The anime god cards are inconsistent. What I remember hearing (from the anime) is "Unaffected by traps" and "only affected by spells for one turn." Regardless, you could also beat a god card field with something simple like a monster that can attack multiple times + honest. Edit: Also, that post is from more than a year ago.. I agree with that sentiment. Those duel terms were, more or less, an experiment in how powerful going first was. And the advantage is so overpowering that it's not even worth playing. Even with anti-spell fragrance, I could just counter with this: As such, I will cease being an active duelist.
Kumoyaki is longer than Yakumo though.

It's no problem. Better to have correct moves double checked than to have incorrect moves unchecked.
I drew eight cards, and my field spell was bounced by Trunade. I suppose I should have made that more clear in the post where I chained.
