I was called Scarface growing up because I have a scar on my cheek. It's faded over the years but when in grade school, it was noticeable a lot and later on the nick stuck. Fortunately Scarface was a cool film. Another nick I earned in fencing was Blade, since this girl in the class gave us all nicknames off her favorite sword wielders. I still get called that for some reason now and then and it's been over a year.
Hell yeah. Think that's what I'll be making today.
I don't know how some people can stay with their parents for years after school etc, but I don't feel at liberty that I could say they should not be there. Some people stay long after and into their 30s because a parent or grandparent is alone otherwise and doesn't want to be. Either that or they have a disability, or the parent and kid get along fine and nothing else is up so might as well stay. I would say it's time to move out when you have a serious relationship. That basically a new person should not move into the household. However, I really don't care that much. The economy is crap right now and unless you can get a job that makes quite a bit of money, or get another roommate or 2, you won't be living separate from home. What bugs me would be if people live at home and don't work and are slobs, not contributing anything to living where they are. Of course, it's different if the person is disabled, but there's no excuse some 30 year old guy would be sitting around playing WoW all day and then yells at his mom to bring him a bowl of nachos because he's too lazy to move. I've watched that happen before and was just like 'wtf'.
Rock and R&B rule. I wish I had some food.
Guys, for real now. Stop with the mentioning rep and negative rep stuff as a way to get attention. It's enough. You know to PM a staff member if you disagree so cut it out.
If the doors were better those would be perfect as bomb shelters.
Yes, yes, I'm back in black.
We seem to be a quiet bunch of detectives or kiras.
Alright, it's closed. Welcome back. If for some reason it turns out later to not be closed, memo me back since I'm not sure if the board reset is...
Closed at request of the thread creator. Welcome back!
I say we can have them both and also toss in Zohan.
It's cool to tell people to go kill yourself apparently.
Nuh-uh <.<
Am not. >.>
Hmm, Fear 2. I'll get that too then when I go out later tonight. I have a PS3 so will get it for that. My computer sucks donkey balls right now. I'd put a game in it and it'd spit it back out at me and then cough and die probably. aaaaaaaaand KITTEH!!
rawr I need a new video game. Mirror's Edge seems to be the thing to get right now. Guess I'll go buy that soon.
Of course she is. She's just taking a break since she had to deal with the brunt of it while it was going on. Have no worries about that.
Might as well say it's both issues, a couple more things probably too, and the tensions are still ongoing though most people seem well over it.
Best thing to do...get higher grades. xD While you wait for that to happen..ask if you can go to the library or join some after school thing that shows you are interested in school. If they think you are applying yourself more, they will back off some. Use your computer even to do some educational research...try watching things on tv now and then like the Discovery Channel. Basically, let them visually see that you are trying to learn and keep up and they will change their attitudes. Also, maybe even try talking to them about classes in school or topics. That's my suggestion and it worked for me, even if some of it was just for the purpose of getting them off my back.
Crap. You win. And members are squishy. Premmies are squishy too. Like marshmallows in my hot cocoa.
