Um, Hello? Damn, I am sorry everyone. Something happened, nothing bad, but I was so busy I was not able to get onto the computer. I know this sounds like a pretty lame excuse, but I am truly sorry. I still wish to continue with this thread, and I will be able to get on more now that....well I don't really want to say since it is kind of personal. I will be able to get on later today, but I have to go now. I just found time to hop on here and tell you guys how sorry I am. I am very sorry. ~Zexion13
Kurai locked up his desk drawer. "The Deathnote will be safe here until I creat a suitable hiding spot for it." He smiled and slipped a few pages into his pocket. Kurai turned to look at the Shinigami. "Now, where is this coffee shop?" Yuumei was walking out of the entrance of the hotel. I cannot believe I actually get to work with T! My Uncle and Grandfather would have been so proud.
Kurai turned towards the Deathnote and picked it up. "It would be dangerous for this to leave my room now that T has revealed himself and I am 'meeting' the other Kira. I will have to hide it somewhere, but keep a few pages on me at all times." He frowned. "Where to hide it, though?"
Kurai smirked. "I get it. You want me to go to this coffee shop because that is where the other Kira will be and so then we can meet." He tilted his head. "Though I do not think trusting him or her like that is so wise just yet. I will go to this coffee shop, but I want to observe this person before I make my move. Also, by observing, I can see if the other Kira is being followed or not." Kurai smiled. "It would be stupid to reveal myself if unwanted persons were watching, wouldn't it?"
Yuumei bowed again before leaving the apartment. "Thank you. I, too, look forward to working with you." Kurai looked up from, once again, studying the Deathnote. "A lead?" His eyes narrowed. "What are you talking about, Shinigami? Does this mean you have found the other Kira? So soon?" OOC: I may change the colors for each character later, but this is just to show who is who easier.
Yuumei swelled with pride. The famous T knows my grandfather and uncle! Her smile did not go away as she said, "I am sorry, but I do not think I am as smart or brave as they are, but I will try my best to achieve victory." She bowed slightly to T. "I also hope that one day I can be just a good of person as they were."
Yuumei smiled proudly. "Yes. Sochiro was my grandfather."
"Oh. Well, I did come." Yuumei turned to look at T, and blinked. He looks, uh, different. She stepped towards the group of people. "Pleased to meet you, Takumi, and everyone else. My name is Yuumei Yagami."
Yuumei looked peered into the room. She was surprised on how little officers there were. I would have thought there would be more people.....Her eyes fell on Michael as he spoke. She replied, "Well, yes, you were the one who invited me. It seems you are surprised to see me, as if you did not think I would come."
OOC: You would assume there would be....nothing obvious of course, that would be suspicious, but you would think T would be cautious.... Anyways...... BIC: She stood just outside the door, her long hair flowing in front of her face. She was nervous, but smoothed her faces so no one could tell. This is it! Where T is...Where Grandfather could look down and be proud of me. Imagine, I received this special invite from that pervert! Yuumei Yagami knocked on the door.
OOC: Yes. I kinda forgot about her....now I won't. Wait, it's all high security and stuff so how will my character get in the meeting, even if she knows where it is? BIC: Kurai was bored. Again. Why am I just sitting here? The world is rotting and I have the power to restore it, yet all I do is study. I should kill some criminals, but I do not want T to find out. Kurai laughed. What? How could he find out? There is at least one other Kira out there, so all I have to do is find out when the other Kira kills, and then kill in that time period so it doesn't seem suspicious. Kurai frowned. That could pose a problem considering I still have a busy life. I can't drop everything just to write names in the Deathnote, because it would seem even more suspicious if I started to take breaks in the time period Kira kills. Kurai sighed.
OOC: I have a question. How would my character already be suspected when he only tested the Deathnote a couple times? Oh, and by the way Dawn, you are, like, the first person ever to call me complex. Seriously. lol, I find it kinda amusing. Also, Dawn, I thank you for noting that, in fact, I am a female, unlike some people who had once forgot what gender I was....coughdeathsightcough Anyways, back on topic. BIC: Kurai had fallen asleep, but woke up when he felt something sticky on his hand. Ew. He was still clutching the half-eaten apple that had turned mushy and brown. After throwing into his trashcan he looked out the window. I wonder what that Shinigami is up to....

OOC: Um..... Sorry, would have posted a bit sooner. Damn. oh well. Um.....since my detective will be part of the investigation team, then can we say she is already standing with the others, meeting T? Ugh. I hate to intro a character like that, but, oh well. It is completely my fault for not posting sooner. BIC: Kurai rolled his eyes. Useless Shinigami. He turned off the television and plopped down on his bed, thinking. What am I going to do? It has been only a few days since I recieved the Deathnote, and already I am coming to problems.
Kurai was facing the tv, but was not focussing on it. The apple lay forgotten in his hand. Damn! T....he is not as stupid as he appeared to be. He had Kira narrowed down in one broadcast. Kurai smiled grimly. It is just my luck that I live in the same region as that other Kira. "I have to somehow contact that other Kira. If T gets to him or her first, then T will find out about the Deathnote. I can't let that happen."
OOC: Kay, thanks, but gtg, bye BIC: Kurai nodded. "Yes that would be best. For him not to suspect the existence of another Kira, me, for as long as possible would be best."
Kurai smiled. "I suppose it would be. I have read various reports saying this is how L learned of the original Kira's whereabouts. Interesting." OOC: For my new character Yuumei, how exactly should I start her? Do I make her go to the hotel, like she was at the meeting? Or something?
OOC: You can, but we can't just say, "Ya, that person knows about the Deathnote. Maybe they could somehow sumble across it, or something? You don't have to. I never thought I would be this busy during the week, but it will slow down after Halloween and i will be able to come on more. I am not promising I will be one everyday, though, so maybe if you had a character that would be best. BIC: Kurai glanced at her. "Cooperate? That is a funny way to put it. I would like to find out if I could use any other Kira to benefit me. I guess if I ever talk to them, then I would call it cooperating." Kurai laughed quietly and took another bite out of his apple. Yuumei is absorbed with being just as good as them and will push herself to solve any case thrown at her.
Kurai was watching the broadcast in his room. I have decided to become Kira, to use the Deathnote to rid the world of evil. There must be another Kira that has already begun to use his or her Deathnote. Kurai smirked. Well, then that Kira can get rid of this problem, this T, for me. He laughed. Kurai sat back in his chair and bit into an apple, still watching the announcement. OOC: Is it alright if I post the profile for my detective now?
