Exclusives: PS3 - Fabula Nova Crystallis (if it even comes out this year), if that's not possible, maybe White Knight Story. Yeah, sorry folks, MGS4 isn't on my list. Wii - Super Smash Bros Brawl, hands down. Xbox 360 - Infinite Undiscovery? Maybe a 2008 release? DS - 358/2 Days PSP - Birth by Sleep & FF: Dissidia (2008? <.< probably not) PC - not really a PC gamer, so none Multiplatform: Prototype (undecided which console to get it for) The thread title says 2008. KH3 isn't even in development.
I love the Onion. XD
Your ideas are carelessly misled. Riku's word on 'belonging to darkness' are just as true as Mickey's when he told Riku "You don't belong in the darkness anymore" (or whatever the line specifically was) when Riku attempted to open a portal but failed. Essentially the middle ground here is that Riku is a hybrid. He's one of the few individuals who can retain his mind when in darkness; he walks the Middle Path as was said in Riku Rebirth in CoM. Riku belongs to light just as much as he would to darkness. And they didn't want to stay there, it was a rationalization they made. They didn't go "Hey, this place is cool, I never wanna go back home!" In their eyes, being able to return wasn't possible. So in order to 'rationalize' that depressing thought, they reminded themselves that if what they did managed to save the realm of light, they wouldn't mind staying since it would've been worth the sacrifice. This acceptance of the world of darkness is being paired with their success in saving the realm of light. A sacrifice is being made and accepted for a better cause. There are so many better scenes that depict and express Nomura's theme of darkness throughout the series, it'd be silly of Nomura to signify that scene in the way you depict it. It's unsubstantiated and premature.
I have a few: Cue for Treason, Hero of Lesser Causes, and my elementary classic: Fantastic Mr. Fox. :3
Libregkd posted this before.
The way Charizard moves amuses me greatly.
Why not? What Keyblade to use in battle is a preference left up to players; perhaps the Kingdom Key was just the one chosen to be used in the video. As for why *all* (apparently) the videos use the Kingdom Key, the same reason applies. Taking into account that these were meant to be gameplay vids for the public, perhaps using the Kingdom Key would've felt more canon than any of the others.
Actually, singing through the 'front of your head' is considered correct because you're supposed to be projecting the sound through the cavities of your face to create resonance (i.e. known as 'singing through the mask of the face'). So singing through 'the front of his head' in the way you put it is actually something formal vocal training teaches you to do; this is not what causes nasal singing. Nasal singing is due to projecting from the throat as opposed to the chest. Not only does this strain the vocal chords but is also a factor that caused the tuning errors. And on the contrary, with his tuning all over the place, his pitch was only in the ball park at the very best; his pitch faltered quite a bit, if not completely. Tuning is the foundation of vocal work, and as such I don't know how you can say he had 'good technique' when everything else that has technical merit follows only after tuning. I don't take back what I said about having potential, because it's there--but in reality, his technique is very undeveloped at this point.
So close, yet so far. 5 days till Brawl is out.. but 42 days until I can play it. *sob sob* Btw, that video was XD. EDIT: Fresh off the demo kiosk in Japan: Masashi vs Ikki series. Note: Masashi and Ikki are two JP pros from the Melee scene. Ikki was/is a Peach main, and Masashi was a Roy main (I believe, although he has many matches with Fox). Masashi (Ike) vs Ikki (Dedede) Round 1 Masashi (Ike) vs Ikki (Dedede) Round 2 Masashi (Ike) vs Ikki (Dedede) Round 3 I gotta say, 5 days until launch and Ikki already seems to be developing into a skilled Dedede player. I just lol'ed at the pseudo-chained Down throws Ikki does from time to time. XD Pokemon Trainer vs Link Kirby Ditto (More Ikki ownage) Bowser vs Dedede (More Ikki Dedede-age) Ike vs Kirby Donkey Kong SSE (this video made me laugh.)
Miss Jane Pittman. Horrible memories. I don't even think I finished it.
O.o That Black Cat screencap totally doesn't go with that quote.
Your tuning is all over the place, but that's something you can get better at with practice and after your voice further develops. That aside, you have good tone for a kid your age and your vibrato is forming nicely. This particular demo wasn't very good per se, but singing the right notes is the first step to getting better. If you can be more aware of your solfage, that stepping stone will definitely open up more options for you to get better.
I guess I'll just download it off the PSN since I have more HDD space on my PS3--I only got the 20GB HDD for my 360.
Totally forgot this was out. I'll download it tomorrow for sure... just I don't know which one to DL it for, 360 or PS3 (I have a Gold membership). I haven't done the research, is there any difference I should know about between the two (although it's still just a demo)?
Oh, I see what you're referring to now. But to be honest, I don't see much of a difference in comparison to the first voice clips we've heard of Sonic in his introduction video on the Dojo.
Someone forgot to close this. OMG I SO WANT THIS! YESSS POWERLEVELING FOR CHEAP!!
It's the Japanese voice. Of course it's gonna sound different.
Just an add-on--although some might be repetition--to what Repliku was saying, yes, we have the resources and the intelligence and inegenuity to do the most horrible things to our planets and everything on it, but it can go both ways. That same ingenuity, intelligence and resources can be used for good just as much as they can be used for bad. That's why despite your many threads that take on a connotative expression of the human species, it's not unsurprising that people want to post rebuttals, because there's always the potential and the possibility to be better, and be better. What can destroy us as humans can also be the source that saves us--it's our reasoning of the matter that decides which of the two prevails as the outcome. Like Repliku said, people here can accept that we can be the most dangerous animals on the planet, but we accept that as a possibility, not an inevitability, which unfortunately in many of your threads seems to be the underlying message. And because that's the implication constantly coming up, many of us feel it's our right and responsibility to remind you that the aforementioned is not always so, and that it is rather a choice that is in our hands.
...
._. Thanks, but... I still want it removed.
