    Hey everyone!

I'm sure some of you may have heard of my fan fiction, The Flurry: Axel's Story. And if you have read it, you may know that there are a few... Er, bugs in it. I've gotten good reviews, but I'll be honest, I did not put my all into it. There were a few parts inaccurate to the KH story and a few things I would like to change personally as well. So to polish it off, I am writing The Flurry: FINAL CUT. Plus, I have made an entire website for my fan fiction! I will post the chapters here as well, but I would like to get a few views on my website too. I put a lot into it, and I'll have my blog full of news and reports on when new chapters will be up.

The new story will be along the same lines as the old one, but a few different details, and much more details in general. I have decided to pull an Axel and "put my entire being" into this one, rather than just write down a few ideas like the last one. I will be bringing a few new characters in as far as OC's and Somebodies for the Nobodies whose Somebodies are not specified [yet]. It will explain a few details in the KH story that leave us wondering, such as the reason why Axel does not like to talk about his past. I am also changing it to fit the plot of another group fan fiction I am writing for.

So, here is the website. http://www.wix.com/wingedxxheart/the-flurry#!

And here is the first chapter of The Flurry: FINAL CUT. Enjoy!

    The Flurry:FINAL CUT

    Chapter I - Radiance

The sun warmed my cheeks as it shone down on my face through the window behind me. My eyes blinked open slightly, and then I rubbed my face and yawned, stretching out my muscles to prepare for the new day. I sat up in my bed and stretched my arms over my head, looking out to the beautiful brightness of the Radiant Garden before me. I smirked slightly; it was a place just sodden with beauty, although I had seen it all my life when I had awoken in the morning. I got out of bed and walked drowsily to my mirror, and then sighed.

“Flat,†I said to myself, looking crossly at my orange-red hair which fell behind my head. It always irritated me to have my hair flat and undone. Undone is uncaring, I always thought.

So I grabbed the hair gel from my nightstand and began spiking my hair up behind me one lock by one, until my hair stood straight out in fiery spikes. I then coated it in hairspray, poked at it a few times and smiled when I was satisfied. I rubbed my greenish-blue eyes until the sleepy dark circles around them disappeared, and then I went to get dressed. I changed out of my grey t-shirt and black pants into my favorite outfit; a white shirt, tan baggy pants, an orange vest, black socks under orange sneakers, and my yellow and orange checkered keffiyeh wrapped around my neck. I looked back at the mirror and smiled brightly.

“Lea,†my mother’s voice came from the kitchen, “Breakfast is ready.â€

I sighed. “Breakfast? But I need to meet Arlene soon!â€

“I don’t think you’d want to meet her on an empty stomach!â€

I groaned and rolled my eyes. “Coming…†I grabbed my frisbees, which I used as weapons, from the side of my bed and then hurried into the kitchen.

There my mother was just laying a plate of eggs down on the table. Her long, bright red hair fell perfectly down her back and she smiled at me, her blue eyes shining in the morning light. I sat down and began to hurriedly shove my breakfast into my mouth and gulp it down.

“Don’t eat too fast or you’ll choke to death,†a voice came from behind me. I felt a thick hand ruffle my hair and I looked up at the face smiling down at me.

“Don’t worry, Reno,†I told my brother. He smirked and pushed his long, red ponytail from his shoulder to behind his back. “I can eat. I’m not THAT much of an idiot.â€

“Uh-huh, right…†Reno said, his blue eyes glinting with sarcasm.

I punched him lightly in the side, when I noticed he was wearing his uniform. It was a dark blue color with lots of pockets and padding. He was part of Radiant Garden’s security force. I frowned. “Aw, Reno, do you have to go out on patrol?â€

Reno did a sort of half-grin and then sighed. “I have to, kiddo. Things have been getting worse around here. They need someone to look after things.â€

“Oh…†I frowned. “When will you be back?â€

“I’ll be home later than usual,†Reno said, “There’s an important meeting up at the castle. I have guard duty; it’s confidential.â€

    “Okay…â€

“Hey, don’t get depressed before your date, flame-head.†He ruffled my hair again and smiled. “I’ll be fine. Have you ever seen me get hurt before?â€

    I grinned. “No.â€

“Then relax, kiddo. There’s nothing to worry about. Heck, I’ve never seen any real action around here anyway.â€

“I hope you never have to,†I said, “And don’t call me ‘kiddo!’ I’m a man!†I puffed out my chest slightly.

Reno chuckled. “Right. My little man of a brother.â€

I opened my mouth, but then decided to let that one slide and stuffed more eggs into it instead.

“Well, I’ll see you when I get home,†Reno said. He patted my back and left out the front door, closing it behind him. I saw him frown before he closed it.

I swallowed my eggs and watched as he left, wondering if it would be the last time I saw him. But then I shook the thought out of my head. That was stupid. What could happen? Radiant Garden was a peaceful, friendly place. There was no danger here.

Apparently my mother had seen my worried expression and decided to take my mind off my brother. “So how are things with you and Arlene?â€

I looked at her. “Things are great. I think…†I shook my head. “Nevermind.â€

“Lea,†My mom said in that prying tone every kid knows, “There’s no need to keep information from me.â€

I sighed. “I think she might be… The one. You know, the one I choose.â€

    “To marry you?â€

    “…Never mind, it’s stupid, I know.â€

    “Lea.â€

I sighed again. I knew the speech that was coming.

“I’m not saying you’re wrong, but you know, you’re still only fifteen. I’m not sure you really know what love is yet.â€

I swallowed the lump that was growing in my throat. “But… But there’s just something special about her.â€

“That may be so,†my mother said as she folded laundry, “Of course I don’t know that, but you still have a long way to go.â€

“Yeah…†I said, finishing the last of my eggs and bringing the dish to the sink, “You’re probably right.†But I knew she was wrong. How could Arlene not be the one for me?

“Have fun,†she said as I opened the door.

“Thanks,†I said, and ran out, taking in the fresh, floral air of the Garden. The sun seemed to melt and trickle down through the air in streams of golden nectar, shining onto every cobblestone in the ground, every flower in the endless garden patches that lined the streets. Everything was bright and beautiful, from the petals of the infinite breeds of flowers growing in the flower boxes to the quaint but colorful buildings overlooking the street. This place was, as its name stated, purely radiant.

“Hey, hothead,†came a familiar voice from behind me. I turned to see my best friend Isa walking toward me with the usual blank expression he bore from his dark brown eyes. The sun made his bright blue hair look even brighter.

    “Hey, Isa,†I said, grinning.

“So, you going on that date with Arlene?†Isa asked.

“Sure am,†I said with a blush.

“Good luck out there, man,†Isa said. “Girls can be pretty complicated.â€

“Psh, I can handle it,†I said. “Most girls are, but Arlene is special.â€

“Sure is if she’s making you that happy,†Isa said, “You look even more flamboyant than usual.â€

I frowned and narrowed my eyes. “Shut up, moon man.†I glanced at the crescent moon design he wore on his blue jacket.

Isa smirked. “Well, get going, spikey. Don’t want her to think you stood her up.â€

I grinned. “Alright.†I thought. “Hey, how about after m hit the castle?â€

    Isa sighed. “Again?â€

“My brother told me there was an ‘Important meeting’ being held there today,†I said. “Could be interesting.†I winked.

Isa rolled his eyes. “Alright. But I tell you, one day we’ll be found.â€

    “Don’t worry,†I said, “I’m a master of stealth.â€

“…Right. Just get going. You’re probably already late.â€

I nodded. “See you around, Isa.†He waved, and I was off.

    IV. Vexen: Ice Ice Baby
    V. Lexaeus: Hero (Skillet)
    VI. Zexion: 21 Guns
    VII. Saix: My Immortal
VIII. Axel: Through the Fire and Flames
IX. Demyx: Sitar Song (Everyone uses it but it fits him the best XD)

XI. Marluxia: Dude Looks Like a Lady
    XII. Larxene: Misery Business
    XIII. Roxas: Leavin' (Jesse McCartney)

So... What would you do? I know mine aren't all that good but I don't have a wide variety of music I listen to... More of a cosplayer. I just want to know your opinions. ;)

I'm a cosplayer and I'm going to a convention in April. I had an idea to make each of our characters a playlist with songs that relate to them. So far I have a few, but I'll need help to make them longer. Could you help me? Our characters are Organization members, and I have them listed below with the songs I have so far for them. Here they are:

    Axel(me)
*Through the Fire and Flames - Dragonforce
*Defying Gravity - Wicked (because of his hair XD)

    Demyx
*Life Is a Highway - Tom Cochrane
    *Sitar Song - Mr. Bombay

    Marluxia
*Dude Looks Like a Lady - Aerosmith (Because it's true)

    Roxas
    *Leavin' - Jesse McCartney

    Xigbar
    *21 Guns

    Artemicion (the purple moogle)
    *Hamster Dance

Please leave your suggestions in a comment!

I was thinking about Kingdom Hearts 3 and I came across an idea. If the Pride Lands is a world in that game (which it will likely be), would they have characters and plots from the Lion King 2? I mean, they would really have no other plot to put in it. Kovu and Kiara are my favorite Disney characters of all time so I would be really happy if they were in KH3. What do you think about it? Post your opinion.

I'm writing a fanfiction about Axel for you guys who haven't heard about it, and it's come to the part where Demyx comes in. I need to find a name for his Somebody, since it's not specified in the game, so I would like to dee which one most of you think would match him more. So far I've got:

    -Edym
    -Dyme
    -Myde

And all the rest sound a bit dumb. So I'll post a poll and you guys can vote on which one would fit him the best! Thanks!

Hey, all you KH Fans out there. I've decided to put my writing and character background skills to the test by writing a fanfiction about my best bud, Axel. I made an attempt at making it in manga version, but epicly failed seeing as an entire page of manga is the equivalent to half a paragraph in written text.

Anyway, I've decided to write this in regular font because as some of you picky readers out there are obsessed with flashy shiny colored writing, frankly I don't give a hoot. Right. Enjoy the story!

    The Flurry
    Axel's Story

    Chapter I - Lea

I'm sure you've heard the stories of the infamous Sora, of my friend Roxas, of Ventus, Terra, Aqua... And if you've heard theirs it's undoubted that you've heard of me as well. But as someone who has little influence in their stories, I doubt you know very much about who I really am, about what I'm like, what has happened in my past...

So I will, in turn, tell you my own story. But be warned; you know of Sora, Roxas and Ventus's tales and how light constantly is radiated from each of them. But my tale is a much darker one. Most stories start with a birth. But mine... Starts with a death. My name is Axel.

"Come on, Isa!" I cried back to my best friend who was carelessly following me, "We're gonna miss the sunset if you walk any slower!"

"Relax, Lea," Isa said, "Remind me how many times we've missed it."

"None," I said, "Because I always get there in time. But we're gonna miss it this time if you don't keep up."

Isa sighed. "You're such a royal pain sometimes."

"I know. Look!" I stopped in my tracks and pointed to the magnificent sun that was just beginning to touch the horizon. "Just in time. It'll be any moment now!" I skidded excitedly around the balcony of the tower and perched myself on the ledge.

"Lea, you're going to fall off one day," Isa said in an annoyed tone, leaning up against the edge of the balcony.

"Shut up, Isa," I said, "I'm more agile than you think. Hey, where are my frisbees?" I felt around under my vest and pulled them out as if I was drawing dual blades. "Hah. And unlike you I've actually got a weapon!"

Isa gently pushed down one of my frisbees. "Unlike you, I may never need one."

I opened my mouth to say something, but was distracted by a sudden gleam of orange light on the horizon. "There it is! Isa, isn't it beautiful?" I sure thought it was. The way that the sunlight glimmered off the horizon made all the fountains in Radiant Garden below sparkle with an enchanting lure. I felt my bluegreen eyes shimmer with awe. I loved watching the sunset.

"Lea," Isa said, "Even though you're so obsessed with sunsets, I bet you don't know why the sun sets red."

I turned to him. Red was my absolute favorite color. And now that I thought about it, why did it set red? "Why does it?" I asked Isa.

Isa looked at me with his arms crossed. "Light is made up of lots of colors. And out of all those colors, red is the one that travels farthest."

I smiled. Somehow, I knew that I'd remember that forever. We stood there, bathed in the fiery aura of the sun. I was in my element here. I could not have been in a better place.

It was then that the last sliver of sun became swallowed up by the horizon. The sky cooled to a dark violet blue, and Isa cooed in relaxation.

"There's the moon," Isa said to me, pointing at the small white disc hovering in the sky. He had always been more interested in the moon than the sunset. I didn't know why. To me, nothing could have been more beautiful than the sunset. I couldn't even imagine the girl I was destined to fall in love with to be more beautiful.

"Isa," I said, "Why do you like the moon so much?"

Isa looked down at the small yellow crescent moon on his jacket. "I don't know, really," he said, "Why do you like the sunset?"

"The colors," I said, "The purples, the oranges, the reds... Oh, especially the reds. I adore red."

"And I adore the blue and silver of the moon," Isa said, "Lea, this may sound weird, but I think the moon may be the one who's watching over me."

"What do you mean?" I asked.

"We all have someone to watch over us and keep us safe; give us strength in times of need." Isa stared at the moon. "It may be a person, or maybe a spirit... I think the moon is mine. Maybe that's why I feel such a connection with it."

I looked out to the horizon. "Who do you think is mine?" I asked.

"That's for you to find out," Isa said, "Only you can know."

I thought. Maybe the sun was mine. I always felt stronger when it was around... "Do you think we'll be together like this forever?"

"What," Isa said, "You mean like watching the sunset every night?"

"Just together, in general," I said, "As best friends."

Isa was silent for a moment. "Our destinies will decide. We'll never know until we finally are separated."

I frowned. "Separated? I don't want to be separated."

"We will have to be, at some point," Isa said, "Even if it's just by death."

"We're not going to die anytime soon though, right?"

    Isa sighed. "Right."

Suddenly, a huge explosion of blackness erupted in the sky in front of us. The people of Radiant Garden ran in fear from the swirling dark vortex. These black creatures poured from the darkness and began to swarm though the Garden.

"Isa!" I cried, "What's going on? What's happening?!"

"Lea," Isa said, "We won't be able to avoid it. We have to join it!"

"WHAT?!" I cried, "You mean we have to jump into that gigantic black hole in the sky that wants to kill us?!"

"Either that," Isa replied, "Or you'll have to fight all those things down there by yourself with your little frisbees!"

I looked down again. There were so many that they made Radiant Garden look like it was flowing with thick ink. I couldn't possibly fight them.

"There must be another way," I said.

"Just trust me," Isa said in an eerie tone. He looked sternly at me and I became trapped in his blue gaze. What would happen to us?

The dilemma coursed through my mind. What could I do? I could follow Isa into the darkness, or I could attempt to run. The creatures infested the balcony now. One lunged at Isa. He shot out an arm and knocked it aside. I had no idea he had such strength. I whipped one of my frisbees at one of the creatures. But we were being overwhelmed.

"Lea!" Isa said, "Jump! Jump from the balcony!"

    "What?!" I said.

"Just do it! We have to turn to the darkness! It's the only way!"

My heart was racing. I panted heavily. How could I turn to the darkness?

    "LEA! NOW!"

Before I knew it, I was falling off the balcony. I had made my choice. A choice that haunts me to this day. I turned to the darkness.

Soon the bright nocturnal colors of Radiant Garden faded away. Blackness enveloped me. I found myself struggling in a tangle of black wispiness, trying desperately to fight my way out. I should NOT have done this!

Suddenly Isa's voice came to me. I saw a flash of blue among the darkness and caught sight of him. He was being devoured as well.

    "Isa!" I cried.

"Lea!" Isa called to me, "Don't give up! You're stronger than me! Your heart is full of light! Even when you lose it, you must keep some of that light! Don't let it go!"

"Isa!" I called after him. But he was fading away. The darkness covered almost every inch of him. Only his right eye showed now through the shadows.

"Lea! Don't give up on the light! Remember your heart! Remember our friendship!"

    "Remember who you are!!"

And the last sliver of blue from his eye was covered by the darkness. His voice faded away and the last words he said to me echoed in my head. A giant lump grew in my throat and I let go of the tears I'd been holding back.

    "ISAAAAAAAA!!"

My voice trailed off into the darkness. I fought desperately against the shadows that had just taken my best friend. Sweat poured from my neck and my muscles ached with stress. I could barely move. Darkness covered my entire body. I couldn't tell if I had my eyes closed or not. I was dying, suffocating... I lost my senses. And then as I felt myself falling through a neverending darkness, I caught the last sight I saw as Lea. It was a brilliance of light, every color of the sunsets I would watch with Isa. There were oranges and purples... And reds. Lots of reds. And it was then that I noticed that the thing had come from inside me. And now... I felt nothing. This thing I was gazing at as I drew my last breath was in fact my own heart, drawn from my very core. And as I slowly let the dark, undescribable cloud of death swallow me up, I noticed something else.

My heart was more beautiful than the sunset.
