"Blast it, Ienzo, I didn't mean give up on us!" Gallantmon muttered as he started to charge, "Lightning Joust!" Gallantmon sent a lightning beam at Megaseadramon.
"Ienzo!" Mikeru yelled from inside Gallantmon X, "Is this really how you want this to end? After what you told me earlier?" He stared down Megaseadramon, "You gave me a message to tell Miyuki...I think it's better if you tell her yourself!" Dorugamon slipped behind Gallantmon X, and flew below Megaseadramon's line of vision, towards some trees.
Mikeru stared at Dorumon, "Look, I appreciate the enthusiasm, but you-what in?" Dorumon started to glow. "Dorumon digivolved to...Dorugamon!" Dorugamon floated, then landed just in front of Mikeru and Guilmon, who had their mouths hanging open, "How did you...you haven't even been in a fight yet!" Guilmon grinned at Mikeru, "I think our chances went from none to slim. Let's show them what a Royal Knight is capable of!" Dorugamon nodded, "Show 'em who's boss, guys! I'll give you cover!" Mikeru's body glowed red as he slammed his palm on his digivice. "DNA...CHARGE!" "Guilmon mega-level digivolved to.... Gallantmon X!" Gallantmon X stood tall, with Dorugamon perched on top of his shoulder. He raised his saber in the air, and aimed, "Lightning Joust!", hitting Megaseadramon.
WarGrowlmon X sank to his knees. He de-digivolved back to Guilmon, who was getting tired. "Darn it!" he slammed his curled fist to the ground. Mikeru and Dorumon came running to Guilmon. "Looks like we've got to step it up a notch." Mikeru said, staring at Megaseadramon, "You ready, buddy?" Guilmon nodded. Dorumon started getting riled up, "I'm fighting, too!"
WarGrowlmon X landed on the ground, "Atomic Megalo Blaster!" His two cannons fired at MegaSeadramon.
Dorumon listened intently, "Wow... How come you got to be with a partner, though?" WarGrowlmon X screamed as the lightning gave him a direct hit. Once the shower stopped, smoke eminated from him, leaving him out of breath. "Oh, great..." he panted, "He's an ultimate level, now." He slowly descended to the ground.
"I was hoping you'd ask that!" WarGrowlmon X grinned. His cannons started drawing energy, "If we can't get to them, we get them to come to us! I'll boil him out!" His cannons were fully charged, "Atomic Megalo Blaster!" He fired at the lake. Dorumon looked at Miyuki, "How did you and Terriermon become partners?"
Mikeru shook his head, "I must be getting old. I can't believe I forgot that." WarGrowlmon X followed close behind Rapidmon.
Mikeru blinked, "Terriermon can digivolve to mega? How long have we been gone, exactly?" he muttered to himself. He looked at Miyuki, "I would imagine not, no. From the looks of this, if Seadramon doesn't get us, the Royal Knights will." Dorumon stared at Rapidmon as he flew off. Somehow, I'm gonna learn how to fly... he thought. WarGrowlmon X caught up with Angewomon, and intercepted the ice attack from Seadramon. He swat the ice needles aside with ease.
"Darn it!" Mikeru stated. His digivice was still sparking. Finally, it started working again. "Alright! Let's do it!" He grinned at Guilmon, his hand started glowing red. "DNA...CHARGE!" Mikeru slammed his palm on his digivice. "Guilmon digivolved to...Growlmon X! Growlmon X digivolved to...WarGrowlmon X!" WarGrowlmon fired up his rockets and took to the sky, trying to catch up with Angewomon and Seadramon. Dorumon looked at Mikeru, "What do we do, here?" Mikeru didn't move, "For now, we wait."
"I don't know," Mikeru said, flinching as it sparked, "It's never done this before...what in?!" He looked up, seeing Seadramon flying over the mountain. Guilmon and Dorumon started growling, "He's taking off with Ienzo!" Growlmon snarled.
Guilmon turned back to where they just left Ienzo, "It's coming from the mountain area..." Mikeru nodded, then yelped, "Yow!" he pulled out his digivice. Sparks were flying out of it.
