Seems I cropped out too much, BTW. Three was referring to 11:51 PM (as an individual time) and one was referring to 1:40 AM (as an average time).
For the split second when hovering over it, but before the dropdown opens, the hover background is transparent. Looks like it should be the same orange that the buttons use when being hovered over/as when the dropdown is open.
