Top 5 DA's Top 5! Week 12(55) (Feb. 17th - Feb. 23rd)

Every week, I scour the video portal's latest submissions and pick my top five favorites. Just because you don't make it into the top five does not mean that you're video wasn't good. We just have so many good videos that they're hard to choose from!

Again life got busy and I was unable to do 2 last week, but fear not this week should be quieter. Anyway here is the Top 5 for this week.

Song: Diary of Jane by Breaking Benjamin

This video has crisis core spoilers. I had a hard time chosing between the 1 and 2 this week, but I picked this one in the end because of the technical aspect. The video has a whole was very good. Just don't let the effects do the talking, effects are only a part of a good AMV.

A good emotional video, some very good effects that weren't overused they fitted quite well for the type of video. The main flaw with the video was the flow, the video lacked it and flow is highly important for an emotional video.

Interesting mix here. Syncing was pretty good, though more lip syncing would of been nice, but a good effort.

A pretty good video. Though it needed more flow and more fluid transitions.

It's good to see people doing something original, and take story over effects. It would of been number 1 if it weren't for the fact you used Death Note. The concept was weird, but it worked.

A good beta, seems pretty good, and I can't believe i'm actually saying this, but it needs more effects when the music picks up.

again, why did a death note one, that had something to do with KH, not get 1st, when one that only had FF make 1st? Yes, there are FF characters in kh, but it doesn't center around the FF story-line. (otherwise, 'Arith' would be dead) Personally, I think #3 should have made first. >.>

 

i think that the amv get better and better each week now

 

Well I allow FF into the Top 5, but Death Note has no relation to KH even if KH appears in the video, so that's why it wasn't entered.

 

Man, I hope someday I can make videos of this caliber, they totally rocked

BUT

why do final fantasy AMVs usually get 1st place?

fair enough they are really good n all that and I know ff is related to kh but in this weeks amv there was like no kh in it at all

I'm just saying since this is a website for KH and has clips for KH should the number one AMV not be revolved around kh? or at least have somekingdom hearts clips?
