I completely forgot you could learn enemy skills, so I am doing that now and trying to get my main party each enemy skill I can obtain thus far, but I'm wondering if skills can only be learned once by one character? I'm having no luck getting the same skill for each main party member. Am I just having bad luck? So if Ryu learns Influence, does that mean that Momo or any of the other allies can't learn it?
I think I've figured it out. Only one character can learn an enemy skill; if you want other characters to also have that skill, you must use the skill inks you obtain throughout the game. This can be locked.
