Honestly, (and i'm trying to put my fangirl urges aside), i'd have to give a 50/50 chance. I mean, I know they look like there could be love there, so I wouldn't say no, but you never know...I've kind of always thought of Sora as being canonly alone. You know, the lone hero type. Eh...but i'm a ****** sometimes so don't listen to me.
I could watch the battle between Roxas and Sora about a hundred times. I love how tough of a fighter Roxas is. Sure, Sora eventually wins, but tell me Roxie didn't almost beat the keyblade master. Wonder what would have happened if he'd won?
Truthfully I don't count Roxas as part of the Twilight Town characters. To me, he's technically either an Organization character or an odd out character. If you count him *in* the Twilight crew than he's my favorite. Otherwise I pick Hayner. Cause he's cool like that and reminds me of a praying mantis.
I had assumed honestly that there are numerous keyblades and that Riku (I have NO clue when) happened upon it. I was also under the assumption that Sora has the keyblade of light, Mickey has the keyblade of darkness (they say that in the game), and that Riku's keyblade is the keyblade of the dawn (because they say in COM that he is a perfect mix of light and darkness). I personally (after seeing the secret movie) figured that the keyblade that Kairi weilded was like a keyblade of growth or growing things. It seems to have plants and sunshine and things on it. I bet there's also the keyblade of the sunset or death or a hundred other things. My only question is where Riku found it.
Well I agree that Axel's name was probably pronounced like the drink, but i'd be willing to bet it was spelled "Ael". Which you can pronounce the same way. And come on it looks cooler. As for Marluxia. I'd be willing to bet Maurial. The two names you picked seemed very...girly. I know Marly is a little girly but still...he needs a somewhat masculine name. As for Demyx? Myed. Pronounced "mead"...like the drink. (see...i'm going with a theme here) I agree with you for the other two. Sai'X especially. There are just not many combos for his name.
I'll import it just like I imported KH: Final Mix. If anyone needs it I can translate it (japanese is my second language), but it might take me a day or two to actually play through the game again. LOL. My japanese is better than my gaming skills I assure you.
I had a theory once that being exposed to the inside of Kingdom Hearts allowed his evil blade (soul eater) to be fused with something like pure light (thats what they found in there afterall...light). So instead of being a weapon that was purely dark or purely light it mutated into something else. Basically a "Twilight" weapon...Way to the Dawn. Right down the middle.
Yeah he did look a little clownish, and his speeches were a bit...heh...lame. I too would have preferred to play as Roxas through the entire game (or at least SOME of the game...thanks a lot Squre Enix) because seriously...i'm sure he could have come up with better battle speeches. Roxas: "I hate you so much" and "No! My heart belongs to me!" (to DIZ) ooorr Sora: "That's really getting old!" and "Whoooa..." I mean the choice is pretty obvious...and Roxas had better clothes.
Definitely Roxas. I found his character to be about a hundred times more complex than Sora's. He actually gets sincerely angry and has temper tantrums (oh yeah, nobodies can't feel..pfft...yeah right). I think he won my heart when he looked at DIZ and said "I hate you so much". I mean come on...Sora would never be that bold. So Roxas. He's more of a complete character (which is sad considering that he's supposed to be half a person).
I thought so. It has been quite some time since I played those games. I suppose they might put something in about Chasers in the Final Mix of KH2. I hope so, because otherwise i'm just CONFUSED. Haha..oh well.
Actually the first Kingdom Hearts *does* have a nobody in it. Sora fights Xemnas in a side battle. So its not that they didn't have the idea already planted, just that they hadn't given them names yet. I don't remember if its in the Final Mix or the original. I have both so I can't remember. But I know Sora fights an unnamed Org XIII member (who i think they later said was Xemnas) as a sort of "test". I'm gonna be freakin' 30 before that game comes out though...my brain will have by then melted away.
Hmmm...sounds pretty good. If the soul becomes a chaser though...wouldn't that mean that *everyone* has a chaser? Sora, Xehanort, all the Org XII, everyone would have a chaser. Where are they? If they do exist, than NO ONE knows about them. Not Ansem or Yen Sid or anyone. That seems like an awfully big thing to miss. I would think it would make more sense for Chasers to be those in the past who sought the keyblades. And I dont' necessarily think that those three unknowns are knights (that would denote that they're good...when they could be evil). One of them could very well be Xehanort in the past, chasing the keyblades in an attempt to do...well...something. Hell, Xehonart could have *been* a keyblade wielder for all we know. I really don't have any good theories on that...lol...*shrug*
True enough. But there were TONS of keyblades laying around in that final scene. It never shows what keyblade that weilder is holding. I would think it has to somehow be related to Xehanort, because in the final battle he's basically wearing the same armor that is shown in the secret movie at the end. Not to mention Asmen the Wise says that one day Xehanort just showed up...with no memories of his life before that. I doubt it could be Sora's father though, because they mentioned that there had been *numerous* keyblade wielders before him. Not to mention that Riku was supposed to be the keyblade weilder originally, so Sora's father doesn't make much sense.
Wouldn't Demyx as a living person BE a new person? Demyx was not the same as his original incarnation, and the storyline is leaning towards something that happened in the past (Xehanort's memories). So it could VERY WELL be Demyx as he was when he was alive...as he woudln't have BEEN a nobody.

Since I think that its going to wind up being Org XIII (when they were alive folks) I think thats Demyx. Look at the eye color and hair color and the way the hair falls. I bet its him. Butttt thats just my opinion.
Hmmm...its a toss up, but i'd have to say Xemnas. He has a little bit more personality (which is kind of weird considering he's supposed to have like...no feelings or anything) and lets be honest...his hair is just heads and shoulders above Xehanort's heartless. *snicker*
I think it must be the badboy thing...because its always a toss up of either: Axel or Riku But probably Axel, if only because he's not quite so...angsty. Riku's mood swings and angst would get on my nerves after a while. But I'm all about boys in eyeliner! Woohoo!
I really like it actually. There are little scenes in there that weren't in the game. They add little pieces of spice that the game simply couldn't do. Its fun to see characters you like expand in your mind.
When I say timing I meant a more...emotional timing. Such as having the words of the song match the clips involved. The timing itself (such as being on beat) was fine, but the emotional and actual effort was not.
