Put zeros in the front of your deck, followed by as many 9, 8, 7, and 6 cards you have. It doesn't really matter what kind they are (Kingdom Key's fine, in other words; though I think the aladin one get's a bonus it's the final part of a combo...) cause all you want to do it maintain control by not letting her do anything. Use Zeros to counter her slights and keep in mind that she'll loose a card when she does that (avoid using slights yourself, I've always found them useless in this game when compared to just beating out Larxene with card manipulation). As i recall, Larxene doesn't have that many counter/dodge-able attacks, so you'll have to break most of her more dangerous moves. Good luck.
Also consider digging around for items that help synthesize defense and power ups; this way you can hit two birds with one stone since you'll need/want those power ups for Terra.
throw zeros in the back of your deck for easy access. Block all slights (especially the 27 value one) and stick with mostly normal attacks. Use dodge roll as much as you can to avoid being hit. When it comes to Riku 4, I'd say just level up your hp so you can absorb more hits. Then get lucky at card shops and look for mid-high level oath keepers. -=Kross
I assume this is Days you're asking about?
No. They're not. It's all cross platform ports. Regardless of the absolute truth in that (It's generally true for major developers), Square IS NOT one of the companies even producing games for the console. Rendering this entire conversation pointless.
It's used to cancel magic selection and return to the main battle menu.
That same reason explains why Square would never bother to remake it; remaking it for ANY console would NOT just be a simple port. It would completely redone from the ground up, which costs time and money that is wasted when the game looks and runs fine on the DS. The DS has sold 107.75 million units world wide and is still being actively DEVELOPED for. The PS2, as of June 08, has 140 Million, but no one (NOT EVEN SQUARE) is developing for it anymore. Games that are being released on that console are all cross-platform ports. And quit being stupid and do some research. You get a 1st gen. DS for like $60 or $70 bucks, used. Cheaper, probably.
Not sure how the forum swings on emulation. At the point before the game is released in the US, I see no reason. Likely, your Rom is messed up. Also could be anti-piracy issues on the Rom. Japanese version ran fine on my slightly modified No$GBA 2.6.
98% of statistics presented on the internet are made up. conclusion: don't present random statistics. There's no reason to remake or port this game to any console. PS2, Wii, PS3 or otherwise. There's no point. The only reason you could possibly want this remade is if for some unholy reason you don't have a DS. Considering the price, that you obviously like KH and the number of other good games for DS, there's no reason to not get one.
what are their current levels? I know you can't get pasted 5 and/or 7 until you finish certain plot points. If you haven't already, go beat the game.
This should be common sense. I just don't get why this isn't obvious. No one is developing games exclusively for PS2. Sony doesn't even sell the console anymore, let alone support backwards compatibility. If you don't get this I have no idea what to tell you. It's 2009, damn it.
they are all cross-platform ports. Not really being "made" for PS2. Allow me to rephrase. No one is DEVELOPING for the PS2. Which is what would need to be done to bring a game like Days to the PS2. Why would you even want it on the PS2?
No one is making PS2 game anymore!!!!! NO ONE. Square even said that KH:ReCOM would be their last PS2 title. Why does everyone want Days to be ported so badly? Is it that by some freaking miracle you don't have DS and can't pick up a 1st gen one for like $60? DS works just fine for this title. If anything, we're not looking at a remake for SEVERAL years. There's no way anyone is/should be thinking that far ahead. Besides, it would take a big overhaul to port this anywhere. Almost to say that it would need to be completely remade. -=-=-= Other notes: if you want to play the Final Mix games so badly: 1) Modify your PS2 and import it 2) Get a computer with a decent CPU and emulate it. I've done both; using my FM+ disc to test the emulator when I DL'd it. (PCSX2) Both the Final Mixes are fun, but honestly they are not worth localizing. Honestly, you should be wishing that KH2 ='d KHIIFM+ in the first place because in terms of satisfaction in content and challenge, FM+ should have been KH2 to begin with. But it wasn't. That's the sad part. -=-= Back on Days, it's a satisfying title as it is. Challenging, that's for sure. I have found it fun, so far. But there is NO reason to have this remade already and for there even to be a discussion on it.
I doubt it. Why would they? How could it not sell well on the highest-selling handheld in the world? I'd be more concerned with BBS on the PSP with piracy and stuff.
I guess: -Back story on Cloud/Sephiroth conflict -Leon and pals will appear in Raidant Garden (my guess is that we will in fact witness their eventual travel to Traverse Town) I hope: -Midgar World? Come on, Final Fantasy world please.
This is not nearly specific enough for anyone to help you. Location? Day? Mission Number? Partners?
check the site where you dl'd it from? I'm not sure we're even allowed to help you on this forum. Most fan forums don't let us, anyway. -=KrossF
I could see some cutscenes taking place at Castle Oblivion. Towards the beginning maybe. In reference to the post above me, I wonder if Xion was/is aware of what is or was happening in Castle Oblivion. In kinda depends on when this all takes place, in the long run. Roxas was born RIGHT after the whole ordeal in Hollow Bastion in KH1. It's clear that when Axel and Vexen are talking in Castle Oblivion - Twilight Town that Roxas clearly exists DURING the Chain of Memories plot. So, will 358/2 days take place during, immediately after, or sometime after Chain of Memories? -=Kross
Just equip Lucky, Lucky to everyone and go on fighting them. When ya get enough AND your Moogle is high enough level, you can make the Crystals. -=Kross
That might be why Riku goes to fight her. Because her existance was somehow preventing Namine from putting Sora back together. -=Kross
