Bought my Distant Worlds tickets

Had to wait in a queue of about 900 for about half an hour and couldn't get all the tickets I wanted in the same area.

My mum didn't have this sort of trouble when she bought Lionel Richie tickets.

Distant Worlds is serious business. ._.

Well I uh...just assumed that, y'know since we're both Scottish that you could erm...pay it for me? :lolface:

 

The price has shot up! Last year I paid £37 for a ticket in the arena. This year I paid £55. I only managed to buy 2 tickets in the arena so the rest is off in the circle about it. xD

I'm panicing because my dad said to wait until there's not so many people on the site to buy them ... I'm worried it's gonna sell out.

 

Join the waiting room and leave the window open. I'm honestly surprised there's still a queue after 3 hours.

*sigh* I missed out too. VIP tickets still available but that's £135 I don't have to spend. Hope you have fun there. I should have been prepared for how quickly they were going to sell out, especially considering how many people missed out last year, no wonder everyone would be ready at 9 AM sharp. I'm just hoping they add another date or possibly come to Birmingham. Might be asking a bit much that though :/

When I logged on before 9am there was about 900 people before me. This thing sold out insanely fast - about 4 hours. Which is a shame cause a lot of folk missed out since they were either at school or work. They really need an extra day in the UK.

 

Yeah they might consider it seeing how fast everything went. No doubt they could fill the hall again over with the amount that didn't get in, and make an absolute fortune. Already there's tickets going on eBay for £100, apparently some guy whose 'friends let him down'. I don't believe it for a second haha :) Gutted because this is the 25th anniversary as well, I bet they will do something special. When it gets to it you must let me know every detail. Set list, videos played, any amazing cosplayers, everything. I got a picture with a guy last year dressed up in a perfect Zack costume hahah

 

They don't need an extra day, they need to come to Scotland ;trollface;

Seriously though, UK population is around 62,262,000 and that's not including people coming over from the EU for it. They really shoudl do more thn one concert here consiering the number of fans there are here.

 

We should rally the troops and have them all send, 'COME TO SCOTLAND! WE HAVE MONEY!'. It'll work.
