    Noice podcast guys.

I do agree with Ross, not on that BBS/KH3D/Days (I'm gonna touch on this one after this) are plothole solver for plotholes sake, but that the sheer amount of these "sequels" does make the transition for someone who's gone from KH1 -> KH2 kind of difficult. KH2 was my first game, and I hadn't played CoM...ever, lol. I didn't find that it hampered my ability to understand what was happening with the Organization or Sora, though. The Roxas Intro did a pretty good job of overviewing the main parts of KH1, and Namine did pretty alright at handling the CoM stuff. It never went to into depth, but it covered the important parts (Sora was tricked by Org., his memories were fried).

With going from KH2 -> KH3, you have four games worth of pretty mandatory content to catch up on. I'm hopeful that KH3 will do what KH3D did and have those memory archive things, they were really good overviews for all the other games. It's also made much more easier and accessible with the HD remakes, but the fact that there's so much mandatory content for KH2 -> KH3 when there was like...three sentences worth of stuff you needed to go from KH1 -> KH2 can be hard for a KH casual to jump into if they only played the first two main games. I do think the games are important though, and I'm glad they're moving them mostly over to PS3 (which, tbh, should have been where BBS/3D/Days should have been from the start, imo).

Re:Coded, while super fun, is basically "here is letter...save these ppl sora...do the thing...btw xehanort is back ayyy lmao"

*Days: I think Days is important not for the Organization but mainly for explaining why:

    1. Namine took a whole year to repair memories she wrecked in 20 days.
    2. How Roxas managed to absorb all of Sora's memories. They could ahve just gone along the lines of "Sora needs his body back or he will die" and Roxas would provide that. Though I still question how he was able to coproduce Namine with Kairi since his body was used in the making of both her and Roxas.
    3. Roxas' motives for leaving. I never really thought they did a good job with it in KH2, so it was nice to have that expanded on in Days.

I mean, tbh, I would've been fine if they just had it as a cutscene movie like they do in 1.5 now. But I do think it answered questions about Roxas that were relatively important and unanswered.

    tl;dr i am probably a xion stan

I get why people are mad about this, I like Ron and Herms as a couple a lot too. But at the end of the day, it's still completely canon, lol. J.K.'s not just gonna go back and change it, and tbh, I wouldn't be surprised if it was just a "well dang there were other avenues I could have gone down but 2 late now" thing. Or what hatok said.

Wait, when did this happen? o.O I only really recall like...the one scene in Goblet of Fire with the Krum jealousy thing and in the Deathly Hallows where he's also jealous again. But those really seemed like relatively self-contained, one off things to me?

I usually prefer physical copies of games, especially, like you said, of series I like a lot. It's sort of the same mentality with books for me. I like to hold and look at the case/the disc and be able to put it on my bookshelf or wherever else I could store games. It's a nice feeling to look over and see a whole line of games you like and be able to have them within arm's reach.

All that said though, I don't mind digital games. With things like the PS Plus offers, there's a lot of variety of games available for (essentially )free that I might not be too sure I would like right off the bat, but still have the ability to download, test out, and if I don't like it, all I have to do is delete the file. The free demos are also really nice for this reason. Additionally I really like the concept of the cloud, that if something were to happen to my games I'd have a copy of the data to call right back. Like you said though, with the prospect of things changing it could end up being a hassle to get access to your stuff back. But most of my digital downloads tend to be "this is free I like free I will try this out" anyway :b

You have some bloatware abilities equipped: if you're looking to speed through things, get rid of the Combo Pluses. Also Auto Final and Horizontal Slash. You don't really need either. Use the 5-6 freed AP for Damage Drive & the Form Boosts. Replace Oblivion with Oathkeeper -- Oblivion is good for helping you refill your Drive Gauge up when you're out, but Oathkeeper keeps you in it longer since it has Form Boost as its Passive Ability.

You also might wanna consider leveling a bit more and/or using Power/Defense Boost items. And get rid of the Firagun Bangle for something that will beef up Defense more.

It could be that they didn't have an idea of what new enemies to create. With Unversed, Heartless, Nobodies, and Dream Eaters, we're already at four. I imagine Nomura probably didn't have much time/didn't think to create a new enemy and just reused previous assets made for the KH Coded avatar section. I do get your point though, there does need to be some clear statement as to whether KHX as a whole is canon or not, but for the art sources I wouldn't be surprised if they used Emblem Heartless just because the resources were already there to use and they could just slap stuff in.

I don't usually drink coffee because I putter out an hour after I have some. Whenever I do get it, I like having a lot of milk/cream and a lil' bit of sugar in it.

But for real, I've only played XII, so. Quite a few people disliked this aspect, but I really liked the vastness of Ivalice. Seeing all the different environments, all the different communities, and life in general just worked for me. It took long as hell to walk on foot in some parts, but I didn't mind it too much.

“This world has been connected...tied to the darkness...soon to be completely eclipsed...there is very much to learn...you understand so little...a meaningless effort...one who knows nothing cannot understand nothing.”

most memorable because billy zane said it

This was also really good. :] KH3D had a lot of really good lines from Sora in general, imo.

ALSO ALSO, the Axel quote at the beginning of Days has been one of my favorites since I heard it

I thought it really helped to put their friendship into prospective in the game right off the bat. You get a feeling of familiarity and a longing for the "good old days," hinting at how muddled things would get and how their friendship started off as something more simple and carefree.

358/2 Days has a count of the days from Roxas' birth to his capture (and merging with Sora). It's said in game that Sora enters CO about 20 or so days after Roxas is first created -- hatok's post has the exact number, haha.

I saw this last month. It was not what I was expecting, and ended up almost crying twice while watching, lol. I could go into more detail if anyone would wanna hear, but I would definitely recommend seeing it. Easily one of my favorites of 2013 (and small-ish pool of movies I've seen in general).

4b. what a hot but horrible (but hot) mom

So Life Fibers are basically aliens and Senketsu is an artficial alien built by Pops Matoi to destroy the Life Fibers. That explains why he's able to absorb them after Ryuko defeats her opponents. Is he cleansing the Life Fibers of Lillith's the Original Life Fiber's influence? Is he becoming more susceptible to it and would get controlled if he ever goes near it? Who knows.

Dat bath scene. Was Ragyo really helping Satsuki control Junketsu more easily, or is it just gonna help Junketsu take control over Satsuki more easily? Satsuki is clearly against being a bottle for a ball of yarn and their opposition is growing more and more in the open. Someone on Reddit I think commented about this, but they pointed out how when Satsuki went to talk to Ragyo pre-Battlefield Trip, Ragyo said "You wear it well" and that now knowing what we know about her & the Life Fibers, she may have been talking to Junketsu. And we finally have solid confirmation Junketsu is totally bad for Satsuki, and that she's been pushing herself hard to stay on Ryuko's level.

With the Cultural & Sports Festival coming up, will the allegiances be made out in the open? Will Ryuko and Senketsu meet Ragyo? Will Nui show up and screw with Satsuki and Ryuko more (probably definitely)?

Also agreeing with at least 2016. Assuming Square is still gunning for releasing XV before KH3, we could maybe expect XV around Q3 of next year (2015), and KH3 likely around the same time of year in 2016. It's hard to really tell at this point with XV still being a factor in the production speed, but I think it's a safe bet that withn at least a year after XV is done, KH3 will be arriving shortly.
