Unlike the others, Glen had not heard anything. Being very unobservant, he rarely did notice small rustling sounds in a bush, especially with all the chatter that was going on. He walked over to Etrius and lightly put a hand on his shoulder. "Etrius, less than a minute ago you were talking to a damn horse, both of you were" he said, addressing both Cat and Etrius, "now I don't know about the way things work on either of your worlds, but where I come from, horses are just dumb animals. They can't understand a word you say. So, obviously you're insane, which is probably why you're hearing things, too. Let's just move on and go to this snuggly duckling place yeah? We've wasted enough time as it is" he said. Perhaps there could have been a way to word it in a more polite tone, but this way he got to poke fun at Etrius while he did so.
Juliet began squirming, trying to get free of Natana's grasp. Listening to Natana, she could tell she was not in a good position, not at all. The very second she heard her suggest killing Gexln though, the squirming intensified. With a savage bite, Juliet sank her teeth into her captor's hand, before kicking her back and taking a short step back. "If you so much as lay a hand on my father, I will tear you to pieces!" Juliet exclaimed, now dashing forward and swinging her keyblade with a powerful force against Natana. Caleb did as his friend asked. Setting him down on the ground gently, he glanced up to make sure he was okay. He looked alright aside from the huge mark on his head, no visible injury aside from that that looked life threatening. He gave a quick nod to Satsujin, before he picked up the pace, taking longer strides and more frequently. Within mere moments he had arrived at the cliff, and was now standing nearby the seemingly-immobilised Ansem. He saw Natana standing there and stopped. This was the one that had threatened him earlier. Without a word, Caleb held his arms to his side. First, she had threatened him, now she was attacking the ones that had helped defend her. A person like that, they would never allow for peace in any way. He saw Juliet attacking Natana, recognising her as someone Gexln seemed determined to protect. A soft metallic sound could be heard, as Caleb quietly summoned two small katanas into his right and left hand. He took a couple of steps forward before shooting a glare at Natana. "You are truly scum, betraying those that helped to protect you, to protect all of us! You would betray them like this? You have no right to life, and you will have that very thing taken away from you here and now!" he yelled at her, making his intentions very, very clear. As the lightning came from the sky, Gexln immediately became worried slightly. Xero seemed to be laying there, unconscious and unable to defend herself. Hurrying forward, he threw himself on top of her and felt a searing jolt of electricity run through him. A cry of pain could be heard as it struck him, but after a few seconds it stopped and he stood up, scathed but alive and still very much able to fight. He nodded without a word as R instructed him to keep Ansem occupied. Gexln took a step towards Ansem. "You have become a right pain in the ass, Ansem" he said, taking another step. "You have insulted what few people I think of as friends" stepping forward once more. "You have started confrontations just because you're a prick lusting for power you can't control" he continued. "And worst of all, you..hurt..Xero!" he said, sliding forward and simultaneously entering Anti-Form, before entering a barrage of kicks, punches and general slashes with the dark claws he now had on the end of his hands. If Ansem wanted a fight, it was a fight he would get.
Gexln was yet again saved by someone stepping in front of him. Either he was getting sloppy, or other people were just improving faster than he had. Then again, there was a reason he had lost to R the day he met him. As he was about to strike at Ansem once again, R performed his own attack. Standing there, Gexln heard R utter the words 'dark siphon' and immediately he had an idea of what he was about to attempt. He was about to alter the darkness inside of Xero in some way, and the words 'delusional heartbeat' suggested altering the heart. While he did somewhat trust R, it wasn't enough to allow him to attempt it alone. Placing his hand on R's shoulder, Gexln adjusted his own dark signature so that it was near identical with R's, enough so that he, too, would enter the dive to the heart. Caleb didn't look up, but he did stop as he heard Satsujin speak. He didn't put him on the ground, for he would probably still need to recover, but he decided to respond to Satsujin's apology. "There's nothing to apologize for. What isn't important is winning, it's fighting to do the right thing, to protect those that can't protect themselves" he said, doing what he could to reassure Satsujin. He continued walking, albeit somewhat slowly due to exhaustion, slowly making his way to the cave.
Okay so all in all i'll probably have Gexln, Stephen (mind reader guy), Dinax and a new character none of you guys would know called Gregory Wraithe
Hannah, in Spirox War you posted the banner for evening. Evening was the one you posted before that, shouldn't it be dawn? XD
Username: Dr_Wigglz Name: Stephen Castra Age: 26 Gender: Male Appearance:5"9, has shoulder length jet black hair that is usually tied in a pony tail. Pale white skin. Brown eyes. Usually wears a black suit, and has a long green sheath strapped to his back which contains a Nodachi (japanese sword). Power: Telepathy Abilities: Mind Reading - Self explanatory, can hear the thoughts of other people around him should he choose to use it. Pain Inducement - The ability to induce an illusion of pain. Telepathic Speaking - The user of this power can speak by using their mind combined with mental powers. Telepathic Relay - The ability to act as a mental relay station for a group of minds, allowing said minds to "speak" to one another through the user. Omnilingualism - The ability to intuitively understand new languages. Sensory Link - The ability to link two minds, causing each of the two linked minds to experience the senses of the other, whether it be pain or otherwise. Mind Meld - The user, through physical contact, forces their memories onto another individual, causing them to see their memories through the user's perspective. Psychic Shield - The ability to erect a psychic shield to protect the minds of oneself and/or others. Neurocognitive Deficit - The ability to shut down an opponent's higher brain function. Stephen has not mastered this ability, and so when he shuts down a higher brain function of somebody else, he in turn has the same function disabled. Truth Inducement - Make others tell the truth by shutting down their brain inhibitors. Weapons: Nodachi Strengths: High level of intelligence, very strategic mind, nearly unmatched in swordsmanship (though this is largely due to his ability) Weaknesses: Tends to over-think things, is not as good unarmed as he would like to be. Starting Area: The Outskirts Bio: As a child, Stephen Castra was a genius. His parents always pushing him to perform better, Stephen was naturally gifted and outsmarted all of his fellow classmates for years. In the later years of schooling this natural genius turned into a strategic mind, outwitting and outmanouvering his classmates in many games; his favourite being chess. After finishing school, he couldn't help but notice all the violence going on in the three main areas. He decided that with his tactical knowledge he would create peace for the world, and strives to achieve that goal. His use of telepathy is a major advantage for whatever side he fights for. Stephen is different from most people, in the sense that although he does indeed want to get the antidote, he plans to destroy it should he obtain it. Other: N/A
Deleted Marlurk because I cannot see myself using him. Did clear this up beforehand.
Gexln stepped back a bit as Ansem swung, but it wasn't enough. The blade was going to hit him. Thankfully, Valinton stepped in and blocked the attack for him. Although what happened next surprised even Gexln. Natana attacked Valinton, only for the red-headed-dog to throw herself in front of the attack and take the hit. He was facing a tough decision now. Did he defend Valinton, who had just defended himself, or did he continue the attack on Ansem? His decision was made as his daughter stepped past him, and in front of Valinton. "I'm not sure who you are, but if you're trying to kill someone who just defended my father, you're going to be the first one to drop dead" Juliet said, sounding all too much like her father. How strange things had turned out. A short while ago, she had been in a fierce battle with Valinton, or at least some form of him, and now she was protecting him? "Men, always complicating things" she said quietly to herself. She stared right at Natana, watching her eyes and not her keyblade; it would prove to be much more useful that way. Acting swiftly, the girl swung her keyblade towards Natana's torso. Gexln was shocked once again. Now his daughter was protecting him? Like some kind of battle-babysitter? The thought did not sit well with him. Shrugging off the thought, he turned his attention to Xero/Ansem, who now seemed to have resisted Eon's taunt (he was probably very cross though) but was held on the ground through gravity magic. He had to play this situation carefully. Any damage he inflicted upon the body, Ansem or not, would have a lasting effect on Xero, and that was something he would not tolerate. Gexln relinquished his keyblade for the moment, and dropped Darkness' Sorrow on the ground. His fists began glowing a dark purple colour; the same way they had back when Gexln had first learned of the ability to use darkness, back in his village. This was the way he would fight. This was the way he would help Xero. Taking a few steps forward, the Nobody of the Dark broke into a frenzied dash towards Ansem and attempted to strike with a darkness-infused uppercut.
Am I a bad person for considering doing it again, just so it looks odd again? XD
Considering putting Gexln in it, but I know for sure the child of both Xero and Gexln will be in it, but Juliet will not. Nor will Caleb.
I edited my post, so now your quote looks odd. Muhahahahaha
I liked the idea of the 5v5 thing really. You'd get to RP not only the 5v5 aspect itself, but also what the champions do when they aren't actually summoned to the fields of justice. EDIT: I mean really, Riot writes pretty good Lore for most of the champions, and we're just going to throw that away and say "yeah school!" or something? There are plenty of locations mentioned in the Lore itself, plenty of rivalries created through it and whatnot, so to just send them to school rather than play out their lore and/or a 5v5 scenario would be a HUGE opportunity wasted imho.
Five
Hey! Welcome! I hope you enjoy yourself here. Make some friends (shouldn't be hard, we're all friendly enough) and help liven up the place a little haha also who's your favourite kh character?
I dislike the idea of a school rp. In my personal experience (and this is just my opinion) they get both annoying and kinda boring. Why would I join an rp based on school when I hated the real thing so damn much? My vote is heavily in favor of "no" to a school-based rp.
I saw you use the same number twice in a row, Red. If you do it much more you will have to go directly to jail, will not pass go and will not collect £200.
It wasn't a staff member's name, the one on staff is you, Krowley, not Krowleigh :P
-other (Krowleigh)
Still focused on sealing away Xindai, Gexln was not prepared for the shockwave from Ansem. He was knocked back into a wall, sending a searing jolt of pain up his back as he fell onto the ground with a slump. For a brief moment he sat there, back against the wall and motionless, before getting to his feet. Gexln had not been facing towards Ansem when he had spoken, and he had not seen Xero becoming possessed, but he had certainly heard the voice. He knew the voice well, from his last encounter with the dark pedophile, and was not likely to forget it. "Ansem.." he growled, grip tightening on Darkness' Sorrow. Taking off now, Gexln began his hurry to the outside of the cave. He knew not where the possessed-Xero had gone, but he knew it wasn't in the cave. If it were someone else, perhaps he would have taken the time to track them down and be certain of where they had gone, but one driving thought had prompted him to move as fast as possible and save as much time as he could; Xero was in danger. This thought drove him onwards, his feet moving faster and faster as he ran, now using darkness to enhance his speed. He skidded to a stop the moment he got outside, seeing the Ansem-Xero being floating above them. "Ansem, you release her right now or I swear I will find a way to rip you out of there, put you into your rightful body, and tear you apart limb from limb and feed you to the heartless!" he threatened, a tone of anger in his voice that was very easy to hear. Juliet had been much faster at reacting than Gexln had been, and had actually prepared for the shockwave. As it came at her, she leaped up into the air and avoided it. The moment she landed on the ground, she too began running after Xero. While she didn't particularly care for her, she knew she was important to her father, and that was all that mattered. She was surprised as she ran to see Gexln overtaking her, not even looking at her as he did. The determination and fury in his eyes was easy to see, and it was not a look she liked. Not at all. She followed her father to the outside of the cave, and stood beside him with her keyblade summoned, ready to help at any given moment. Caleb was still watching the cliff, still unable to overcome his feeling of guilt, when he saw something unusual; a girl, simply appearing outside of it in a cloud of darkness. It was hard to tell from the distance he was at, but he could swear it was that girl that had been with Gexln in Twilight Town, and again just after they fought earlier. As Gexln ran out, he could barely make out what he was saying. It appeared somebody called 'Ansem' was holding someone close to Gexln prisoner. This was it, this was how he would atone for the sin he had committed. But what to do about Satsujin? He couldn't just leave him there, not one of his few friends. With a heave, Caleb lifted Satsujin up and lay him slumped over his own shoulders. He would carry him there, and he would see what all the commotion was about. "Satsujin, you really owe me" he said, a little grumpy with how he spoke as he began running towards the cliff.
