .wav files.

Let it go P, if there's something interesting he'll post it. ;)
