    I liked Oblivion and Pumpkinhead.
Also Way to the Dawn but somehow don't think it is in the optional list to choose.

I'd say any fight with Riku in it was a challenge, since I can't go and use other bosses that were secret ones. Riku at DI took a while to defeat him 99 times. I wanted -all- those potions. Then Riku at Hollow Bastion, both fights, was fast and a challenge. I didn't lose though, but they were probably the toughest. Ursula was annoying in big form. I hated that she tried to eat Sora. I don't know why that made me angry to this day, but I hated it and her big bulbous head. She's probably the one I disliked the most.

I do agree with someone who said the final boss fight was too easy. I walked right through it and just did the scenes automatically. It was fun, but really, I had no challenge at all from it that I can remember. It was just hitting things mostly to cripple the huge mutated blob and finally after, defeating Ansem was a cinch.

I don't remember thinking anything much of it but like it sounded like 'soar' to me, which fit his personality. Later, finding out it meant 'air or wind' made me snicker.

Others though pointed out to me about Sora in Digimon (since I don't watch it) and about another Sora in .Hack. Sora in .Hack and Sora in KH...need to meet sometime. Then they could interact with one going "Boing!" and making his own sound effects while the other laughs with a "Ha-ha" and strikes the enemies. *nod nod*

I'm not sure about that either, why he never used magic. It would have made more sense if he had tried. I would guess though that at that point in the game, Donald had cool stuff like -thundaga- and so hitting the wussy Shadow with that was overkill. The other reason was because the Shadow was acting like a freak and Donald was venting. Yeah, I like reason #2...it feels more correct. He was so venting and beating the tar out of the Shadow because Sora was gone and everything was looking bad. =:)

When Riku first appeared and they identified him correctly, he was also called the "Hero of Darkness" by the Org members there. The reason is because he 'triumphed over Darkness' and he did not lose his Heart.

Riku baffled them because he was raw power, regardless of what he does and he was the actual intended Keyblade wielder. He also had Heartless Xehanort within him which made him -smell- like Xemnas. I could believe that Zexion meant that he wielded the power of Darkness and yet he refused to give into the corruption of it -and- that he was so powerful in Darkness it was all just extremely baffling. I'm also sure Lexaeus losing to Riku was a tremendous surprise too, as they continued to try to get Riku to at first 'turn to Darkness' utterly and then to just off the kid.

I do not think Riku is -weaker- than Sora. Really, if you think about it, he's never faced Sora one-on-one except for when Ansem was merged with him. The last time you fight Riku fairly, Sora has his 2 buddies in it. Riku's Heart was struggling in KH, which I think maybe we'll learn more why in BBS, but his mind and his body force were at least on par with Sora. After CoM, I think Riku became more complete and grew more, even without a Keyblade. It makes me ponder if the intended Keyblade users aren't supposed to be 'superhuman' and if they don't get a Keyblade, they still are going to be extremely unique. It could be also an effect from Xehanort being in him, mutating Riku as I think he did Terra. After all, Master Xehanort was a Keyblade wielder too and possibly -the- Keyblade master.

Now...I'm onto more speculations. argh. Thanks topic!

I knew this from the game 10 years ago. In a cut scene, as someone mentioned before, with Zack and Cloud in it, Zack was mentioned the SOLDIER and Cloud was a guard, and it was Zack who took Cloud onward etc. Sephiroth also told Cloud he wasn't in SOLDIER and even though at that point I was like, eh...I believed Sephiroth because I couldn't think of a reason why he'd actually lie. There were so many arguments though about this over the years until finally Last Order came out and people could see for themselves the longer version of what happened with Cloud and Zack. It's a great anime if you guys haven't seen it. I liked it better than Advent Children and highly recommend watching it. It clears up a lot of things.

Yeah, the first time I saw it like ...a decade ago, I was not so happy and it got a tear or two. I didn't like Aerith as much as Tifa (and no, not for the boobs) but at the same time having her die was just like...a real surprise. It happened back then so infrequently that it could take a person off guard.

I'm surprised, as someone else mentioned, that no one after all the years this game has been out ever spoiled that for you though. We've talked in IRC chats for years about Aerith's death. You got lucky no one ruined that surprise! Or unlucky, depending on your view point.

To me they are pretty evenly matched. Both can do a lot of superhuman feats and abilities, and can both be very fast and magically inclined, both are exquisite marksmen. They have their differences but where one has an upper hand the other has one elsewhere. Also...I think they both just kick so much @zz they are awesome and this is a great question. For the time being, I'm torn. Though in DoC you didn't get to do too much, the cinematic scenes showed Vincent was capable of a lot more. If I just went by the actual fighting though, I'd say Dante, but with those added things Vincent can do that just rux, I'm stuck at an impasse.

For trouble sleeping, here are a couple suggestions I hope might help you guys.

    1. Someone suggested reducing the heat in your room if you can. This can help as being too hot can be annoying and bothersome.

    2. Try taking a warm relaxing shower or bath before bed time. If you take a bath, try some Epsom salts or sea salt. It helps you relax more. Also 1 cup epsom salts and one cup baking soda works in a bath. Also, whatever you do, don't make the water -too hot-. It's meant to be soothing and not raise your body temperature.

    3. Play some soft soothing music like Enya or the instrumental soft weather music etc. Then close your eyes and breathe slowly trying to relax your mind, clear your thoughts. Breathe in through your nose and exhale from your mouth and do like a count of 10 as you do. The soft music is good for a couple reasons. It helps remove background noise such as the electric sounds etc in a house, or noises outside or from people. The background noise can be a distraction to bother anyone. The music also played is soft so it will hopefully do the trick of relaxing you if you do the deep breathing technique and try to let go of stress of the day.

    4. Drink a glass of warm milk about 15 minutes before you want to go to sleep. Mix it with a little chocolate if you want but this will help you relax too. Calcium kind of makes you sleepy.

    5. Try sleeping in a room that has good ventilation, maybe a fan in it if you need it. It moves the air and helps. Also, try sleeping on your back or side. Don't sleep on your abdomen if you can help it. This puts a lot of strain on back muscles, whether it feels like it or not.

    6. Avoid bright things in the room at night as they may be a distraction. If you need some light, such as a night light, try putting it behind something so you get the dull illumination but not the direct light itself in your view.

Well, there's all I have that I attempt or have been suggested. I'm not really a fan of warm milk but friends of mine swear by it. So I hope it helps you guys out to get more sleep. =:)

I don't see why someone can't start a thread to talk about fashion in the spam zone as that's where anything goes that doesn't belong elsewhere, or in the Anything Else area. I don't think it should be stickied though and those who'd want to do it could. Fashion really has nothing at all to do with KH. Roleplay of KH does. I don't think this merits its own forum or sub-forum, though a thread, sure thing.

I understand and I do agree with that and hope we do get a mod in there like Darky was doing. I would wish that people would actually explain instead of saying "That's how it is and that's my say!" because that isn't a debate at all really. That's just a proclamation. If a mod does go there, which I think one should in the end, perhaps they can help coax more out of the person than just that remark.

As for people saying others would be intimidated and such, then I guess they should not post in the debate section with proclamations. If they actually are worried of their opinions, then they shouldn't be, but when they just exclaim things and run off, it's not a debate. It's a game of tag, hit and run. Perhaps a spot in the rules should also say that if the poster is nervous or such, take their time and no one will flame, even if they disagree, so that people see we're not such a bad bunch.

I'm almost pretty sure it's not true though I heard on his show he said it. I thought it was a joke to motivate voting or something. However, if it was real people would probably get mad at him for stealing votes away from the politicians and be annoyed lol. I know I'd vote for him just because I wouldn't vote for some of the others and at least he's funny.

The way Riku and Sora just effortlessly move the Keyblade I seriously doubt the thing is more than 5 lbs at most. It doesn't look less than that since Sora uses both hands to wield it in his fighting style, but it really doesn't look to be more at all.

As for Riku hitting Donald...if it was some wuss hitting him, sure, but Riku is physically stronger than Sora. I could see it. After all, Donald was just a mage so he's not going to be that great at combat hand to hand. Riku is the one who mostly taught Sora to fight. It could be expected.

However, I do agree that in KH Donald and Goofy were in Sora's shadow and weaker, but that's how they wanted it to be. Donald and Goofy in KH2 were better and also easier to deal with because you could tell them what style of combat you wanted to have them do and control their potion releases etc better. I think in KH it was the point to make Sora the highlight character and the others were weaker because he was the chosen wonder boy with the Keyblade and the other two were alright fighters but nothing great before working with him. Maybe they were pretty chilled out and relaxed in a world of no real stress before they had to go out and do things.

I thought they were 'okay' but yeah, they didn't really 'sound' like the right voices to me. Elizabeth's was bad and Jack's made me wince at times. I guess though that's the best they could do and it was better than it could have been so I won't complain too much. =:/

Ya know...yelling in capital letters doesn't mean anything and just tends to make people mad who read it. Both Roxas and Sora had skills. Just really, you aren't going to get your point across in big caps so that people draw their eyes to it. People will more than likely either feel flamed by you and tell you to stop or just ignore that sort of behavior. Some people are just extra defensive over this stuff and really...why? This is all hypothetical any way. No reason to get angry.

They were much more enjoyable in KH2 than KH1. I had more fun completing them but I also think they could have been better. It's still a vast improvement though. I just feel bad because on this poll I had to choose the one of 'I don't know, had some laughs' and it's all AOHELL speech. You tortured me having to pick that. =:/ Evil. Bad.

Sora doesn't need to know how to 'drive' to crash a truck. =:)

Maybe he said to himself "I have 'drive' forms...right guys? That should work. And Donald and Goofy exchanged looks...and before Goofy could say "Garsh, I dunno, Sora"...Sora was off in Valor Form, taking off, into the side of the building.

Of course, maybe it was Riku. He had to learn to test drive somewhere. He drove that Nobody vehicle pretty darn good when fighting the dragon.

Riku probably will be screwed over as he has in all the other games. Every chick likes Sora for some reason. I doubt Riku could seriously date some mundane girl because he'd feel it would never amount to real love because he could never tell her about his true self. So if he did go out with someone else, it'd be empty and he'd just end up losing the relationship. I could see him not bothering because that's the case. Usually you want the one you care about to know you and not have to bury some secrets way down. So unless a new female who has dealt with similar things comes along, I think Riku's going to die alone but at least be happy with his friends. Sucks, but he's been so overlooked so far. lol

    I'd choose
    1. Terra
    2. Aqua
    3. Ven

It'd be nice to play a female character that actually does something and isn't a held back wussy girl. I'm more interested in her than Ven. Terra intrigues me because of a lot of theories around him doing an oops and being made bad, so I want to see how that turns out. I'd play all 3 scenarios though of course. I am not sure Mickey is one or not but if he is, I'd also play him down the line but I would hope that Aqua is the 3rd and not Mickey. Mickey might be in all 3 somewhere, which would be cool.
