I am inbox rotting about eight people on Facebook.

(for those who don't know, inbox rotting is when you leave people's friend requests in your inbox because you don't want to be mean and decline them, but you don't know them well enough to accept them)

    xD You win Amber.

Seriously, there's this one girl and I'm not really sure why she'd bother to request me. She moved away four years ago and I never really knew her. I mean, what's the point?

Probably someone who needs a bunch of friends for some app and is inviting anyone she thinks she can get away with having on her friends list.

Lies. Myspace is trying epically hard to be Facebook, first of all. Their layout is annoying and the stupid IM thing keeps popping up, not to mention Facebook has a much cleaner and more organized look. The only thing Myspace is good for is music.

What, you think facebook is for people you know? I have hundreds of friends and I only talk to like 45 of them. If you see someone in the hallways of your school and you know them maybe they're eligible to be your friend on facebook, lol

Lol, people from my high school (I am now in college) keep requesting me... like, freshmen! I have no idea how they even know who I am!!

I must have left some kind of legacy XD

...Or it's possible that they know my sister for some reason (she's a junior) and then for some reason think that they know me through association...

My mom got a facebook many moons ago, and she added me... I ignored the request for MONTHS, but finally she guilted me into accepting. Thankfully, she has absolutely no idea how get around on the internet, so it's basically like she doesn't have an account... but still D:

Myspace and facebook are both silly. Same goes for Bebo x2. I don't see the point. I go on the internet to avoid communicating with other people I know in day-to-day life. Why would I want to have that interaction soil my time online? (and the sad thing is, I'm 75% serious.)

Lol, well I think that facebook is great for just that reason. My friends and I all went to different colleges this year, and I can easily keep in touch with all of them, even the ones on the other side of the country. Thank god for facebook!!

(I used myspace when I was a child. Now that I'm grown up I have upgraded to facebook, because it's obviously better.)

If I want to do that, I use MSN.

My usual stance is that if that if we don't keep in touch in day-to-day life, I don't see the point doing it virtually.

I much prefer hanging out in a forum full of complete strangers.
