i use all 0s or all 9s and use zantetsuken... look at the vid in my signature, and ull see what i mean
use mostly 0s and use no ice attacks. vexen's shield blocks all frontal attacks, but if u break his card he recoils and leves him open for attack. use that to your advantage just try to keep moving and try to double task and find cards while moving. or set the shortcut to a 0
