uh.. Currently: Alternative Indie Emo Screamo-ish "Metal" Rock Punkish Rock 'n stuff along that line.
1,020 or something like that. xD I have three libraries so idk the total.
Well now you have 500-somethin'. (suthin)
Yay!! ^^ It's been out here for a while now...my best friend read it at Borders instead of buying it. xD
Linkin Park's early stuff was considered Alternative, not ever Metal. They can't call themselves Metal, they don't have any chance in the long run as Metal artists. I'm one of those people who likes their old stuff and the way it was the same. They were better in their early stuff, thats what I think. I hate "Reanimation" because of all the remixing of great songs. Linkin Park has evolved to fit the common person, obviously I'm stuck somewhere in the 80's and 90's. But then again I hate rap, and Metal is hard to match when you're commonly known as Alternative or Punk and such. The cut of the jib is that I liked Hybrid Theory and Meteora the best.
I guess it's hard to pull away from cute & cuddly little boy band Justin Timberlake and become some hot new thing. Which he isn't to me, music wise. He did have one helluva obstacle with Nsync.
I totally agree! What is the world coming to? There's so much of that one Genre. There's really only a few that stick out. Fall Out Boy, White Strips, Gym Class Heroes, Linkin Park. I don't like most of that rap-sort of Genre. And Carrie Underwood. Hate her. Justin Timberlake was better in Nsync.
I'm not in the mood to defend myself. Think what you want, all I'm saying is that I think the true fans should be called true fans, and that the people who only like a few songs aren't really fans. I'm steriotypical. I live in the steriotypes. Big deal? Everyone who knows me knows that I don't mean what I say. I just don't like people saying they love them when they only know two songs. They eventually broaden their horizons to more songs. Wouldn't the cd "All-American Rejects" be called "The All-American Rejects-EP." Just because usually EP's are the first cd you make. Move Along was a bigger hit 'till recently. Well, for people in Ohio anyways.
I agree. It's almost like rap, except with distinguisable words and an actual beat behind it. Rihanna is gorgeous to boot, and she DOES have an interesting accent.
Rush in yer pants, bytch. WTF? xD
Ahh. Amy Lee was all about death in her first CD. I don't know anything from the second except "Call Me When You're Sober" which is really improved over her old stuff. Seriously. You just wanna cut yourself when you hear her old stuff. It's all about dying and being betrayed and uah.
Woah. A song started playing and her voice is really techno, raspy, amazing. Woo, thank you.
So, we all agree. It's amazing. (although backwards it is jibberish, and Sanctuary is amazing.)
Yeah. Basically, she's a good kid with some sort of potential, but not really in acting/singing. I don't hate her, but she's just sort of young to be getting to wrapped up in herself and her business and her shows, singing, blah blah blah.
I sort of like the song, not really most of it but it's really catchy. I hate Rihanna with a passion, but that is an O.K. song. That and "Unfaithful", which is how I found her. :P To cut to the jib, it's catchy and the beat/rythm is pretty stimulating to some people. It's an opinion to hate or love it.
We have Drama club this year, so I bet we're gonna do something involving Disney. Yay!
Off topic: I want that Panic! Cd. Misty's right. Not trying to offend anyone, but seriously. I didn't like how people at my school started saying stuff like "OMG I LOVE AAR" and they only downloaded two of their songs. First CD was definately one of my faves though. I've only heard a few from the new one, so I don't really know what it's about. I can't say I'm a huge PANIC! fan either, but I love two of their songs and Pete Wentz is pretty good at singing and an O.K. bassist. (off topic.)
They have 'em at Borders here in Ohio.
Bah. Linkin Park was better when they came out with Hybrid Theory. Now they are: a) ugly as hell b) liked by all the preppy girls now c) overpopular They were better when only few people knew about them. "In The End" was their best song in the mid to late 90's. They're horrible now. The music has changed and they've decided to try to be metal. They barely fit in the Alternative category. >:[
My theme song differs by week. This week it's "Hey There Delilah" by Plain White T's. My life is based around that right now. ^^;
