    Adding another list of cards that weren't made with intention of being balanced, but rather belonging to "plot related" type of cards (usually overpowered within reason, or following anime or new mechanic) that would be allowed to be used when non TCG/OCG cards are allowed to be used. And I'm willing to judge such cards for very obvious reason.

    1st you use "counter summon" argument. The forbidden, most irrelevant argument when it comes to making monsters. Summon of anything can be countered. You should talk about its effects when its already summoned.
    2nd you use argument, that is so stupid I'm surprised you didn't figured it out yet. "Arena-wise" look. Do I really need to explain this?

    Its really stronger than you think due to negation part. It can deal with all monsters that can protect itself due to their effect (like 101). With adding additional effect that even that rewards you with card or damage to your opponent when you destroy their self protecting monster is not good at all. Either way you should drop negation part or draw part.

    Then its a quick-play that can destroy any monster that can have its effect negated. Delete part that let you draw 1 after all of it and it will be better.

    Also it rating will drop only by 1 point, cuz aftermath should be 5.

    Prismatic Elemancer, Makoto
    Not that bad, although I would change it so it returns specific target (like another Elemancer monster). Also its a Prisma that don't use itself as material for fusion. Not bad 2/10.

    Guardian Golemental
    Not bad, still very protective but very nice. Plus dat Alcadeias. 10/10

    Overwhelming Elemental Power
    There is that empty spot next to Spell Card part.
    Basically its if you control 3, destroy 1 of yours, one of enemy and draw 1. 3+3=6 so 6/10
    I'm don't like that "Also" part. I would rather have "Then". But both versions work.
