Fixed Broken Expand Button on the Bottom Breadcrumb on the Forum List

    Should be self-explanatory. When I click it, nothing happens.

    It's above Help in the footer.

    This has been fixed. The button is actually not suppose to appear down on the bottom breadcrumb, so it has been removed.
