(WHOO it's been a loooong time since I posted anything on here. XD) So, the last time I posted anything on here that was relative to the series was before Birth by Sleep came out. There was a theory I had, about Ventus being "reincarnated" into Sora somehow, and that was how Roxas looked like him. (Without sounding snotty, I was surprised I actually more or less hit the nail on the head.) So, now here's my new theory for DDD. Word of God states that the events happening in the series have certainly taken their toll on Sora's psyche/heart/whatever, and Anti-Form in KH II is foreshadowing that. What if the effects on Sora's mind start affecting him in this game? The premise of the game is that Sora and Riku are finally taking their Mark of Mastery exam and must do so in the realm of dreams. Riku's not too confident that he'll make it, since he still feels the darkness' hold on him, and that Sora will probably win. But what if it was the other way around? Because Riku has had that encounter with the darkness, he knows it far better than Sora and can control it rather well without letting it take over him like in the first game and like what happened with Terra. Sora, however, doesn't. He was a Heartless, once, but only for a few moments; it was just enough for Roxas to be born, but for Sora to retain all of his memories while Roxas gets nothing from his original self(ves?). I hardly think this could qualify has any sort of experience with the darkness. Vanitas is definitely inside of Sora, somewhere. The recently released trailer confirms it. So, it's entirely plausible that he'll be taking some part in the game. Maybe a call-back to Ventus' final battle with him, where they battle in Sora's Dive Into the Heart. Only...Sora loses. He's battled Heartless and Nobody of epic power, beings of Darkness and Nothingness. But his own darkness? As far as I can recall, the only part of himself he's really had to fight was Roxas (unless you count the mini-battles in the first game, where he continuously has to fight his own shadow in Neverland and the bug boss in RE: coded). Chances are, Vanitas has been feeding off of Sora's negative feelings throughout the series, as he's seen getting moodier and more violent in Chain of Memories and a lot more apathetic in KH II; he's just been biding his time. Anyway, to get to the point, I think that either Vanitas or Sora's own ignorance with the effects of the darkness will sabotage him, and he will not receive the Mark of Mastery. As we've already witnessed in Birth by Sleep, when one friend receives the Mark of Mastery and the other does not, things tend to...get complicated. Who's to say it won't happen again with these two? That being said, it's also entirely possible that they might meet Ventus in the realm of dreams. Vanitas showed up, so there's a chance Ventus might, too. (And if he does, I'm willing to bet he'll initially believe Sora is Vanitas and want to fight. If not in this game, then in a future game when they find him in Castle Oblivion.) Any thoughts?
Hey. Zippy here,in need of help with my self-esteem issues. What's the problem? -I always think negatively about myself I'm not the brightest in the bunch outside of school. I've made some pretty stupid mistakes,and I mean STUPID. I'm overweight,I know.I'm working on both. But when I think I've made just the slightest bit of progress....it goes down. I'm pretty stressed about my body and my grades because of my family. It's all critism,and none of it is constructive. It's really affected the way I think about myself,and I get emotional over it. Help? D:
Who do you think would win in a battle to the death: Sora(Kingdom Hearts II), or Rena(Higurashi no Naku Koro ni) I've been asking this question around for a while now. XD I'm kind of torn between them. I mean,I love Sora. Very much. He has a giant key that is magical and has defeated countless monsters. Yet RENA over here,whom I ADORE so very much,has an amazing hatchet (lol) that hasn't really killed monsters,but it has killed a couple of *spoiler* bizn*tches. =) [Plus she has her 'Omochikaeri' and 'Uso da!' modes.] So,seriously. This might change the way we think. I know it did for me. If you look closely at the scene in the KH II FM+ secret ending,where Aqua catches Ven,check out his hair. I know this has been debated before,but he looks exactly like Roxas.And I don't mean just because of the face,eyes,and hair color. Now it's the hair shape as well. I have come up with a theory that I have probably posted a long time ago,but hear me out. What if Ven,in a way,is Roxas? Like in a way Roxas is Sora? If Nomura believed in reincarnation,then it could happen in his game. Ven,Terra,and Aqua all fight Mr.Shiney. They lose,and the Darkness is created. Terra is taken over by the Darkness,Aqua vanishes,and Ven dies for he resists. He could have been reincarnated into the body and heart of Sora. In the beginning of KH I, Sora says 'I've been having...these weird thoughts lately...' 'Like,is any of this for real?Or not...' What could that have been? Could it have been Ven's voice,in disbelief that he was able to experience life again,and only now realized it? And why is Roxas's hair yellow,and in an entirely different shape than Sora's? Look at Ansem and Xemnas's hair. They are the same color,and the shape is alike. But what about Roxas and Sora? Ven could have been somewhere in Sora's Heart,and he left it when Sora gave up his Heart to free Kairi's. Also,Ven was the youngest. He could have been 18,19,or maybe even 15. He was young,and that also adds on to my theory's evidence. Plus,why is Roxas so mad at the world? He knows he's a Nobody,as do the rest of the Organization. They didn't want to leave,however.Only Roxas. It probably hurt the Ven side of him to find out that he had become a part of what he was trying to prevent. I'd show you some screenshots,but I can't. Whoo, my story for teh Story of teh Week. Was gonna use my own character Sada in the place of someone, but the rules didn't say whether or not we could use our own characters. So, I'm just playing it safe. ;P And yes, that is a Classic Crime title on the top. I remembered the part that says 'There's a hole in my Heart that's been cut out of stone' and that's where I got my idea.SLIGHT SoXas yaoi. But then hey, that's the best kind. I know it says romantic-comedy. I can do both just fine, but when it's together.... THAT'S when things get tricky. A couple of years and I'm a silhouette My halo is broken now and I'm all that's left I hate to disappoint but it's the way things went I was bound to the things I did And after what was said Tie up these loose ends These voices are calling me out I've got the solution You can feed me to something That is leaving this doubt Music played through the ears of the fifteen-year old brunette, his sky-blue eyes closed, his hands moving to the beat of the music on his cd player. He was obviously having fun. This was Sora. A fifteen-year old boy, who was anything but normal. He lived on an Island that was swallowed by the Darkness. He had two best friends, one being a duck and the other a dog....thing. And, not to mention, he is the Savior of the Worlds. He weilded the Keyblade, a Weapon of Power used to destroy the Darkness, and seal its entrance into the World. Sora was listening to Classic Crime's 'The Coldest Heart' on his cd player in his home. He was sitting on the couch, like the lazy bum his other friend, a red-headed girl Kairi, calls him. He didn't care. He was listening to his music. He got up, feeling a bit hungry, and walked over to the kitchen. Sora made his way across the kitchen, to the fridge, when he suddenly felt a strange feeling in his Heart. A blurred image of somebody entered his mind. It was....a boy? Blonde hair? Blue eyes? Now where had he seen him before? Sora simply shrugged it off, grabbed the carton of ice-cold milk and a piece of chocolate cake that Riku had made for him. Yes, Riku. He obviously knew how much Sora liked chocolate cake, so he made this for him. He took the food items to the counter, pulled out a plate, cup, fork and knife, and cut a slice of cake. As the knife cut through the cake, it felt like it was cutting through Sora's Heart. The pain felt really bad, yet it didn't feel like it was his own. He poured some milk into the cup, put the cake and milk back into the fridge, and went back into the living room, happily eating his cake with his glass of milk. The chorus of the song came through his earphones. But the voice wasn't that of Classic Crime. Whoa, I'm losing hope There's a hole in my heart That's been cut out of stone.... ------------------------------------------------- School. Sora hated it. It took up his time, and he honestly was bored with the stuff they learned. He knew everything his teachers were teaching them. So, why was he still here? It was homeroom when his teacher announced the news. "Class, we have a new student today. He isn't from around these Islands, so please give him a warm, Heartful welcome." he said. Heartful. That word reminded Sora of the incident with his earphones yesterday. The new student shyly and hesitently entered the room. His hair was golden, and wavey. It appeared soft, like a cloud or pillow. His eyes were blue like the ocean surrounding the Island, on a clear summer's day. And his face. His face seemed like that of an angel's. Or, at least, to Sora, anyway. "H-Hi.... I'm..... I'm Ro......" Nervousness got the best of the young boy. Aww, he's shy. He's so cute when he's shy. Sora thought dreamily, though didn't show his feeling. Wait a minute. What am I SAYING?! How can I feel this way towards a guy? I'M a guy! I shouldn't be feeling this way! I'm not a homosexual! I am NOT feeling that way to a guy! "I'm Roxas." The boy said, finally gathering the nerve. Ahh, his name is even like an angel's.... Wait, what?! Hey, that guy with the brown hair who's twitching a lot is....kind cute... Wait, huh? Both of the boy's thoughts were loud and clear in their own minds. Yet to the rest of the world, they were both silent. The classmates stared at the both of them, curious to know what they were thinking. Why was Sora being a bit fidgety? Why wasn't Roxas making eye-contact with them? And why were both of their faces blushing? "Welcome to this class, Roxas. Please, have a seat next to Sora." The teacher said. Great! He's gonna sit by me! Roxas shyly made his way over to the empty desk beside Sora's. They glanced at eachother briefly, then turned away. One of the girls pointed something out. "Whoa. You two look just like the other. Are you brothers?" "We do not." they both said at the same time and in the same tone. Then looked at eachother, curiously. Whoa, wait a minute. That's weird. "Alright, class! Get out your reading books and begin to silently read until the bell rings." The Homeroom teacher said. Everyone did so. While they were supposedly reading, Sora and Roxas kept looking at eachother. Curious to know the other's thoughts. Admiring the other's traits. Hey, he's pretty cute.... I could like this school..... Then they both blushed, and turned away to read. But temptation kept calling them to look back at eachother. Hold on, there's no way I'm attracted to this guy.... I can't like a guy. No way. That's wrong. I'm not liking him like that.... Then the both had the same thought. Am I? Ha! Didn't think Zippy could write, didja? Nyahahaha. This is gonna be fun. x3 Whoo. Sorry, folks. But Zippy has to get ready to go to school.
