yeah, i was talking to a couple people there and well, then it just went down. CtR now says hers went down too so we are all screwed. :/ It's not just us merrycans now. I blame the Collider. Or aliens.
We're not dead but MSN is broke. :( I'm not sure which is worse. *emo* xD
xD we're all just lurking waiting for the time to tick down. This is funny. xD
My MSN is broke too. Oh the horribleness of it! I was so engrossed in some convos too. CtR's is still up and she said she watched a lot of the people from America go down so apparently we are screwed till they fix something.
Reading the rules helps. >.> No, you can only accuse someone and wait for the Shinigami's response. After that if you still somehow live (which I doubt you will if you are wrong) you can accuse another person with evidence to support why. Wait again for the response of the Shinigami, and you could keep doing that pattern of presenting evidence to accuse until you croak.
Yeah I was in for 3 years and went over there and yes, I think we need to still fix up Iraq too but we don't need to build a base there like Bush and McCain will push for and we do need to get them more involved. There's a lot of hairy stuff going on over there and people do need help, sure but Afghanistan was treated as though it isn't important and yet it is. Those deaths there could have been avoided with more troops there. We don't have the stability there that is desperately needed. Iraq is its own problem and needs work but there's a government system in progress and well, we have to start realizing we cannot change their whole culture with what we've done. It's going to take time but I think we do need to pull out gradually and definitely we don't need a base there etc like I know is planned.
CtR, fix my connection to MSN. *whine*
lol@HV's 'laughter' thang. Well, Thalassa, there are clues there. Get to looking! Better make it quick or you are going to lose.
But we do need more troops in Afghanistan. As a former soldier I can say that with validity. He's absolutely right we should fix up the situation there as it is the war situation we were involved in first.
*throws a cup of coffee back atcha* xD
couldn't you have just -handed- that to me??? xD
Well, there you are Thalassa. Best be looking at the clues. You don't have much time left!
Yes, when the round is up, everyone who died can play in the next round. It's like getting new detectives xD.
You can post opinions on the Org in the general Org poll such as if you 'like or hate' an Org member. This is being closed as it is redundant. Also, Hercules, please write more in your posts. At least 6 words. Topics do not count.
rawr apples!
No, he was saying that we should discuss things so that people understand each other more. We are more than just our 'religions' or lack of religion that we affiliate ourselves with. We learn tolerance and acceptance for one another by not being naive and letting others fill our heads with rumors and lies when it comes to people who say they are of a religion or of none or deciding. Many people discuss religions and don't have war over it and also they learn that whether someone is of a different belief or not, we still connect in other ways so we don't need to have stupid fights over religion itself. Basically, it is to work on that part of us that is prejudiced and naive about other people's cultures. There are some things worthy of being talked about that make us more grand as people in general and help lower prejudice and discrimination.
Gwen and Cloudart100 will be waiting till next game since they came in at the end here. Good luck OblivionRoxas!
I'm voting for Obama when elections happen. I like McCain but really cannot support Republicans at all at this time as their platform and McCain's platform itself is against what I want to see happen right now. I also really do not approve of Palin as she too stands for so much I am against right now. I feel McCain now is on this 'change' thing, stealing the motto from Obama and that in the end nothing will change by looking at his platform itself and what he seeks to do. There's nothing in it that differs from what Bush has done and would plan to do -at all- so I don't see where this change is coming in when I look at his stances. I don't think Obama is perfect or anything, and he's going to have to do a lot of work but his stances on issues concerning rights of women, assistance with the poorer people, paying back some into the national debt to lower it instead of putting us more in debt to give people a bit more cash while the economy fails, and the focus on jobs is important, as well as a better health care as I have no insurance and medical bills are darn right huge each time I injure myself. There are other issues I could go on and on about but this vote for me just has to go democratic this time because McCain isn't 'Reagan' and the two parties right now are very divided.
Look on the first page of the thread and then the last few pages here to catch the latest stuff. Good luck! P.S. Better make a decision soon as the Kira likes to kill off everyone who shows back up or joins.
See you guys later today!
