PS3 and Xbox have their own secret weapons leik MGS and Halo. Wii, meh. I doubt it'll stay in the top for that long. SSBB, and Zapper with Zelda will probably keep it a bit high, but not for long.
Ten bucks say 360 is on top for the Month of August. I'm pretty sure that Wii and 360 will be doing a little dance for first place for a while. Who'll come out on top all depends how they play their cards.

The PS3 is doing the same thing PS2 did in the beginning too. If you think about it, the worst one in sales could be the Xbox considering it had a full year ahead of the Wii and PS3 and yet the Wii even surpassed that in overall sales. A whole year is sometime to consider there. The Wii is just doing outstanding. However, now that more games are coming out for the other two, I expect some changes to occur as time progresses. And yay, finally I'm not a gummi ship junkie anymore. I hated that title for some reason.
Yes, everything worked out for the PS2, but that doesn't mean the PS3 will follow in it's exact footsteps. You gotta remember, for the PS2, it had no competition for a little bit, but for the PS3, you have two full fledged consoles, which one came out long before and the other is showing outstanding sales, it's a slippery slope when you try to do the same thing twice.
