Seeing how I finally got the images off my camera (a bit too late mind you) I thought i'd show you guys a few of my favorites. Now I do have to say that it was a pretty dull and windy day, combine that with the clarity of my parents car window and viola you have craptastic quality. <Insert Witty Name> Oh that Bird O' Prey Is that a horn on your head or are you just happy to be in this heavily over used joke? Reminds me of a statue I once saw Oh dear Munch that grass real gooood Gotta love it when they sit infront of the window The log and his best friend the lion cub Bursting with pride A lion "WTF?" moment Like your dad after watching Independence Day It's in a pepsi advert Thats not all the images I took on that day but I don't feel like sharing those ones XD Besides i'm thinking of making a Deviantart account just to upload this stuff quicker.
Lol...the animals are just so cute. But, how did you get so close? Shouldn't they be behind a something for protection? I really loved the lions & the deer-like thingies xD.
The place itself is a drive through safari, you basically go through enclosed areas with your car to get a up close look at the animals. The two places where you must keep your windows up though are the lions and monkey places since lions will eat you (no ****) and the monkeys rip apart cars, infact while I was there a monkey ripped off someones windscreen wiper XD But yeah, zoom on the camera also helped.
Damn, I haven't been on a safari like that since I went to the West Midlands :3 the animals are awesome xD the deer are cute x3 xD I can't really criticise since you hardly had an optimum location to take photos
I love safari's... Great pictures! A giraffe once stuck its head the sunroof of my dad's car. I think my mom has the pictures. I'll have to find them....lol random story xD
I adore the ones with the lions, especially this one: Linkage Some of them could be great if you edited them, I can't give you any advice on that though since I have no ****ing clue what I am doing when it comes to editing :D The first one looks awkward to me, like it is off balanced, but that is just down to personal opinion. The second one, I like it but it would be nicer if the bird stood out more <: I love the Third one, I think it is a nice shot, but it is a little misty yeah, I think it is possible to edit that though to make it clearer. Fourth one, again I think it would be better if da munkey stood out more, that being said omgish kyoot pic. Fifth one I like, only issue is again the clarity. Sixth one I can't make my mind up about, I like it but something is bothering me that I can't place. Seventh one I really love, again it is a shame about the clarity. Eighth one(have I spelt that wrong? That looks really awkward spelling o_O ) I'm sorry but I didn't like this one, da big kitty is too far to one side, I know the focus is the log and the lion, but I think changing your angle could have worked well. Ninth one I love this one, I really do, except again for the clarity. Tenth one exactly the same as ninth, love it. Eleventh, again same as tenth and ninth Twelth one is a good shot, I like this one. In conclusion sugar, you have a good eye for it, and I like the majority of them a lot, it just sucks because of the mist overlying them all.
Yeah, I did have a shot at editing them but well my skills are limited with that but it didn't make much of a difference, though it is something I may do when I learn how to work PS better.
