I was wondering if anyone has been to an anime convention before, or anything similar to it. I will be attending one for the first time in May (11th to the 13th), AnimeCentral in Rosemont, IL. I'll try to be there for 2 days (Friday and Saturday). I really want to make it there Friday night because of the musical guests... HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR I'll be cosplaying as L and Matt from Death Note too... I'll post pics here or on Flickr after I'm also curious to know if anyone here will be attending as well. I'M SOOOOOO EXCITED!!!

Synopsis from SilentRegrets: A girl who can only live at night and a high school student who loves to surf as the sun rises...The two had nothing in common...Kaoru Amane, 16 years old, did not attend school but instead sang herself away every night after dark at a square in front of a train station with a guitar in her hands. She led a lifestyle opposite the norm, sleeping during the day and active at night. Kaoru was suffering from xeroderma pigmentosum (XP), an illness, which also might be described as the allergy to the sun, and was not allowed to be exposed to sunlight. The only motivation in her life was singing, which also was the only connection to the outside world. One day, an incident drastically changes her life... This movie stars YUI in her movie debut as Amane Kaoru. MOST of you may know her from her songs "LIFE" and "Rolling star" which were used for the 5th ED and 5th OP for the anime "Bleach". She looks soooooooooooooooo kyuuuuuuuuuuuteeeee in this movie. The movie has many sad parts but there are some happy moments in the film. This is an ABSOLUTE must see!!! (^_^) Get tissues ready when you watch this...
