He smacked his palm against his face. "She isn't Mother, she just has her cells in her like me."
"I want to get some things off my chest." He dispelled it. "You have no idea what I went through at that tower! Your entire race abused me! I would've gone genocidal even sooner if it wasn't for her!"
"You say friends shouldn't fight to the death. Then what was Nibelheim, hm? I wanted to see the only person who cared about me the whole time I was in that accursed tower and you wouldn't let me!"

He spread his wings in front of her protectively as part of his irises turned bright purple. "Harm her and I'll smear your guts all over the wall in seconds!"
