Kingdom Hearts Blue trinities list

I almost completed the trinities, I only miss a blue trinity, could someone post a blue trinities list so I can find what I am missing?

Near the Cafe, in the first District.
Receive - Postcard

:: Traverse Town
Close to the wall, near the World Exit
Receive - Munney

:: Traverse Town
On the ramp leading round the back of the Lady and the Tramp statue
in the third district

By the save point, inside the Mystic house. To gain access, cast a
fire spell on the red door in the third district
Receive - Munney and Mega Ether

:: Wonderland
Inside the small alcove in the Lotus Forest
Receive - Ether, Potion, Tent and MP Balls.

:: Wonderland
Inside the hidden alcove in Locus Forest. To activate, beat the Queens
cards, and push the rock into the lake while in large form, then jump up
the mushrooms that appear.
Receive - Camping set and MP balls

:: Coliseum
Beneath the large gladiator statue on the left hand side (as you walk in)
Receive - Mythril Shard

Beneath the large gladiator statue on the right hand side (as you walk in)

In the area beyond the lowest door in Chamber 6.

On a piece of wood on Monstros mouth. Accessible once you lower
the water there to uncover it

In the middle of Monstros throat
Receive - Munney and Mythril Shard

:: Hollow Bastion
Head through to the Lift Stop you can access via the Grand Hall, and use the
Blue crystal to drop a level. when in the waterway, use the nearby lift to
drop another level, the mark is nearby.
Receive - HP Balls, Mega-Potion, Mega-Ether and a Cottage

:: Hollow Bastion
Directly after you ride the large floating platform
Receive - MP Balls, two Cottages and a Mega elixir

Content on the boxes might be wrong seeing as it's for vanilla KH1, but the locations are right.

 

Well, it seems that I already unlock all the trinities, but the counter on Jimini's journal isstill 16 .__. Maybe a bug?

 

I checked, that guide is apparently a little wrong, there's no blue trinity on chamber 6 of monstro, but there's one on chamber 5.
If that's not it then I have no idea.

 

I already unlocked the blue trinity on mostro, I don't remember where it was, but I unlocked it. And I also remember that I unlock all the others trinities on the list. But the counter is still 16.
