As a lot of you know, I just gave up back in late December 2011 because of Braig. Well, I wanted to start playing again and could definitely use some tips on Braig.
One word. Block. And a lot of it. If you don't take advantage of that, it'll be nearly impossible to beat him.
Basically this, if you block right it hits Braig back making him take damage. Be careful of some of his attacks though, know when to block, and when to dodge. I can't remember which attacks, but it's pretty easy to read them. You better get used to beating him 'cause you'll fight him again as Aqua.
It's been a while since i played, but what you do is keep blocking until he stops moving then rush in and attack. It takes a while, but as long as you keep blocking it's not too hard.
If all else fails, level and meld. I've got spreadsheets I can send you about what melds into what if you want it. I only used it to get Second Chance/Once More and then again at end game to get all commands, but the fun of the game is ruined more by the inability to progress than the mysteries of the command system.
Just block at the right time. You can actually reflect Braig's bullets back to him unless he teleports.
Just block. And attack when he has finished his mid-air melee. Its that simple. It also depends on what difficulty your in.I beat him on critical cause ima bowsa
