I'm pretty sure the answer is yes because he feels sad and mad when Roxas doesn't remember him, and in Final Mix he cries and single tear when Roxas leaves to go back to Sora. So what do you think? The Organization is always telling him he is so obsessed with a friendship he cannot feel... I'm convinced that Axel is some nobody with a gift like Namine... the gift to feel.
