Piercings to me are just expressions and decorations and on some people who take good care of them, they are cool. Those who don't, don't look so good. Also, knowing that sometimes the body rejects piercings is something to heed because if you notice they aren't taking right, remove them so there isn't a lot of scarring. I have seen some scarring from them and mainly the ones people should avoid getting are 'corset' piercings on the back. They almost always fail as one friend found out. Also, it isn't emo to have piercings!!! They've existed for thousands of years and are part of culture. Just thought I'd add that.

The sad thing about the water issue is that too many people use water to wash their cars daily or weekly and also water their lawns. It's not that there isn't enough for people to drink. People are stupid with how they treat water and that's why water restrictions happen mostly. At least that's the way it occurs here in some states I have lived in. There's nothing more annoying than knowing there's a water restriction and seeing some wealthy jerk who can take the fine and pay it off easily so he can water his stupid lawn so it's green and pretty! Gotta love it. I wonder if it's that way in Australia too because I know in some European places the same sorts of things happen. Fining the wealthy and upper class people who are the biggest offenders does little. Considering many people now drink bottled water, one would think otherwise the problem would be not so bad.

I've pointed that out and noted it too in a few posts, libre. It's very true that this happened with the PS2 and it did turn around and go to be really big. I am hoping the PS3 comes down a bit more in price so more people can afford it because already the games for it are going to be out in 2008 that just really are going to rock. It was slow to get the games but now they are happening.

The skate board game in Twilight Town is easy. Just do the handstand going up the railing by the stairs, you get points...then wait until you can leap off and do a bunch of tricks as you soar through the air. After a couple/few tries, you can whoop that easy for the Jiminy Journal. The other skateboard stuff shouldn't be a problem after that, though the one at Port Royal gets tricky and you have to memorize the pattern or else go the wrong way like I did a few times. *snickers*

Make sure with the bats, you can hit more than one if you target one into another. That's one of the easiest ways to get the numbers up is trying to angle it so you can more than one with the Keyblade at one time. Fenrir isn't needed really. I did it again and got 72 doing that method and it seems in the end to be the best advice possible really. If you hit one, try to knock it into others, especially at the very beginning and at the pillars. Then towards the end. I wish you luck! It seems once you do get it, it's pretty easy to do but it's all about timing and positioning.

You know...it kind of bothered me that Sora was determined to let Kairi go back to Destiny Islands when she probably would have wanted to go with him and search for Riku. He also denied her the right to go with him to find Riku earlier in the game and left her at Traverse Town. Part of Kairi's wussiness in the game seems to be from Sora always telling her she can't do anything. She was seemingly only good enough to blow a whistle so the boys could race or to make sure she had the itinerary list of all the items that were needed to go on their little raft voyage. I was kind of glad to see Riku actually gave her a weapon and let her do things. Not sure why I had to point that out but it just didn't sit right with me.

Kairi was odd with her abilities and because she and Sora were linked, I guess that's why we can say she showed up there with him. I wish he would have just pulled her over with him but I assume that would have made things hard in CoM to do because of Namine being there so she was left behind for plot device. Sora wasn't going to go home because even though Riku had done some wrong things, in the end he -did- do them all for his friends really and at the very end he showed that by protecting Kairi and then helping Sora and motivating him on in the battle versus Ansem (Xeh's heartless). Sora had a friendship with Riku since they were at least 4 and 5 years old so of course he's like a brother to him. It was the right thing to do because if he went back to Destiny Islands, he may never have seen Riku again or known what happened to him and that kind of thing would build on anyone's conscience.

The ending was sad and yet hopeful and well, it let me know there were plans for further games. =:) I think the saddest moment for me was where Kairi touched the paopu fruit drawing in the cave that Sora had completed and she just discovered. It makes me tear up each time I see it. The music was also excellent and it was all well done, as someone else mentioned, in the Final Fantasy way of ending a tale.

The Organization could have been a whole better group with a purpose had it not been for the direction they took in manipulating others, attempting to seize domination over the life cycle pretty much, kidnapping, changing living people to Heartless which is pretty well murder in my book, manipulating Sora and others and well some of them were just crummy people that you'd never trust if you knew them in real life.

I liked the Organization but seriously, they were -not good- even if some were possibly, if not with the Org, able to be decent people on their own. They were dastardly and even backstabbing each other. How is this missed?

    Let's face it here...
Larxene - really did not care about anything other than herself and she was a Sadist enjoying other people's pain. Though Namine never bothered to apologize to the Riku Replica, Larxene enjoyed tormenting that being repeatedly to include tossing him about like a rag doll and also she totally hit Namine to get Sora to do something. Larxene may have been different had she not been in the Org but she was never going to be a good little girl. Not by a long shot.

Marluxia - he was a bad apple to begin with and seemed pretty psychopathic as well as a coward. He hid behind a girl, used her powers to wreak havoc to the minds of Riku and Sora and was also out to destroy Sora once he figured out he was not able to be used. He also forced Axel to have to fight Sora because Axel was not going for the 'use the girl as cover' ploy..though Axel never even went to attack Marluxia. He just -said- he was going to. Really, Marluxia was scum and someone I would have beaten the snot out of irl for his arrogance and ability to just stomp over others to get power he wants.

Saix - was a manipulator and enjoyed tormenting people emotionally and watching them beg and plead. He fed Sora lies about Riku being gone to the Darkness and broke him when he begged for Kairi. Sure, Axel kidnapped her initially in order to bring Roxas back, but in the end, Saix knew that Kairi was a tool and distracting Sora with Axel's dealings was just a side thing. He had every intention of taking Kairi and Axel just made his work easier. He was in control and pretty much a pet to Xemnas who in the end just pined for his own Heart while massacring other people's.

Xaldin - was trying to turn Beast into a Heartless. He was arrogant, dominating and totally feeling all right with all he did wrong. One track minded. Again, turning someone into a Heartless is pretty well murder. The only one who has come back from that really is Sora by the power of his bond with Kairi and she used her innate abilities to do so.

Vexen - was cold, manipulative...and yeah, he was a whiner and wanted his authority recognized. He was a mad scientist and who knows what else he made besides the Riku Replica who was so tormented. He planned to betray Xemnas who if he was 'so great' and they all believed they'd get their hearts back...why? Vexen was also one of the former staff of Ansem and obviously had not changed.

Now, Demyx and Axel are the two solid candidates really that if situations were otherwise, they may have been fine and tried to 'get their Hearts' through other methods and tried to exist alongside those who had Hearts. They had done things wrong but in the end Demyx really did little wrong and Axel's crimes were against two traitors of the Org and their cohorts, as well as his attempt to bring his best friend back. Their methods were off, but in a different scenario, the two may have been okay. Zexion is another who wanted nothing to do with Vexen's secret investigations either and perhaps he might have also been someone who may have been alright. Perhaps Lexaeus would too, even though he did try to force Riku's Darkness out of him to take him over in order to make him a tool.

So Xemnas...was a fanatical zealot who wanted to get revenge, exist on the rage of the Heart and there is enough evidence (considering ALL of the other Org members were slain by Sora) that he really did not intend to share the power. If he did, he was going to be the Superior and definitely have more for himself. Also, at the expense of getting his power, all of the Hearts gathered would be taken in by him and they would never go back to the life cycle. All of those people were 'murdered' to make him exist. Thousands or maybe even millions of people became Heartless for Xemnas's goals. Yes, he wanted to be whole, and perhaps wanted the other Nobodies to have that too, but it was either he win and all life be extinguished or people stand up to stop him.

As much as people love the Organization, seriously...why do people keep trying to say they were good? There is plenty of support to say that they were a very big destructive force to everything had their goals been accomplished and so whether you believe good and bad are nonexistent or terms of society...in the end, it was either everyone else lived or Xemnas and his cronies. Sympathy for the enemy isn't a bad thing, but seriously, if it comes down to you or someone else who's breaking into your house living and they want your life, who are you going to choose?

I believe she helped Roxas because she was at the castle when Riku was there as well as DiZ and Mickey. It was mentioned that they moved Sora out of the Castle Oblivion to avoid having to run into more of the Organization after what happened so Namine also had to go with them to continue restoring his memories. It was probably then at the Twilight Town mansion that it was discovered she could not restore his memories all the way without Roxas and so DiZ got Riku to collect him and Roxas after that was put in the simulation Twilight Town. Namine, realizing that Roxas was Sora's Nobody after DiZ said so was aiding them in returning things to the way they were originally. That's really the only way it makes sense to me.

Yeah I think that we all kind of got jipped for all the hard work we put into the fight, especially going for the Jiminy Journal. Before that you get recognized as a hero so yeah, that was kind of anti-climatic to not even get a cool amv or anything of a cool item than the trophy. I so agree!

Zexion had no Light powers. Illumination and illusion, body transformations etc does not equate to the actual Light such as is found in the Princesses of Heart and all. He was a Darkness being and the other element definitely was not Light.

Someone mentioned Cloud. He abandoned the Light for Darkness in his heart, but perhaps at a time, yes, maybe he did use Light in a bad way. Still, it's very hard to think of anyone who actually used light in a bad way yet. Perhaps that will happen because it seems kind of clear to me that Darkness and Light are both needed and it's one of those things you abuse or don't and you can have a choice how. Because Darkness is more destructive, of course people are going to tend to bend that way, but some of them such as Riku also proved it could be used for good and it didn't make him go all crazy again when he did it too.

Maybe Yen Sid in one way. He did, without knowing for absolute sure, pretty well tell Sora that the Nobodies were non existent etc. Also, Sora did kind of antagonize Demyx who probably would have taken off otherwise. All I can think of are -instances- where the people who are of Light abused things. Also, Kairi saying to leave Riku behind on DI was kind of rotten for a pure hearted Princess; especially after he's the one who did most of the work. Roxas also used Light to fight Sora and Riku in rage so there's another instance of it being abused somewhat. So maybe right now there just aren't very good examples of anyone who was Light and yet a horrible person, but it would be very cool if KH3 or one of these other two games showed us someone like that.

All of what I said above as examples really are perceptions and some people wouldn't think they were so bad. I don't really think they are horrible either but they are the only instances I can really think of where Light was possibly used for the wrong purposes or a person who is supposed to be representing Light didn't shine as brightly as they should at the moment.

Heartless (Other than Xehanort's Heartless) are mainly mindless and going off instinct. However, they would not attack a Nobody probably without being provoked because a Nobody has no Heart, so why bother. They'd be less than a plant on the Heart-o-Meter antennae there. There's a good chance since Sora came back as a Shadow Heartless, that the others
    1. couldn't find their real Heartless if they wanted to. That's one of the reasons they were going about killing Heartless and also missioning Sora out to do it. They probably had no sense to tell their own Heartless from anybody else's. If they all are gathered up in KH, the chances that -one- is theirs, well, it improves.
    2. even if they could, what are they going to do? Maybe if they killed the Heartless it would end up that the heart would go back to the Nobody...but it also may just go to KH.

If the Nobodies could have solved this issue themselves, they would have. So I don't see this as even probable.

I'd be agitated if Riku goes through all that crap and never gets a girlfriend that is cool and not some mundane or anything positive at all except his friendship for Sora or if Riku died. He went down a bad path sure, but it was totally manipulated because Xehanort's Heartless knew he was the Keyblade wielder as did Maleficent. He came back strong and if he gets nothing good out of it or croaks, or isn't in the game, I will be a very mad and sad Repliku.

If Oogie Boogie comes back again, I will find Maleficent and haunt her.

If I have to sing more songs in Atlantica, I will cry. That's the total tear jerker in frustration there. It was 'okay' in KH2 but started getting on my nerves and if I have to do it again, I'm finding Nomura and sobbing on him. That'll show him!
(Disclaimer: the chances of me accomplishing such a feat are 1/100000000)

I'm pretty sure BBS and 358/2 days are going to definitely be released in the U.S. etc. I don't think anyone has anything to worry about there. I'd assume sometime in 2008 they will all be out. As for the Coded game, that's the only one I am uncertain about. As mentioned in other threads, usually it takes Square about 5 months from the release date in Japan to get to other countries because of the voice acting necessity.

I hope it is nothing like FFX. That game drove me bonkers. I would hope it just has leveling up as the other KH games have and you can allot points to them to improve and gain things and watch all of them grow to be royally kick booty. I would think that would kind of have to happen any way if Roxas is to ever get the ability to dual-wield and stuff like that.

Baldenort is named Master Xehanort. That's already pretty well been established. I have no idea still to this day why people called him Validius and no one has ever explained where the name came from. If it was from somewhere in the game, perhaps that is the guy in the Dark Riku like suit. Someday someone will entertain me and pleeeeeeeeeeease tell me where that derived from.

I'm pretty sure, though not positive, that Maleficent will be in this game since a new world featured is the home world of Sleeping Beauty. I doubt Aurora will be but maybe through some cinematic sequence or little thing since she'd be a little girl, or she's asleep already for some time. However, Maleficent makes sense to also be there because she knew quite a bit about things that had happened and also had the same assumption Xehanort's Heartless did; that Kingdom Hearts was power by Darkness. She also gave Riku the Soul Eater sword, which well, in the past seemed to be Way to the Dawn or at least a Keyblade that lost its power. She pretty much moved into Radiant Gardens after Xehanort and the others had done their damage and fled, releasing the droves of Heartless, and so took over and studied, making herself comfortable. By the time she had gotten there, Ansem the Wise also took his dive. So Maleficent had to have some reason to know to go there at all, and my guess would be it is from what happened around her world and others. She also seemed to ride on the coat tails of the Organization, hoping they'd die off too so she could have their castle as well. She knew a lot of things that otherwise are unexplained if she wasn't in this game.

It seems like coincidence to me. Van was also the name of an FF XII character. The names of the characters pretty much are of Italian and/or Spanish as they translate direct from them to mean Earth, Wind and Water.

I'm almost pretty sure Xehanort who was Ansem's lab student was really Terra with possibly Xehanort's Heartless merged with him and the Enigmatic guy was possibly Terra's real heart.

I still am not sure why people think Geezanort and Sora are at all related really. I see a relation in Aqua, Terra and Ven to the others, but not really by blood. Ven, I am almost certain of too, bonded to Sora somehow spiritually so that when Roxas split off from Sora, it was Ven but without memories, which explained Roxas's drive for information so badly and the self-centered position he had that he must know etc. I do not at all see Aqua as Sora's mother. She only looks at oldest to be 18 and she would have had to be 13 when she would have been pregnant. Sora's mom seemed pretty mundane to be someone like Aqua. What mother with a past like Aqua's would let her kid out when a storm is brewing and wouldn't go get his butt if he didn't ask? She'd surely have seen the skies darken like that etc. It makes no sense at all really. That would just be tremendously bad parenting and also horrible instincts from someone who had dealt with great turmoil as a soldier in the past.

Yeah, I don't think Riku himself has anything to do with the past stuff. He just seemed to inherit things Maleficent gave to him such as Soul Eater which turns into Way to the Dawn later, and possibly was a Keyblade all along in dormancy after the Keybladers disappeared, and the funky armor. They symbol on the armor was a design on all of the Emblem Heartless which Xehanort made, which would claim Riku as a sort of property of Xehanort when he changed to that. Maleficent called him her apprentice, but of course, in the end it was Xehanort's Heartless that planned to use Riku as a vessel pretty much all along. (as he may have used Terra). The theory seems pretty sound to me. Whoever the guy in the past is in the similar suit, it more than likely is an apprentice of Master Xehanort.

It was such a toss up between Marluxia and Vexen. Both were creepy to me and I just wanted to beat the tar out of them instinctively...while thinking they were just so out there that maybe I should have pity....nah, I gladly kicked their rumps. Marluxia however won because he was not only creepy but had to be trouncing around waving his scythe around and proclaiming his dominance which was so lame and cheesy it was creepy. Also, he hid behind Namine and yet was trying to pull off he was so brave...which bored on creepy with some of the things he was saying there. He must have been so creepy to Namine she just stood there when he didn't even have a hold of her. Makes you wonder. But Vexen and his living eyebrows and floating eyes...and that nefarious funny laugh. Oh this one was hard!
