Oh, and it feels nice to be back. I kind of got sucked into an Anime and started doing slideshows again. At first I thought "Well, I'll do my Kingdom Hearts AMVs on the side" but I got busy which lead to me doing what I do best: I felt too embarrassed to return. The great news is my biggest critics before was more effects. I still don't have a fancy video maker but I got an upgrade to WMM Live which I have too much fun with. Now for those of you that saw the original yes everything is the same except for a few things. For those of you that don't know YouTube now makes it so you can edit your videos after posting them as in effects and such. The only downside is these edits apply for the whole video. So I decided to use my old Legal Assassin video to experiment with this whole new feature. I made the colors cooler and adjusted both the contrast and the saturation. At first I winced at how dull some clips look then reminded myself it was a dark video; it shouldn't be bright. All and all it really helped make for a darker, more haunting atmosphere especially with the ghost and haunted memories going from black and white to a color more like a faint ghostly glow. So I decided to share the changes which I think made it at least 10x better. Again the song is Legal Assassin from Repo! A Genetic Opera. The memories haunt him like ghost and he finds the son he had with Roxas is slipping away. Reno doesn't know what happened just that his 'mother' is dead and so are the parents of his best and only friend. One day he runs away to join the new Organization that has form from their children (I did a poll and officially yes these kids on Mpreg babies in case anyone's curious). Axel knows it might be for the best but unable to go back to the Organization with the blood on his hands his son is all he has.
Warning: VERY strong language. So I finished another part of my Repo! A Genetic Opera project. I'm not quite sure just how well it turned out but I think it's better then most Kingdom Hearts Mark It Up to be honest. Why does Vexen make the perfect Pavi?! It amazes me! I also wonder why I've onyly seen one video with Axel as Luigi! He proved perfect for the part! But man did the lipsinking move smoothly here...for the most part. I feel proud but at the same time have a feeling I could have maybe done better. My main issue was the ending but I didn't want to finish with Vexen's death. Then I put down that clip where it fades out and thought 'Hey! Why not?'. I...really can't think of anything to say so I won't ramble. Enjoy. So my coadmin on my KH RP site and I are doing a trade so to speak. She's doing my OC, Xamri, and after three days of thinking and playing a game she asked me do Organization XIII members staring the seven deadly sins. We are in firm agreement of six: Larxene as Wraith, Marluxia as Lust (He's probably glaring at her because she RP him there), Xaldin as Pride, Demyx as Sloth, Vexen as Envy, and Luxord as Greed. But Gluttony is proving hard! Lexaeus is obvious but only because of his size and we're stuck. I'm also leaving this opened for a little fun discussion on what sins you think fit what members. Only rules are one member per a sin and one sin per a member.
I'll be honest; this took 30 mins tops! I found it listening to Gakupo the Vocaloid (I LOVE Vocaloids) and shared the song with my coadmin whom also loves them. We both realized the obvious 'Joker' and had the same thought; Luxord! I had to do it and he actually went along with it quite well. My coadmin personally is a big time fangirl of Luxord so I asked what she thought. She was speechless for five minutes then went 'I-I love it!'. Pleasing one of his fans is enough for me to be even more proud of this though now I'm contemplation yet another project! Organization Vocaloids. Marluxia would obviously be put to Fear Garden. The others...no clue. If you think I should go through with that idea some song suggestions would be great. Any song you think would be great as long as any of the Vocaloids sing them; very much preferring a solo song or anyone else is just background. And before anyone says anything I've gone through 'Lord of Darkness' and the other 'darkness' songs and don't like them otherwise I'd be putting Xemnas to the lord and Saix to the servant/prince. Ok! I'm trying not cry which is proven easier given how long it's been. Before I say anything else I want no pity or 'he's watching you in heaven' or 'I'm sorry for you lose' comments. I'm fine; I just felt the need to do this. *Sighs* I can't believe it's been four months. My grandpa died in March and when I came home I realized two things suddenly; he was a lot Luxord in a sense and he was born on Marluxia Day. Yep, he was born on 11/11. He was a good old western man who loved alcohol and cards. When I was seven he taught me to play Texas Hold'em. Though he also had a great sense of humor which showed when the song played at his funeral was Eatin' Gobber Peas. His second favorite song....was Cotton-Eye Joe by Rednex. That's how this came to be. I was surfing YouTube and it popped up in 'suggested'. I then remembered after my one-shot I said I'd do a video/slideshow tribute to him. This...is that tribute. He was a very fun loving man that would go with the flow so I kind of did that here. I did my best to just have fun with it and not get to serious. Back when I did slide shows only I would have skipped the picture at the end...but my grandpa loved country music and I knew he'd get a good laugh at it which is why I had to use it at the end. I don't care what anyone thinks; this is simply for the best grandpa a city going country girl who loves technology could ask for. For this...I had the urge to do something different. What did I do? I included Kingdom Hearts II, Birth By Sleep, Re:Chain of Memories and 358/2 Days. Once I got my focus I focused on some...interesting straight pairings that have grown on me (except of course Sora and Kairi. I've always liked them). I tried to give each game equal time but with the way it's set up it's hard to tell how well I did that. Yes! I am officially a fan of Riku and Xion. Looking at clips....I mean Deep Dive made it obvious at least in my mind and I found the beauty in them downloading a bunch of clips and using them. I honestly have mixed feelings about some of it but all and all I again know it would be hard for me to make an improvement on it without Sony Vegas though this one made me really can't wait to get a job, get money, and get Sony Vegas! Windows Movie Maker crashed on me six times doing this! I was about to restart the computer since it does help sometimes but I managed. Part 2 of my project with my Black Apache mp3 collection. I'm super excited because they excepted my last one to be put in the 'related' area of their music video for it! Ok...so first line that came out in this song at once my brain screamed 'Larxene!'. Yes, there's hints of AxeLarx but it worked so much better doing it like that. She fought for a bit, the parts where she did might be very obvious, but all in all I love the results. Um...I had her 'death' at the end because it just seemed....it just seemed to work for it. IDK. I'm trying to do them in order so next up should be Slow Dance. It's probably going to be the hardest one to work with to be honest. I'm going to be honest! Doing this one gave me a strange respect for Larxene! I don't know what it is....maybe it's being bi and being guilty of admiring her spunk and figure. XD I like spunky girls with small chests. Maybe it just helped me see her in a different light from usual since in the past as a Yaoi fangirl I ignored her mostly. *Shrugs* Regardless I doubt I'll leave her out of things involving all of the Organization in the future....unless it's a pairing project. Um...wow! Might as I just say it was an honor to be able to do this! A member of Black Apache actually sent me a bunch of MP3 to do these AMV projects and I just feel so humbled to be able to do them and help further spread the word. The moment I heard this song I knew just wanted I wanted to do and it turned out quite well, I think. There were many clips I had to speed up to work but in the end it's one of my works I think only Sony Vegas could do much improvement on. At first for 'devil' I had Marluxia but then I quickly realized that was the only clip in it not from Kingdom Hearts II and it just made it feel almost out of place so I changed that. I honestly had a different ending in mind but to achieve it I needed a screenshot which strangely enough I couldn't find but I think the ending still went just as smoothly if not more so. I don't know how many of you are aware of them but I'm officially on their YouTube fan list. I'm one of the people they always message they're latest YouTube to and I'm loving this stuff! I just got their latest one a few minutes ago. Well...maybe twenty minutes; I've been abusing the play button. Still I noticed a lack of them on the TV and radio and from the comments I've seen on the video I'm not the only one! *Sighs* Ok...so the thing yes I have a long distance boyfriend....but I'm also bi. Problem? My mom supports equal rights for gays....but is majorly homophobic. For those of you unaware yes I am a Yaoi fangirl. Well, it's too the point I hide both my Yaoi mangas from her and the fanfic I'm writing...I have to be on my guard to make sure she doesn't read even the two guys kissing! I want to come out in case I meet a great girl but I'm scared. She's really uncomfortable with the idea. Even my older sister doesn't help telling me the fact we're both bi needs to stay a secret between the two of us. I'm at my wits end on this! I just want her to understand without freaking out on me that I realized I'm also attracted to girls. I hate being in the closet on being bi from my own mother because she supports things but is so...closed minded at the same time she doesn't trust me around even a black guy who's a straight 'A' student and wrote a paper about refusing to become a baby daddy (as in he wants to be a father). I just want her to understand this is what I'm attracted to and not everyone is as shown in those darn crime and trail shows she watches!
So I was thinking of how I did a regular random and my brain figured 'love one would be fair'. I mean I did it when I was doing slideshow so why not? I swear the characters possess my iTunes when I do this! They are indeed on random! I was cracking up with my coadmin on my RP site with Zexy and Lexy song. She actually thought I was joking at first. This is the actually conversation: "OMG! They got Kiss the Girl!" "xD" "I'm not joking!" "What? You're serious!? O.o" "Yes!". The only one I hate is the MarlyVex one. I think my iTunes hates Marly so I got back at it by making Vexen the girl...he then apparently got revenge through Zexion and Lexaeus. For those of you following it that didn't see...I'm going to be honest in saying I'm very angry to inform everyone she was found Not Guilty of all charges except every charge of lying to police officers. It's sad but true. Not even child abuse and apparently second degree wasn't an option. I can't say anything else or I'm going to rant and probably make someone mad so...
So I realized how dark and depressing my videos have been so far and decided I needed something...lighter but I didn't want to do a love song. My solution? Another random mix. People on here may be going 'another?'. If you look at my YouTube you'll see before now I was doing slide shows and I did two; one of them individually to any song and then a 'couples' one to my fav pairings. I decided to make it even more fun to use only Weird Al. I swear it was totally on random! I know some of my match ups are unbelievable especially Xigbar but if I planned it do you think I would have put Larxene to the song I did? Not to mention Xaldin! Sorry for lack of Lexaeus; it just proved way to hard to match him to Jerry Springer. Yeah...get a good laugh from that mental image but could you pull it off? I honestly am! The only thing that would be better is if I didn't have just WMM to work with but it got the job done. This video does contain major spoilers from Birth By Sleep and mild cursing. Wow...this was just...wow. I was just watching an AMV to 'Seventeen' and decided to listen to Night Surgeon. I was suddenly reminded how people have said the scene I used in the beginning is a sign Xemnas actually does have a bit of remorse for what happened to Aqua. And the pieces all fell into place. This is one of those videos I'm totally revisiting if/when I get Sony Vegas with more BBS clips because I think it's pretty awesome for just WMM but I know it can be better with more effects using Sony Vegas. Only thing that worries me is without Sony Vegas how can I personally best this because I know looking around that to do a video to ANY song from Repo well is a challenge but I managed with only a few bumps. I'm not sure how well this turned out. It's a classic case for me of trying to do something simple but my high creativity level refused to allow it to be just that. I just wish I knew how to put words on clips as it would probably make the video MUCH easier to follow. It started off as a video to my long time crush now long distance boyfriend (He looks a LOT like Zexion minus the height) how much I miss him (I happen to look a LOT like a female Xigbar) but I was shrinking one clip and my eyes focused in on Xigbar's guns...and a plot formed. On a small note I like Yaoi but not this pairing; I used these two because of what the project started as so please don't hate on it over the pairings in it. His jealousy boils over one day when he see Zexion and Vexen talking and as he tries to confront Number VI he lashes out, attacking him. Later Xigbar is full of guilt and talks to Luxord unsure if he should go to Castle Oblivion and try to apologize. He asked what could possible be so bad that Zexion wouldn't forgive him so he explains. At the same time in Castle Oblivion, Lexaeus asks Zexion why he's so upset and he tells him about what happened. He contemplates whether or not he should forgive him. Vexen, who witnessed it, reminds him of just how bad Xigbar got for no reason and insist Zexion would be a fool to forgive him. Zexion still isn't sure as it was a first. Just then Xigbar comes in. Vexen is furious that he dared to show himself but Lexaeus says whether he stays or leaves is Zexion's decision. Zexion, still mad, tells him to go away which he finds rude insisting he just wants to talk. He tells them how he overheard Vexen's argument with Zexion about 'ending the affair'. Vexen only gets angrier, insisting he would never touch Zexion as he's like a son to him. Zexion interrupts, him and Lexaeus revealing the truth. Xigbar is sorry that he over reacted but Zexion tells Xigbar he won't blame him if he can't forgive and starts to walk away but the Free Shooter runs after him saying if Zexion will forgive him he'll forgive Zexion. Zexion is shocked how easily Xigbar is to forgive him. Does Zexion forgive Xigbar or does he decide what they went through was too damaging for their relationship? Cliffhanger ending! ^^
Man, am I ever nervous. It was a little touch and go last night with a small glitch on my WMM but here it is, finished. I can't believe I haven't seen this already done on YouTube. Ok...so I downloaded a bunch of clips for an AMV idea I had having found out about this place. I started working everything's find....but now all the clips I downloaded the video is out! All of them! My Sims Video clips and slide show pics are fine as is all audio including the audio in the clips but the picture for the clips is totally gone and I tried importing them again into WMM and those clips were the same only a green screen where the video should be. I redownloaded one of the clips as a test...still there's audio but no video. I tried closing and then opening WMM back up. Still audio but no video. Anyone have any idea what happened and how I can fix it? It happened while I was putting up and deleting away clips of Roxas fighting the Twilight Thorn to see if I could find a good fit if that information also helps.
