It actually worked? xD;; nothing was different appearance wise, but Chrome would run through the first 648 pages, then struggle to do anything else. I would hit "okay" to copy what it had gotten and it would taken half an hour and multiple page/browser hangs just to get it. Then, once I'd gotten the text, it wouldn't respond to hitting continue. Most of the time it took to get everything was spent waiting on Chrome and Tampermonkey to work, not actually waiting on the script to run through the pages. In Firefox there was one instance of a browser hang, but that was on the last run through and likely my old hardware pitching a fit instead of anything else. Like you said above, Tampermonkey's buggy. A few problems were...definitely to be expected, I suppose. Memory hog it may, but Firefox has always been more stable.

Ran out of space about every 650 pages, actually, (four times in total) but saving what it had converted was easy peasy once I'd switched to Firefox. Yes I did start in Chrome, yes I learned that lesson. xD;; thanks again!

I think that you are quite literally a lifesaver. The entire 2200+ page conversation archived in less than six hours, and a serious amount of peace of mind gained. Thank you so freaking much! (also I have learned that Tampermonkey is so unstable compared to Greasemonkey, and that is something I will remember going forward. Thanks for that, too!)

Alright, request made in the proper thread. Thank you very kindly for the help!

And to the staff: thank you all as well. If it's a server thing, it's a server thing. Nothing to worry about. Learn something new (in this case that a 2201 page convo's not exporting) every day!

    Code Request

Description: Saves the text of a thread/conversation in a text format.
Features: Works through the pages of a conversation and saves the text to be put into a text format document on the user's end.
Style: N/A...? I'm guessing this doesn't apply to a script like this.

Every single page, and it saves every image on the page plus every alert bubble that may have been up at the time. Considering this is an RP spread across nearly..2300 pages? It would make it a bit disjointed, all things considered. I have tried it before.

So I was trying to export a conversation, given that I literally just noticed the option, but for some reason it continually spits out errors at me.

Using Google Chrome 34 gets me these errors:

Text and HTML immediately throw the error, while XML seems to want to load but then throws the error at me anyway.

Using Firefox 29 gets me these errors:
Replicating the Chrome test on a friend's computer (running Chrome 32) gets the same results. (For the record, I didn't bother trying in IE. That thing's just...not up to par anymore.)

I'm assuming the thing is just too big (at over 46k replies, it has been going for a very long time) to export properly and that's the cause of the errors, but I was just wondering if there was something that could be done about it or if it's a lost cause entirely. Any suggestions, guys?

Well, in a way, it is KH3. xD Titles are everything to Square.

(sigh) To bad I'm gonna have to buy a Nintendo 3DS to play it. Aw well.

    KH: BBS
    KH: RE: Coded
    Unknown Kingdom Hearts Title.

Three KH games will be noted at E3 2010, but it's doubtful any will be KH3. We're to close to FF13's release date for them to pull that out.

E3 got kicked off on Monday the 14th. SONY'S CONFERENCE (AKA the KH slot) is on Tuesday the 15th.

Oh, yay~ Finally getting a decent game to make up for Days and it's idiotic waste of space. We'll just have to wait and see if Coded is that game, or if the US/UK localization of BBS is that one.
