It's like not watching The Simpsons, you don't have to be a fan of it, but for gods sake it's the ****ing Simpsons. How could you have NOT watched something that's been syndicated that much?

Not ALL of them are bad but Blum is a perfect example of them plying it safe. He's relatively cost efficient and tends to do a good job hence why you hear him in quite literally everything, it also helps that he'll pretty much accept anything.
Same goes for Troy Baker and Nolan North, they'll pretty much accept anything but they're a little more expensive then Blum hence why you very rarely see them in anime and if they are they are either
A) A minor character
B) Only there for a few episodes

Also I was asking if people like you even exist in reference to the fact that you haven't watched FLCL IE an anime that aired on TV 10 years ago and has continued to air on TV over and over again throughout the years since it's only 6 episodes.

Well of course. Anime studios like Bang Zoom and whatnot tend to be pretty low class and stationed in some faraway part of Texas or whatever. Plus anime is niche and unless it's licensed by Disney or funded by Cartoon Network like IGPX then they're going to scrape the bottom of the barrel for newbie VA's and Yuri Lowanthal for the 9506th time.
Wheras Video Games tend to be able to afford the higher up VA's like Mark Hamil and Tara Strong.

A huge part of Monsters Inc was the fact that every single character was being fed a huge lie that in order to supply energy for thier world they had to embark on a seemingly dangerous journey into the bedrooms of poisonous children and that this job involved feeding on the fear of said children. It was a risky job that many felt you could be killed for. Then of course with the introduction of Boo we learn that there's more to they mystery that were being told and that somethings going on.

I feel that without that Monsters U comes off as being pretty boring. I'm sure it has it's funny moments but I couldn't possibly sit through 2 hours of a bunch of people doing something that I know is.
1. A complete ruse
2. Worthless since they're gonna find out a safer and more efficient energy source anyway

Motivation is a talent that you obviously don't have
