I assumed it was going to be Paine's English VA, since her Japanese voice is the Japanese voice Paine... although if you ask me, a deeper voice like Paine's wouldn't really fit. :/

I heard a rumor that Zooey Deschanel may be her VA, and while I love her I don't see her voice fitting- it fits in the sense that's it strong and a little deeper (...not... too deep) but otherwise I think she sounds too adult-ish? I dunno. xD

 

I think the voice actor for Lightning in FFXIV would fit Aqua. I think her name is Claudia Black.

 

I really doubt that one too. xD Zooey Deschanel is cool and all, but that's too random.

 

First of all, it's FF XIII, not XIV.
Second, Lightning's VA is Ali Hillis.

As long as her VA isn't Miley Cyrus I don't... really care too much. Their English VAs have been pretty awesome so far. c: I trust Squeenix.

 

Which hot girl can voice her? They won't get her but can Jessica Alba voice her? Like I said it's wishful thinking.

 

Their looks don't really matter if you're only hearing their voice.
Miley Cyrus would be bad, not because of all the hate on her, but her voice doesn't sound serious enough.

 

I don't get why people are hating on Miley.
And heck, even if Miley WAS the voice behind Aqua, I'd still buy the game.

 

I don't understand the haters on Miley, either. I don't like her music, but I don't know how she is as a person, so I'm not going to judge.

That said, I would still buy the game if Miley was the VA for Aqua, but that's not going to happen. Miley's is too country and raspy for the role of a petite teenage warrior. I think they should use the voice of Lenne from FFX-2. I can't remember who did her voice, but I remember it was heavenly.

 

I hate Miley cause her show sucks. Selena Gomez's show sucks too, but she's hotter.

Tara Strong could prolly pull off an Aqua.

It's not all Miley's fault her show sucks.
It's mostly the writers', producers', etc.
So by extension, you hate Disney.
But wait...Kingdom Hearts is part of a Disney franchise!


And besides, you're not going to see them, you're going to hear them.
FFXIV isn't out yet and it's a MMORPG if I'm right, so there won't be a central character with a voice actor
and Lightning is in XIII, so I don't know what you're talking about, CrownedRoxas.
Anyways, Miley and Demi, I think are a no-go. Not because "their show sucks" or "they're not hot enough," but I don't think they sound old enough to voice Aqua.

 

Cree Summer. Among other roles, she was also the voice of Kida in Disney's "Atlantis: The Lost Empire" and she voiced Lady Belgemine in the first FFX game.

 

Her regular voice and singing voice were two different voice actors though.

I said nothing about whether she should be in KH. I just said I don't like her. And Yes, I do hate Disney. Current disney, anyway. Notice how the only thing even close to the disney of the past 10 years is PoC.

I don't think Cree would be that good for Aqua. Her voice is is really only suited for black girls/women and mature women (like the scientist in Arc the Lad). Her voice is too raspy for Teenage white/Asian/Whatever characters. I just don't think it would sound right.

Edit: and yeah, it kinda is her fault. Theirs a little thing called "Acting". She doesn't need to act like a schreechy ****** to get her point across.

 

I think Wendee Lee would be ideal.
