Well the answer is simple. Because we want the game and CoM would be more comfortable to play on the PS2/PS3 than on the old Nintendo Gameboy it was on. Also just the graphics are drastically improved, the storyline more in depth and it just will be more pleasant with a better controller and TV.

Of course, if you don't like it you can call everyone else obsessive sad emo kids but in all seriousness, who are you to tell us what games we can play? You talk in 'txt' talk here and sound pretty lame yourself. You do NOT have to buy the game...you do understand that, don't you? Don't let us horrible obsessive sad emo kids control what you buy because you need to fit in, okay? We aren't all into peer pressure. Be an individual and don't get the game. No pressure, man. We swear!

Another point is the fact not everyone played the game formerly but now more people would be able to. Any way, those of us who want it are going to be stupid and buy it, and you just try to tell us how lame we are. I don't think we are going to care after we spend our 45 bucks on the game to play it. After all, we'll be enjoying the game instead.

    ~ Peace ~

Lowest I beat him on was 45. I need to try to go back and beat him at 43, which someone else did but I have not been able to get my butt to him before I'm level 45 so I need a couple different strategies to do it. Of course, this was after I beat him quite a few times on Level 91 and 58, getting used to the motions and all. I lost plenty too.

Keep trying to finish KH1. You are pretty well right at the end. You might want to take yourself back to fight some Heartless there and level up a bit more. You can make it through the game at the level you are at, but it will be a bit harder. You'll want to see the sequences at the end with KH1 and you are so close to the end if at Chernabog. If you are having trouble with him though, I'd actually consider going and fighting some Heartless before going to the pink door, cuz that's the end. Good luck!

I know people in Texas so no, of course I don't think that way but I will say that there are -a lot- of very religious people there as in a lot of southern states and some can be really mean. However, Texas has a lot of good people too and intelligent people. I can say I don't like Texas much for the amount of fanatics, but eh, I also have friends from there so even though I would never want to live there because I'd wait for the good ol boys to teach me about things, it's fine to visit. I'm a Yankee and they all know it when I go to places like that. Oddly, going to Arizona though where I have many relatives, I seldom run into the same deal.

In the end, every place though has its perks and things that anyone from them would want to get rid of. It's not like NY is perfect. After all, we have Hillary. =:/

    My Art

Contemporary art, as it's called, isn't my thing either. I prefer when art did draw people to look like people, objects to be discernible as objects etc and that I don't have to sit there and try for two hours to figure what the heck the picture is about. I also find it disturbing these 'artists' can make lots of money off of some of the art that is just...pointless to anyone but the person. Yes, art is subjective and up to each individual person to decide. Some after all judge whether or not rap or heavy metal happens to be classed as 'music' or not. Nudity or violent acts in paintings can also be debated as art or pornography and sickening scenes. So art is in the eye of the beholder.

However, since I do draw and such, and seem more drawn to artwork that displays itself easy so I can get the mood, ambiance, scene etc, a discernible portrait or scene that calls to me and is easy to grasp is more exciting to me, regardless really of the emotions invoked. I don't like 'puzzles' to figuring out a painting or design. It either calls to me or it doesn't, same as music or clothing etc. However, some people do like it so I wouldn't say it's not art. It's just not my thing. It's kind of like we judge each other's art in our signatures and avatar and some I liked that were poorly rated and others I didn't like as much that received higher scores on the 1-10 scale. Art doesn't call to us all the same.

If you mean -the- Keyblade master, I'd say no. Nomura said that the person hasn't been seen yet in any of the KH series in the interview Xaldin posted recently. Also, I doubt Roxas would be it any way, whether he's Ven or not. I'd say it would lean more to Sora or Riku or Mickey, but apparently it's neither of them either if I understood Nomura's interview right. Even if Roxas = Ven, it's just a part of Ven anyway.

Yes, he may have his -own- Darkness in his Heart still but it seems he was cleansed of the Darkness and got his way to the Dawn, and a Keyblade named that as well. WttD is seen in the past too with the 3 Chasers so it may have been before a Keyblade but when the Chasers were dealt with, it might have lost its power or something. Maleficent gave it to Riku, and since part of BBS is in Sleeping Beauty's world, it makes sense. When Riku's heart was cleansed he earned it to go back to its full state. Ansem's machine and Kingdom Hearts seemed to have awakened it at the same time as cleansing Riku.

Actually, he had his body back after when it was returned to him in KH1 where he was at the Door to Darkness. When Xehanort's Heartless forced the door open, he was taken back to Riku. Riku had to remain in Darkness or risk Xehanort's Heartless getting back out, so he stayed there. CoM takes place a few weeks or a couple months after KH1. Riku was freed there to the Castle Oblivion where he had to fight for dominance of his body and he killed Xehanort's Heartless once DiZ separated the two so they could fight it out. However, the Darkness that Xehanort's Heartless had remained within Riku, which is why in KH2 he says his heart suppressed it. Riku simply was unable to put the Darkness back on his own or purge it from him which is why he wore the blindfold, coping with the fact but he didn't want to always see it because it probably made him upset at what he became.

After the part where the Kingdom Hearts and DiZ etc exploded from the contraption, either the darkness was purged from Riku who guarded his friends and took much of the damage, or it was placed back within. Because he had no more dominance of the element, it may have actually been purged from him, which is why he also received a Keyblade out of Soul Eater, which was either always a Keyblade, since one looks just like it that one of the Keybladers of the past wielded, or Kingdom Hearts altered it. I pretty much think it was a Keyblade in dormancy waiting, and since Riku was purged of Darkness, his Heart was again set enough for it, and as DiZ said, Hearts won't be so easily understood. Hope that helps explain that part more.

I could see Ven as being Sora's older brother as you said or another idea came to me that Ven merged with Sora at some time to hide within him until the time was right, and when Roxas occurred, it was Ven in a way that emerged but of course he wouldn't remember. The hair and everything on Ven looks just about like Roxas. So I figured since Xehanort/Xemnas might be Terra, Ven's spirit might have hidden in Sora and well, I ponder why Riku then was destined to be the Keyblade wielder...but eh, we'll all come up with something. =:)

The other reason I think Ven might have gone within Sora in spirit is because of the voice in KH1 and the path he had to take to choose what he'd be and all, and face the Darkside coming. Also, it seemed Riku had a similar dream so I ponder if he too didn't have connections to Terra, but because of that, he was plagued by Xehanort's Heartless too.

Seems that it was first discovered there, so yeah, Australia obviously has had it happen there. It is a freak thing and so I wouldn't worry about it too much but yeah, it does encourage one to not want to swim in lakes down south very much anymore. How sad for those people who get it by surprise and just might think it's a virus. =:/

It's an interesting theory and one I've thought of too since it's the last of the 3 things people normally attribute to people that remains and someone hasn't -lost- yet. Heart and Body were done, so it makes sense Soul may be next.

Also, there really isn't much difference between Ven and Roxas in those two pictures you posted. Even their hairstyle is the same.

Axel seemed pretty empathic to picking up other people's emotions, rather than his own and he reacted to those. I'm pretty sure he didn't have a heart, but he knew instinctively at least how he'd react if he did. Roxas was a friend to Axel and the Nobodies did still have souls so I tend to look at it as in that saying of somethings transcend emotion and go 'soul deep' because they are so vivid and real. I think Axel had more of that sort of connection with Roxas and a sort of empathy to him.

As for Roxas, because of the way Sora was, maybe Roxas did have a part of Sora's heart, or maybe even Ven's. It's hard to say. However, it was clear that Roxas was not just a typical Nobody. He did have some odd displays of things even if you count in the fact that Namine took away his memories of being in the Org. I'm sure we'll get more of a clearer picture in that but if he did have any heart at all, it may be what Axel also sensed about him. The way Sora 'gave into Darkness' was pure for a friend, so that could have had an effect on why Roxas turned out as he did. Interesting questions.

The only thing I can say is that it kind of sucks that KH: Coded is where Riku and Mickey's information comes from as it's the only game I will not want to buy. Guess I'll have to hope a script comes out to read because what a jip. =:/ That's very disappointing that they get a stupid phone game and Roxas gets a game with the Org. Meh. Boo. Whimper. Bleah. Ok, done venting, whining now. =:)

Here's part of a guide I wrote up to help with the Paradox Hades Cup. Hopefully it will help you. There are Spoilers in this so you have been warned!

I may just if the moderators would allow it, post the whole work I did on the Jiminy Journals and if they could allow it to be -sticky- it may help people out with a lot of these sorts of questions. So if any Mod would help me out and people would like it, let me know.

Yes, when he said that, he was referring to the fact that he realized why Sora fought and it was for his friends, and his strength also came from his friendship with others. I don't believe Roxas would have won the fight but for the simple fact that Sora held back not wanting to kill Roxas, whereas Roxas was out for blood. It is the same problem Riku had with Roxas. Riku wasn't trying to harm Roxas but to take him down, but Roxas was out to kill both of them. That's all that made those battles at all in Roxas's favor. Had Sora or Riku wanted to do the same, they'd have been more into it and Roxas would have been a smear. He's good but not as good as either of them.

Kingdom Hearts is the Heart of all worlds pretty much. All the worlds in KH are linked together, though at times doorways are blocked. Kairi's grandmother in KH said all the worlds were adjoined, pretty much as one but the Darkness in people's hearts caused it to be spread out.

The theme as others have mentioned, of Kingdom Hearts, is that in the greatest Darkness, light may still be found. Because there was so much Darkness, it surrounds Kingdom Hearts, but Sora is right, Kingdom Hearts itself is Light. The Hearts collected there are from the Heartless slain, and they collect and build it up, being held there in a safety. When freed in the Darkness, by DiZ, the Hearts returned to being Heartless because of all the Darkness that was around and that's what they were before being sent to Kingdom Hearts. I almost theorize it's a sort of holding place for Hearts until the worlds are repaired because the pattern of the life of worlds is somewhat broken. It is a theme in quite a few Final Fantasies that there is a cycle of life and when things die, they return to it, but the cycle gets broken. This seems to be a way of saying that the worlds are broken pieces and need to be refitted somehow for the things to go back as they were. It's hard to explain it. Maybe I'll try again after I have some sleep.

As for why it is in a different spot than in KH1, that is because after Sora defeated Ansem and they closed the door, the worlds went back to their state before and things were shifted around. The Princesses' Hearts were needed since they are linked to their worlds by their Hearts. Kingdom Hearts was still in a Dark area, though protected, in the End of the World spot. It was a route there open at the time but I doubt in KH2 that would work out as all worlds went back to how they were before what Xehanort/Ansem had done.

Hope that helps out at all. I think after some sleep I could explain it better. =:/

Considering the game is supposed to explain about Roxas and some other stuff, I'd assume he begins with the single Keyblade, which is the right thing to do. Roxas wasn't always that great at stuff and so he'd need to start off, just as Sora did. He's not just going to end up uber at the beginning of the game that describes things. I'd imagine as the game goes on and you can get more abilities for the character, he will earn some of the things we see him doing in KH2. That sounds fun to me in a way because it lets you actually see the character's growth and how he became as he was.

I have hopes that this game will have some good plot to it and information. The graphics look pretty tight and who isn't curious about the past history of KH and the former Keyblade wielders? I want both games, but the phone game is the least cared for on my list since I don't even use cell phones unless I'm going to die or someone else is. The PSP has good capability so it should be probably the higher quality game out of the three really, though the other game on DS looks good so far too.

I do hope though they do plan on making a longer and better game for a regular console though because I prefer playing games with a big screen and relaxing.

Haha! That cracked me up. That was pretty good. It explains pretty well why all the consoles are the way they are to a cynical point of view. It's why I get sick of the console wars ultimately. You like what you do. They all have their issues.

Wish Nintendo would do something else. Zelda was fun but I play it only out of trained behavior anymore. It's so predictable. I might get it, but eh, getting bored of Zelda. 3 years ago I wouldn't have believed I'd say that.
