They're still trap cards which means they HAVE to follow the rule EVERY trap cards goes by meaning they can NOT be activated the same turn the only card that would allow that is Pyro Clock of Destiny

You mustn't have read it then or you would've read this "Before you can activate a Trap Card, you must Set it on the field first. You cannot activate a Trap in the same turn that you Set it,"

Where's the site Xakota provided Even IF they activate themselves they're still trap cards which mean they have to follow this rule. "Cannot activate on the turn they're set"

You just set them so that move is a no but the de-fusion would work since they're quickplays
