The feud between the synapids and the 'normal people' has been going on for over a century. They have lived alongside each other, keeping inside their rage and hatred against each other. After failing to make peace with the synapids, the Emperor Ikeru passed away, leaving his brother, Tomoro, to rule the empire. Tomoro, being self-centered and arrogant, decided to get rid of the synapids once and for all to promote a peaceful and just community. Amongst the normal people, there are a few that have built up rebellions against the emperor, but they were caught and immediately executed. The synapids, seeing the courage the risks the common people went through to go all out against the emperor, decided to gather in groups to try and overthrow the empire. Unfortunately, the emperor persuaded some synapids to come to their side and destroy other synapids, their own kind. They were guaranteed freedom and wealth. Of course the emperor wouldn't do that, he planned to have them killed at the end of the revolution. Synapids ~ A group of people with a rare genetic trait. They are remarkable people who have the ability to perform various spells, attacks, etc. SES (Synapid-Extermination-Sqaud[ron]) ~ as you might have guessed, they are normal people, some of whom are synapids themselves. Aiko answered, stressing the word 'ugly'. "Never mind that, go and get flour from the store." Kyra said sternly. "You go get it...I want the box" Aiko stood up. Aiko reached up to get the box, but was pushed aside by her aunt. Kyra held the box and said to Aiko," You must never open the box Aiko, *glare* if you do, terrible things will come out of the box and scatter on the island. We worked so hard..so hard.. to put all the terrible things within the box." Then staring at Aiko, she put the box back where it was. Kyra then told her to fetch some flour from the store. "I'm not a dog.*Temper rising*" Aiko told her aunt. "But you were born in the year of the dog." Kyra giggled. "Fine, I'll get the stupid flour." Aiko went outside heading toward the convenience store. <I think Aunt Kyra was making all that up about the little box. It probably has pictures of my parents.(Aiko never saw her parents...cuz they were killed during a battle, besides, Kyra never liked her sister, much less her husband) I wonder why Kyra would hide pictures of my mother and father. She probably despises them. Of course....i forgot that she didn't like my mother at all..I remember telling her about my mother and Aunt Kyra just looked away and ignored me. i'm going to get the box and take out my parent's pictures. But first i'll take it with me to my secret hiding place in the forest. No one can stop me from opening the box.> While Kyra was waiting for Aiko to return, she chained the box and locked it. <Why did she see the box...I just know she's going to open it..she has the greatest curiosity of any person i know. *sigh* I have to keep her from opening the box.> "Well, i got the flour." Aiko said gleefully. "The mission 'open the box' will begin at midnight." Laughing, Aiko ran toward her house. Aiko opened the door and looked at the box. It was chained and locked. <Oh great, she chained and locked it....oh my god.....now how will i open it? I hate Kyra so badly....if she gets me angry one more time...> Aiko slammed her fist into the wall, causing a hole in the wall. Moonlit Darkness Prologue[/SIZE] Long ago, in ancient lands, there lived three leaders. Each leader had their own village, their own people...and their own wealth. Suddenly, one leader became greedy and wanted all the lands for himself. The foolish leader's greed caused an argument among them. They threatened and argued with each other for more than 13 years...until the time came when the leaders decided to end the argument....with war. The leaders prepared their armies for battle. The soldiers wore armour as thick as a man's arm, they had the best weapons made specially for them. The soldiers wore solid titanium armour, steel shields, and had their weapons made from the toughest material created-an alloy from titanium smelted with mythril and "the dark metal" found only in small quantities in the wilderness. While the armies were being prepared, 3 heroines (along with several other civilians) gathered as much people as possible to try and oppose the war. One, Akina Chizu, from Arakystar. The other, Iku Hiroshida, from Mamorukai. And the last heroine, Akino Madsukaia, from the village of Anwan. The opposing groups came together and forced the leaders to end the war without bloodshed. the leaders had no choice,(except to execute every one of them..but then, there won't be any people left to start a community) but to surrender. The villages rejoiced in their mission's success. Unfortunately, the three heroines did not live long enough to see their hometowns prosper. They died of unknown causes four years after the war ended...
