Question Can Someone Explain Why The Darn Avatar Isn't Movin'?

It's a GIF, but it doesnt seem to be workin'. I've done all I could, but as you can see, nothin' works. Any suggestions? Please?

Could be the file type. :\

 

It could have had to be resized. If a GIF is resized, then it wont move.

It's JPEG not gif so that's your problem.
Maybe the forum only uses jpeg but I'm not sure as I joined today lol

 

that's probably the problem - jpeg is usally the file that people use so maybe it's the only one
