All my dreams just died. :D

Because my mother just told me that I will never go to college, and my career will suck because artists (graphic design, photography, or otherwise) have ****** jobs to begin with; her example being my father, who was an artist but now runs his own (sucessful) business.
...Yeah, I don't think any of that's worth doing or trying to do.

Oh yes, this is also the first conversation of the day. Happy ****ing Valentine's Day.
