So yeah i've been looking up the Windows Surface RT tablet that's a few months old in the market now, and i'm really wondering whether to get one or not...
It seems that the hardware is perfect and the best out there yet certain aspects of the software are leaving people wanting for more.

What i'm really wondering is, for someone like me, will these software problems hinder my enjoyment of it?

I'm mainly going to be using it for its Microsoft Word, and internet functionalities, browsing the web and doing my Uni work. I don't care much about the games since i've never been a great fan of portable gaming on devices like this. I''d probably use it to watch youtube and videos, talk on Skype chats, get on KHV and other kind of relaxing chill things.
Basically it'll be my work/play system for knuckling down during the day and relaxing at night. It seems perfect for me in this sense, in many ways, however I still don't know if this is quite true.

So from what people know, does this tablet seem perfect for someone like me? Will I be hampered by all the problems these reviewers face? Or will it be my one true love?

Anyone with first hand experience, advice is greatly welcomed!
