Anya woke up early the next day, as she usually did. Detention had been uneventful. All that had really happened was that Nix had also turned up shortly after she had. The rest of the day had nothing worth mentioning. At hearing Mr. Blood's announcement, or... a more correct expression would be... having 'ignored' Mr. Blood's announcement... she started to make her way to the Drama studio. There wasn't much point of her going actually... she in all honesty hadn't worked on a self expression project at all, but she decided that just laying on the roof again today was pointless, and she had nowhere else to go. But still... Heading to the Drama Studio just meant that the moment she got there, she'd either be called out on her lack of a project by the teacher or have to improvise something and fake it. She couldn't be bothered in either sense. It's not the first time she had turned up to such a class without having done the project required for it, and the punishment was just like ever. The White Room. Anya felt something rebellious in her though today. Not rebellious in the sense to turn up and just refuse to do anything... she felt rebellious in the sense that she wanted to show the Academy that they didn't own her. She knew herself as one who usually waited for opportunity to arise... just biding her time waiting for the right moment, but maybe the thoughts in her head today were telling her that she had bided her time enough... now was the time to cause a stur... a ripple in the water of the academy that would perhaps spread and give rise to more opportunity for something bigger. Maybe it was her scientific engineering that was guiding her instinct into some sort of action, but either way... today wouldn't be boring... and it might be a stupid move on Anya's part, but... hey. As smart as Anya was and normally played things... she had also done stupid and dangerous things before. One thing for sure was... today would be interesting... for anyone and everyone in her class.

Well, here is the cool thing. If everyone posts slower and uses common sense so that others don't get lost etc. You should actually be able to have it so you don't even have to give other people temp control of your characters persay. But yeah, DT has spoken the general thing of what to do for now, so everything seems to be sorted there. I don't think you got it, lol Basically, even if people posted instantly after everyone had had a chance to post, they wouldn't be able to post again until at least everyone had posted. It'd work, but I'm not sure it's feasible for the cove. Generally, this is sorta how a lot of RPs go... sorta. But to be honest, it's more down to DT's above point. Common sense. If you think about things when posting, and give other people a chance to post like people do in other RPs. Everything would be fine. It doesn't have to go super slow then, but if you know other people are going to NEED to post and your own posting or other peoples are getting out of hand, then just stop and wait for a bit. If everyone has some courtesy for everyone else, things will go a lot smoother. We all have brains in our skulls. We all have common sense. It shouldn't be too hard as long as that when we post, we consider everyone and how our post will impact them. Remember, posting on your own and for yourself is stupid, you may as well write a story on your own and be done with it(and as a aspiring writer, I of all people am saying this). The point of an RP, is to work and create a story with others. It's impossible to do such a thing if you don't give everyone else a chance. The RP section is a community where we as RPers work together for everyone involved. The same should be said for the RPs in the section itself. *sips tea after long talking*
Yeah guys, sorry to add here, but I have to say... I'd love to be able to rejoin the Cove someday. I really would, but the speed of the posting just makes it impossible for me to ever have any hopes of finding my way back into the RP. I can't really say much more on what to do about it since I'm no longer a main RPer and I'd have no idea what to suggest at this stage other than the minor discussions I have with DT about the Cove. But yeah. I just thought I'd add my two pence worth. The cove is a great RP. No doubts about it. I'm sure everyone here agrees. But the fact is... the speed of posting is making it so that... A) a fair few members who want to join decide against it B) current members have/want to leave (Me obviously in this case, and I believe on or two others have left a while back due to the speed too) C) current members still in the RP have a hell of a time trying to post at all/catch up. It effects everyone else. Obviously, it effected my experience of the RP in a major way. A lot of RPs on KHV usually only get a few posts a day and yet their plots etc still move along nicely, but everyone can take part and further more, I find that the posts in those RPs are a lot more nice and detailed, the quality is generally better since not everyone is trying to race. I'm not saying Cove should slow down to the utmost extreme, but with Cove being the ONLY RP to get this many posts this rapidly, it shows something is clearly different here. Not just the sheer number of characters or anything (cause back with Ultimate Crossover, we had loads of characters too, but it was still manageable). Either way, it's just something to think about. I figured as I was one of the ones really affected by this and that I know FOR A FACT it's effecting others too, that I'd throw in my thoughts here.

*sigh* I am not one to continue arguments, but I've got to say with this... first of all, DT isn't a Nazi at all. The simple fact is... KHVs rules don't allow for discrimination such as homophobia, and further more, the RPs rules don't allow put of character singing. Trying to make people follow the rules in an RP does not make someone a Nazi. If there were no rules, then the RP would have gone to hell by now as would have KHV itself. Society too in general. Dark does a brilliant job of running this arc, like Droid does of running the Cove in general. There is nothing to do with being a Nazi at all. And considering how the Nazi's were, that is a really disrespectful comment. That's my opinion. Also: In the same post, the quote you made of Aerith's post. Now a lot of you guys will know me to generally be a fun loving and peaceful guy, I don't enjoy having to make posts like this or the ones I made above. Crossover Covers will get the reference I am implying here. And further more... the fact that I was allowed to do all of the godmodding etc as a part of the plot just makes it all the more sweeter.
