He took the cap off a bottle and sprinkled it over it.
"Just after I bit into my steak. Any seasonings you want on it?"
He didn't answer as he poured the blood onto the flesh.
He obediently went back to their room. "If you want to get killed by the enemies that we now know are watching this castle, then be my guest."
He followed her. He summoned a human and killed it before cutting out a slab of flesh.
"You weren't drooling with the cookies. I'll make a steak for you if you want."
He cut Cloud free when he was finished with his meal. "And you said you didn't want to use your powers to barbeque things, yet you were drooling."
He shook his head while she shrugged. "Zack, if you see another person with silver-blond hair, inform me or Sephiroth immediately."
"Don't worry about me." "Not really."
"I won't let him ruin this!" He formed a barrier around the castle with Jenova's support that kept out Malik and his child.
"Luana, Bryant tried to ruin our happy life."
"Blond and silver hair? What about the eyes?"
"What did this tough mortal look like?"
"Armed with what? The mortals aren't allowed weapons."
He tilted his head. "Humans are easy to slaughter."
He kissed the top of her head. He grabbed the whole steak off the plate and bit into it.
He loosened his grip. He wrapped his arms and wings around her.
He pulled her close against his chest before going to sleep. He hopped out of her arms and headed off to the kitchen.
He laid down next to her and rubbed her arm. "Just rest for now, dear."
