I believe Terra becomes Xehanort. There's plenty of evidence to support it with how he looks and his hair is the same style as Xehanort's/Xemnas's. Also, the Heartless of Xehanort looks more like Geezanort of the past but younger. The heart of Terra may have been the Enigmatic warrior that's in KH2:FM. I could go through my whole theory but kind of tired at the moment. However, at the end of the trailer with Terra in it, he looks up and his eyes turn yellow and his hair starts to lighten, so it's been a theory since I saw that moment.

Yeah he did make that comment, so that's another reaffirming point that Xigbar has something important to do with the past.

Actually the only one I'd expect to see would be Braig, Xigbar's former self. The reason is because Nomura made a comment about Xigbar being rather important in the past before. As for the others, I doubt they will be seen but for Terra who I believe is the student Ansem takes in and he calls himself Xehanort and then Ansem, then Xemnas.

The reason is because it would jack the price up on cigarettes another 60 cents to a dollar for each pack and well, it won't be very productive as people are quitting smoking and also going to reservations etc to buy cigarettes to pay some less than they would have to at stores. Basically, a lot of people would -lose- money this way while other places that are tax free would make more by those who might want to continue smoking. Also the numbers of people who smoke drops each year.

Basically, it is not a well thought out bill, and if they wanted to do this bill, instead they could have just done it off of federal taxes instead so each person paid just a bit more, probably around 1 to 10 dollars for the year and then it would have covered the program, or raise some other national tax item tax that grosses more than cigarettes do so the price would be very minimal to change. I can see why he disproved it and well, people need to start thinking better about where money comes from instead of targeting one group that may not even last 5 years strongly. The bill to fund needs something stable to remove money from for 5 years. So as much as some people have a bias against smokers, it is not feasible to again dump the bill on them when already they pay for cancer research etc. Instead, it should be something regular that most people need so the cost is very cheap to say 5 cents to 10 cents increase on it instead federally.

If they would just think of another way to fund it easier, then I'm sure he would pass it. It wasn't thought out well. Also, the other reason he didn't vote it in is stupid. He doesn't want kids going to a 'government' hospital system but would rather people go to corporate operated hospitals. I would in a way rather see hospitals stop being so corporate because they have jacked prices ridiculously but oh well. I think if they just changed who funded the project, he could gripe all he wanted about 'where' the kids are getting treated. He is Mr. Corp but people would raise more of a stink if he had no other reasons at all to not pass it other than his wish to keep people stuck in the same programs that fail already.

The only thing that sucks about it is that I would want to get some subtitles. Does anyone know if you buy a Japanese ps2, if you can get a way to get subtitles in English? I don't mind playing the game so much in Japanese but I want to be able to comprehend the stuff.

I believe the only reason that actors for the characters in KH2 weren't all used from POTC, though some were I thought, was because POTC2 and POTC3 were being made at the same time so the actors couldn't just be expected to do both. There might be a chance but it depends. It'd be nice to see them in there.

I also like the Aliens versus Predator games. I didn't like the AvP movie but the games are really fun. The two you mentioned are really good too. Most movie games are just like semi-repeats of the game with extra stuff tossed in that aren't that great but they can sometimes be entertaining.

I really loved all 3 movies and thought that even though it didn't stick to the books all the time, I understood why certain parts were altered. I probably would have slain things if I had to watch an hour of Tom Bombadil singing about his boots being bright yellow. The casting and the scenes were amazing to me and the 3 movies are one of my favorite trilogies ever, up there with Aliens and Star Wars and some others I can't think of right now. There were some scenes that made me so sniffling that I wish some of the actors would have gotten -any- rewards but it seems instead acting awards always go to modern day love stories. *sigh*. To me, to be an actor displaying something other than what is -normal- should merit something more but instead these films only ever get 'best special effects' awards. I was disappointed in that just as I was about Terminator 2 where it was such an awesome movie but the actors had received no recognition.

I think some of my favorite parts were:

Where Eowyn defeats the Shadow King and that battle. It was cool.

When Pippin drops the rock down the well. That part with him wincing with each bang of the rock was hilarious.

Where Elrond says "Our list of allies grows thin"...not sure why that's funny but it's just how he says it.

and they did up Galadriel's area so beautiful.

I do disagree with you about Xemnas and Saix. They were too devoted to their cause and doing it their way. They were also tremendously arrogant and they certainly weren't going to listen to either Sora or Riku. Sora even gave Xemnas a chance to change before Xemnas decided to take off and do his thing with Kingdom Hearts. So Xemnas -did- have his chance really and there was no way he was going to alter. Also, Saix was incredibly responsible for causing pain and didn't care in the least. He wanted his aims met. For some people, the means justify the ends and they are not going to do things other than -their- way. Also, to them, they were doing the right thing and screw anyone else's opinions.

Marluxia was not someone redeemable either. He was psychopathic and selfish, and out for himself. He wanted to run the Org and do his own mad power scheme. I am not sure why people think he's anything more than just what he showed himself as. I saw more of a soul behind others that seemed to mention Sora as Roxas and question why he was betraying them than I do for this guy. I guess I am just weird in not seeing anything in him but he seemed pretty basically easy to read. Larxene was being used. I think she could have changed but I don't place any money on Marluxia.

However, I really, majorly do agree that the girls in KH (the canon more FF ones like Namine and Kairi) really are shown as wusses with wishy washy demeanors that get walked over. They did try to make Kairi stronger in KH2 but as Saix said when Namine and Kairi were going to fight "If I had a heart, this is where I would die laughing"...and I so agreed with him, because I was laughing until Riku showed up. I also had to laugh that Namine said "You can take it from here, Riku" as if before she and Kairi had it all under control. Yeah...right. It was all laughable. Also, we pretty much both see eye to eye on Demyx. I would debate on Xigbar but at the same time I see why there is doubt there. With him it'd be a toss up in my opinion. Xaldin also we agree on.

I also had problems with Namine too just accepting that she should torment more Riku and Riku Replica than Sora. It was okay to mess with the other two but when it came to Sora, finally she had to make her brave stand. Riku was messed with worse as was the Replica. Her only redeeming quality is that she tried to make amends in the end of her activities after Axel freed her and he knew what she'd do. Yes, she did help Riku later but the point is she wasn't really remorseful about having messed him up in the first place. It was only Sora she cared for and she tore poor Replica's heart out too. She's the one in the first place that lured Sora to the castle and Marluxia took advantage of it and forced her to do it his way. So I agree, I don't have too much sympathy for Namine, but she and Kairi did make turn arounds in KH2, even if their self-confidence was amusing at best at times. Thinking about that scene with Saix...still cracks me up.

There's nothing saying that. It's speculation. Riku had his whole mind/spirit casted out of his body to Darkness but when he was on the other side of the door, his body, after Xehanort's Heartless was defeated, rejoined with him. That is the reason Riku had to remain behind and be sealed. I think the debate about Riku having a Nobody is pretty old and I hope that by now everyone sees he doesn't have one. He never lost his heart to darkness. He only had given into Darkness but never was entirely consumed by it. Xehanort's Heartless simply removed him from his body which probably when Riku made his stand against Xehanort's Heartless to pause him from harming Kairi, Goofy and Donald was what saved him from falling into Darkness utterly. After all, the only reason Riku was going into despair in the first place was his fear for Kairi being lost to Darkness etc and he was betrayed, because Xehanort's Heartless knew all along where Kairi was, even if Sora was a dingbat and didn't figure it out himself .

Sephiroth was using the planet to improve himself and bolster power to become what he thought of as a god. The planet wasn't a very good place, but really that was because of the people in charge who had made it a living hell and others weren't really doing things about it. Sephiroth was pretty well driven mad and also misled by notes of Hojo's to thinking that Jenova was a Cetra at first. Later, I'm sure he knew what the deal was but he was more concerned about the matter of just moving on and not really caring. In a way, I debate if in the end he even cared if he lived, but had a sort of honor that wouldn't just let himself kill himself.

As for Jenova, it seems the way they made her out to be, was that she was kind of a big virus in a way. She didn't have much of a personality and was a devourer of people, mimicking those she had destroyed, changing forms etc to match those who had died back in the Cetra times. She had to be dealt with in the past and because she was an entity that fed on life, when the doctor who had found her discovered the fact she was clearly not an ancient one, (Dr. Gast), he fled. Sephiroth had respect for Dr. Gast, but Dr. Hojo continued experimenting etc. Jenova wasn't really doing what she was because the planet in any way mattered to her or not. Where Sephiroth had some emotional level of concern about the world, pointing out about magic dying etc, Jenova herself was simply in it all for the food because humans taste crunchy in milk. She was an alien life form that did not have a concern for anything other than that.

By what I could get of the story of Advent Children as well, Sephiroth had a very strong will and presumably that will may have been enough to take over the Jenova cells and such, but not enough of one to fight the driven instincts that Jenova had that he had to feed on spirit energy, and also not enough to grant him his sanity back. Of course with all that had happened to him, that sanity would be hard to come by since there was nothing in his life he really had to care about that would prompt him to gain his -human- emotions back really. So he was lost essentially and just didn't care anymore, which is why I can imagine he was just messing with Cloud, because in the end, he expected to be defeated or else he would have actually slain Cloud. He just had no real ambition anymore and was just a lingering entity. Watching the 3 (Kadaj, Loz and Yazoo) gave a view into former pains of Sephiroth but I doubt he had any himself upon being reformed to at least 1/3rd his former power. Had he gotten all 3 of their aspects to himself, maybe there would have been more to see of a personality, but I doubt it.

Yeah, the game isn't expected out till 2009 possibly since the team working on KH is also working on FF XIII. After FF XIII the group is moving to that goal. At least they are giving us some filler games meanwhile. I have hopes that in KH3 it might end up like FF XIII and maybe we'll see two games spring from that too so we can play as alternate characters. That would kick butt.

You aren't alone in that opinion of not thinking the manga is so great. I didn't really enjoy it either. I found the artwork to be not that great and also some of the comedic added effects annoyed me. I wish they had stuck more to the story and not just danced around with side things that were kind of overly cute and sometimes I got a chuckle but only because the scenes of the KH characters were so ridiculous and out of character that I had to. I much more prefer the games and wish storyline had been more serious but oh well. I felt like I was 10 reading it and out of touch. Maybe the KH novel will be an improvement for those of us who had trouble caring about the manga so much.

I think Leon could hold up against Cloud easy enough. I think it'd come down to a draw or luck if either would win. Leon has a lot of skill too and isn't as over-emotional and stuck on himself. Both are very good combatants and I don't see either really being that simple where I can declare a victor. Either way, Sora can kick their butts and 2 others easily without a real challenge, not that this had anything to do with the inquiry.

I'm pretty sure that as others have said, Maleficent is the same Maleficent as was seen in KH. She also showed up in CoM versus Riku and since the Nobodies themselves didn't expect it, I believe in part that might have been the real Maleficent too, or maybe I had something wrong with that. Zexion did comment though that he scented both Riku (though he says it smells like the superior) and Maleficent in the lowest level of the castle. Riku defeated her and she was gone. If somehow that wasn't the -real- Maleficent, Sora did enough of a beating on her in KH.

I believe that though Riku/Ansem opened her heart up to Darkness fully in KH1, that she wasn't made into a Heartless, but just a dark being fully exposed to the powers. She also has the raven Diablo in KH2 that is seen with her dress which when the faeries remember her, she reforms. So I'd gather that she had a back up plan in case she was defeated and the raven carried it out in Kh2 so she'd return to life fully. Therefore, she never really became a Nobody, because her spirit must have remained in tact to return through some magic. That's about the best way I can explain it and hope to be right.

I voted for Re:CoM because it is a better system, the graphics are better and there's more storyline. It was hard to keep focused at times in CoM because some areas were kind of hazy and unclear. I'm not sure how anyone had trouble with Marluxia at all in CoM though. I waltzed through that and was disappointed in the boss battles with him because others before him seemed harder such as Riku Replica, Axel and Larxene.

I don't think Axel was being harsh. All of the Nobodies at Castle Oblivion were doing things and being pretty rotten to one another, as well as Sora and Riku. Axel was a wildcard and he was also the assassin for the Org and was given an order. He didn't really care about killing Vexen and why are people saying he should have been -nicer- about it? If you have to kill someone, you'd just want to get it over with so Vexen's death to me seemed appropriate for an assassin to do. Also, Sora was right there so the strategy would be to deal with it swiftly so that Axel didn't also have to fight Sora too. That could have sucked, no?

As for why he killed Zexion, or had the Riku Replica do it, is because he knew that 1. the Riku Replica was going to have to die because of how messed up he became with Namine's mind games that Vexen and Marluxia encouraged, and so he knew how to get rid of him, which was to build him up and have Riku take him out. That was so planned. Zexion was not a nice guy. He did try to break Riku and then murder him. That -was- Zexion's plan. Also, after all that Axel had had to do with choices, Zexion had to die. I seriously doubt Axel could have let anyone in the Org live to tell this tale because all of them had foolishly messed with Riku and Sora for personal gain and really at the end it was such a mess, if only he was there to recount things, he might -live-. It was about survival there in the end, as well as being committed to carry out his orders.

Axel really I doubt cared that much for either of the two kids but in the end he knew that what was going on was pointless and it may even be that Xemnas wanted Axel there to get rid of the traitors. After all, anyone who was actually working on plots for Xemnas was out doing them while Marluxia and Vexen both were doing unscrupulous things Xemnas may have figured out early before he went to take his nap. I do think that Zexion, Lexaeus and Larxene kind of were caught up in it all though but they chose their sides. Axel went with no one because he knew it was all going to be stupid and so he played a survivor's game to get around it. He did not really -care- for them and probably would have wished to be anywhere else at the time. However, being as super adaptable as he was, he played his game and ended up on top. Even Xemnas in KH2:FM makes a comment that Axel is a wild card and no one is sure absolutely what he's up to. After his experiences at Castle Oblivion, he did not really tone down though.

Axel was driven in KH2 to try to get Roxas back because he did believe the Nobodies, despite having no Hearts, did have their own lives separate of the whole person so to him, losing Roxas was like Roxas dying. Since Roxas seemed to be the only one he cared about truly, though he did not mind Namine so much, it makes sense that he was going to try to get him back, and yes, he was obsessive about it, which annoyingly makes a ton of stupid RoxasxAxel pairings. Axel was a driven sort of person to survive himself, so of course he'd be that motivated to do the same for Roxas, but in the end he learned that Roxas was better off where he was supposed to be and so helped Sora. I don't consider he was more wussy in KH2 but just more exhausted in the end because he was facing so much soul searching as well as surviving because Saix was trying to get him or get Sora to off Axel and Axel knew it. Axel did have a fear of the Org which was pretty clear when he told Roxas not to leave. All in all, I liked the character and his growth and don't consider him a puss as some people had said, but yes, he became more of a 3-dimensional character in KH2 instead of just being a wild card with no motivations at all.

You know, Namine turning up missing after the scene where Riku and Kairi are reunited was something I asked too. The next scenes with Riku and Kairi where he gives her the Keyblade etc, Namine is nowhere to be found. Maybe she went out to bring them back some fast food order or some energy drinks. I'm sure they were starving or needed caffeine. That has to be the answer. Good question! I doubt we'll ever know what she was up to. Maybe she had a potsy emergency.

I don't really think the eye color had much of anything to do with what -roads- people were on. The only significant eye color seemed to be the amber color of those who were linked in with Darkness, which also the Heartless had the yellow glowing eyes so it made sense. Sora's and Kairi's eyes to me were blue, as were Namine's. Larxene's and Axel's eyes were brilliant green. Riku had the oddest eyes to me as his were an aquamarine color that were unique from everyone else's, but in the end I don't think that their eye color is that important. The only ones that were important were those that were an amber hue which was a tell-tale sign of Darkness being tied with them. Perhaps I'm wrong though but green and blue eyes were rather common in the game so I never put too much thought in that.
