he knew that just walking away from the girl was rude, but he didn't care. just before exiting the park, he empties the flask he's carrying and pockets it again. damn it....empty. guess I'll go fill up and take a nap he thinks, walking back towards the school housing. by the time he gets there the booze has kicked in and he's no longer walking a perfectly straight line. He fakes being sick to get back inside during school hours, and proceeds to his dorm. The hallways always smelled dirty to him, like dirty feet and socks. he throws up in one of the bathrooms, a side effect of drinking too much without eating anything, and passes out over the toilet. about thirty minutes later, he wakes up, and stumbles to his room. he passes out on the couch until lunch..... For lunch, he decided to splurge a little and eat at a fancy restraunt, one of the more popular ones in town. He came here when ever he had extra money, which he always seems to have extra money. After all, he made a habit of taking the money of who ever fought him, and a lot of street punks seemed to wanna fight these days. the few people he did associate with on friendly terms often went here to look for him, and anyone asking around would eventually point them here. "may i take you oder sir?" his favorite waitress asked. "the usual," he replies, turnign down the menu. "I'll bring it to you in a few then," she says cheerily, and walks off. Now to wait till somethign interesting happens.... kaisune thinks, and loses himself in thought....
Release at last...... kaisuen thinks, feeling gravity take over. Just as he was about to fall over the edge, someone grabbed his arm and pulled him down, and he landed on her. "ow.....What the hell are you thinking! can't a person make their own decisions anymore?!" he yells, as he gets up. he turns around to see if she's hurt, and helps her up. she just stopped me from dying though....i was about to do something incredibly stupid...... he thinks, sighing. He reaches in his pocket for a silver flask, and opens it, taking a big drink. even from where veronica was, she could smell the booze in the container. "that should settle me down..." he says, smiling. He looks her over for a moment...she hadn't been there seconds ago when he looked to see if anyone would stop him..and the star he saw was gone. could it be......no way... he thinks. "im sorry i yelled at you....Thank you for saving me though..i was about to make a huge mistake...I'll return the favor one day if we meet again..." he says, walking back towards the school housing complex. I'm going back to bed...today already sucked too much....
Kaisune walks down his usual route home, after all, he was done with classes for the day. Not that he was an upper classmen with off periods or anythign like that, he just felt like cutting teh rest of the day. Coming to an intersection, he turns left instead of the usual right to get to the dorm. He is going to a park he liked, that has a nice river view. "why can't life be as beautiful as this place is...." he sighs to himself. In the last two years, his mother died, his dad turned into a waste of skin, and Kaisune became depressed. "Is this all there is for me? this is all i've felt for a long time...." i dont even remember whant being happy, or even what being in a good mood is like...it's just...emptiness and loneliness... Truth is, kaisune has wanted to die for a few months now...but has never been able to bring himself to do it. but today is going to change that.... he walks towards the river, it was a long drop, long enough to kill a person, and there was a concrete walkway at the bottom for the pier that stuck out. can i really do it? can i...end my life? he thinks, as he climcbs on top of the metal handrail. i..guess i can....whatever lies on the other side, must be better than this life..... he takes one last look at the sky, and sees a strange light. it was too small and the wrogn color to be an aircraft, it...almost looked like a star. how odd....a star at lunch time? at least i got to see somethign unusual before i die.... deciding to land head first to minimize the pain if his death wasn't instant, he leans forward........
