I don't see why guests shouldn't be allowed to play them unless they are being harmful. Some guests actually decide probably to join the site after having some fun with the games. For the second part, yeah, it'd be nice to have that fixed, but for now let's look at it as we get to improve on those games and not have the scores counted so we look really awesome when they do start keeping score. *snicker* I do hope it will be fixed sometime but I'm soOOo patient.
There are versions of the Bird Flu that hit America. They were not the H5N1 strain I take it but they were definitely of the A influenza virus strain which is where H5N1 comes from and also called 'Bird Flus' or 'Avian Influenzas'. This particular one or any of the A influenza virus strain are pretty nasty. They really seem up in arms about it lately. I went and checked things because I was possibly mixing things up. This is why again, I have said they should not have called this the 'Bird Flu' and actually given it some kind of name. There are quite a few 'Bird Flus'. Also, the only thing so far to use as any protection is a regular flu shot, which probably won't do much but you never know. It's better to have it than not. So Whelpsystem is right that there is no vaccine as of this time. Guess some people better get off their duffs.
I believe Terra and Xehanort (who was the apprentice of Ansem) and Xemnas are all of the same person. I do not see a 'twin brother' thing going on at all really. Terra looks strikingly like Xehanort/Xemnas just with shorter hair and it was brown, and the eyes were a different color, but...at the end of the trailer, his eyes also change to amber, which meant (presumably) he turned to Darkness. Due to the fact it's the same guy in the same armor...it must be Terra, and not some hypothetical brother, Xehanort. As for Xehanort, I believe Master Xehanort merged with Terra, and when Terra/Xehanort tossed himself into Darkness and released all those Heartless he was corrupted by Master Xehanort's Heartless. This Heartless then went on to plague Riku as he knew he would be the next intended Keyblade wielder. He looked a lot different from Xehanort/Xemnas as well, so they could not be identical twins, and the old guy was Master Xehanort in BBS time. The de-aged Heartless probably is due to Terra being younger so it does not look like an old creep like Baldanort. I will say it's an interesting theory and maybe it will happen because it's not utterly impossible, but I think everyone is looking for the easy way out by continuously making the characters of BBS into siblings and parents of the KH regular timed people. Some people do the relation thing a lot in stories. Maybe Nomura will too but I have a hope he doesn't because it's so overdone. Maybe though this time it holds some validity but I'm not thinking so at the moment.
The most simple answer is that Namine is not Aqua in any way most likely. Namine has pretty much Kairi's face and figure. Aqua seemed to be taller and more athletic so I don't believe Aqua really has anything to do with that, as of yet anyway. Namine's existence made more sense than Roxas's in KH2 because she really did look a lot like Kairi except for coloration differences and she was a bit smaller. I wouldn't yet say she's any different than what was told in KH2 because it made sense she was as she was considering she never lost her Heart essentially to Heartless or her body. Instead, she lost her Heart and it resided in Sora. Roxas and Ven are exactly alike in features so there's a definite match up there.
Maybe they are pseudo-Keyblades but they are still Keyblades, even without the key chains in them. I am still not sure that Ven has any actual relationship to Sora other than perhaps his spirit (Heart or Soul) merged with Sora in his youth. I almost think that's the voice that was talking to Sora when he was going through the very beginning of KH and having to choose his weapons etc. I also think that Riku had a similar image which is why he said he did 'not fear the Darkness', and that Xehanort's Heartless messed with him askewing his dreams. Really, I can't think of a single reason to believe Ven is Sora's brother. He's got to be 10 years older than Sora at the time he comes across the kid playing. Some parents space out kids that far, but it seemed to me Sora and Riku were playmates and there's no mention by either of them of siblings. Even when Riku is talking to Sora about leaving he says 'parents' but does not mention brothers or sisters. Perhaps Sora and Riku were made to forget, but I think I need more clues to actually think that Ven and Sora are related in any way. Sora was forgotten because Sora himself forgot...which I really do hope gets explained a lot better than that. That's some memory to be able to take out everyone else's memory of you but well...Riku's and probably King Mickey's. By the way Leon and Kairi were acting etc, Sora had been forgotten since the start of CoM after Namine began messing with him. That is a good point to draw out in this, but I'm not sure that it had much to do with Roxas or Ven. This one though is a total mystery so far. Maybe it does have something to do with it.
Yeah, I'm not a big fan of stretcher piercings either because if you do try to take them out, you can't really repair what was done without some serious surgery. They look 'okay' in but I could never do that to myself because it's totally damaging. I don't mind other people having any piercings really as I know if I find it too nasty I don't have to look. The more extreme ones though like nipple piercings, groin piercings, stretchers and things through the chin or nape piercings I wouldn't want on me really ever. Some people get so many piercings I'm just in shock they don't ruin them all the time.
Hmm I can't name all the songs so I'll just go with types of music I think they'd have on their MP3 players. Axel - any 70s & 80s hair metal such as Guns'N'Roses, Scorpions, Metallica, KISS, Megadeth, Poison and Punk Music such as from the Dresden Dolls. Any kind of rocking music where you can move and burn stuff efficiently as in a dance of flames. Roxas - Definitely emo music. Especially about the struggle with existing and breaking away from bad things. Maybe sometimes when he's not so negative, Pop music. Sora - Pop music, trance, some rock and alternative, probably near the same stuff as Riku but more light hearted. He'd so listen to some of Kairi's music but try to play it off as uncool when Riku is around. I also see Sora loving DDR music. Also, he probably loves Weird Al sorts of songs and obviously musicals. Kairi - 80s pop music, bubble gum music, some light rock, DDR type music. Romance music like "My Heart will Go On", Disney type movie music. Riku - Seems round about and probably listens to a lot of different types of music that would range from Rock, Pop, Alternative, touching on somethings like Trapt and Headstrong after his incidences, but before that, probably just a blend of stuff. He's serious so he probably liked music that meant something to him. He'd probably listen to other stuff too that Kairi and Sora do but -never- admit to the most jovial kiddy stuff. Marluxia - Goth and depressing music and music full of rage like Emo music, and anything about being oppressed by "The Man". Namine - serious soulful songs like Within Temptation, Evanescence. Now and then though she'd be caught listening to bubble gum pop like Britney Spears and the song Barbie Girl is a favorite. Xigbar - Beach Boys (duuude), other 70s hippy sorts of songs. Xaldin - Jamaican and R&B music and some thrasher music. Luxord - Orchestral music, probably likes some old 80s country like Kenny Rodgers and Dolly Parton. Also probably likes chorus sang music. Larxene - Goth music, punk music. Hyper dance songs. Demyx - He probably has the widest taste in music from orchestral, musicals, rock, heavy metal, but it all would be moving music that would elevate someone's spirits or be powerful. He'd also love dance music and trance just because the rhythms would get him going. Saix - Destruction thrash metal hard core music on one side, soft light rock near elevator music on the other. It depends what kind of mood he's in. Xemnas - Pretends he likes the classical stuff when others watch but when not watched he likes 50s songs like Elvis Presley. He has an image to uphold!

Next - Wifey (this song makes me want to barf every time I hear it) Fergie - Fergilicious (the rhythm and all were ok the first time I heard it but the words are so freaking lame.) Yeah, the Silmarillion is a hard read that kind of is more a history book in a way than an actual novel that flows events out smoothly. I liked it but wish he would have written more as he did the Hobbit and LOTR. Those were great parts in the movies. =:)
The Bird Flu has been out for a good year or two at least. I have known of it I think for around 2 years, after some places in the U.S. were closed due to having contaminated poultry. The ironic thing about this is that most flus come from birds...so why they had to choose this name for the particular strain was wrong and even the Spanish Flu seems that it evolved from birds first to humans. However, people are watching it and those suspected of possibly having it are taken to the hospital right away. There is worry of the outbreak of West Nile Virus, which is also being worked on, and this also mainly affects birds, even though humans get it from mosquitoes that bit infected birds. It is a deadly flu that mostly seems to come from poultry that is infected and it passes onto humans, so those workers now tend to receive flu shots in attempts to ward off the influenza, but I don't think there's a vaccine. I am not sure, since it was caught pretty early, if it actually will develop into something serious or not, but the attention seems to be there to wholeheartedly try to prevent it. I will hope not, as something like the Spanish Flu would be awful to witness first hand. Avian flus of any kind seem to be pretty nasty and affect the world. This one may evolve further but may not. No one is sure.
I agree with Xigbar and TabbyRoxas. I was bullied all through school till 7th grade and though I did get in some skirmishes, it wasn't that which prevented it later truly. It was the fact I learned that you should always be yourself and do things you enjoy. I had found others who also enjoyed things I did and were too afraid to say so because it wasn't -cool-. Who determines what is cool or not? You and others do. You are part of that whole scenario and if you don't like doing something or dressing a certain way etc, (unless you have uniforms) don't do it. Be yourself and stand up for yourself and in time you will get some true friends instead of the faux relationships that sometimes tend to revolve around school. Being real makes real things happen. Also, part of your problem may be you are too eager to fit in and some see you as an outsider and get annoyed. Try less hard, but be amiable and don't shy away if you can help it. I wish you luck and hope you keep us updated on any progress, good or bad.
I am sorry to hear what you've posted and my heart goes out to you. One of the most painful things for any parent is to lose a child. It is more painful than losing a loved one because that child is a part of you. Sadly though, that being said, tragedies do happen, and sometimes others will try to automatically say the parent was at fault, and any good parent may also for a while wear that guilt, but sometimes things just do not go the way you would intend them to. You loved this child and did what you could. I know it might not seem like enough and you wish you could find any answer, but at the time there just was not one. It is a horrible feeling to feel that you are incapable and powerless in a situation but sometimes that's the hand we are given. You are a good person and it is good to remember her with a fondness and appreciate the time you had to spend with her while she was there with you. That is part of the healing process and also shows how much you truly loved your child and still do. You won't forget her. I'd hold that picture in a wallet or wherever and never want to lose it and make more just in case something bad happened to the one. Her death is tragic but she would be happy to know that she is still in your heart and is never forgotten and that you actually -do- remember the times you had together. Believing in yourself and your abilities is a great thing and I wish you some better luck in your future because you've definitely had your time of suffering. Be well and may things look brighter for you. You have the right attitude to help that happen. As PAW said, we all have to kind of monitor the hormones. We can get attracted to people and one of the most typical but sometimes most empty attractions is to someone who is older than you. This happens for males and females and maybe partially it is because they seem more with it all and well, we as teenagers want to kind of grow up sooner than we should. I hope you get over your depression and find some joy in your life. You should try to work on that while you are single because if you can be happy when you are single than you will be more content when you actually do get in a relationship. Can you describe what sorts of things there are that make you feel depressed? As teenagers there are a lot of turbulent emotions that stir because of body changes and the whole expectations of growing into adults, but there are walls teens run into as they are not yet adults, but still dealing with issues from before adolescence. In some ways, it can be for some the hardest times of figuring things out and trying to find happiness. If you ever think you might carry out a suicidal thought, then that is your time to ask for help because at that point if you think about it, things can't get much worse for you. If you want to, feel free to vent here on some of those things that are built up and perhaps that will make you feel better and we have good ears and will offer advice if you want. I hope you feel better about things and you are communicating so that shows you really do want to feel better, even if right now it is difficult.
Bush really does do some terrific gaffes of speech. They crack me up and I have a whole list of quotes I made off of news reports. He seems to have a speech problem when talking in crowds and I've known some people like that. However, they are still funny to laugh at. Now if he did some really good things for the country, I wouldn't care how he talked. I'd laugh but not also be prompted to call him a moron.
Sadly, the more value people place on an object or material thing, the more likely people will be to fight over it. The same can be said of those who are zealous followers of religion and try to use it to claim others are garbage that needs to be cleansed. Perhaps when people -in power- stop obsessing over what others have and do and want control themselves, we can all relax more. It's just a matter really of attempting to get better people in the power spots who aren't like war mongering for dumb reasons the rest of us would rather not do. The way to solve the war on oil stuff is to make oil less useful and fortunately some people work at this but the oil companies make it very difficult as do some car companies that are proverbially in bed with them. The more we encourage things to be 'less important' the more likely we can avoid wars. I don't think it is all inevitable, but it takes human effort to stop wars just as much as it does to start them. People -do- have free thought, so it's time they used it more often.
It is hard to believe none of those kids said a word. How depressing. Sure, I might play off it's cool at the time or play ignorant but my butt would have been down the hall once he was out if I couldn't get the gun away, and telling anyone. All they had to do was go into a classroom down the hall and ask the teacher to call to the office. How tragic. There's just no excuse for that unless they were terrorized and could not move. Apathy is a horrible thing.
haha. I have a whole bunch of quotes from Bush. He really does seem to have a problem with speaking without a script being in front of him. My favorite one recently was he was around a bunch of kids promoting his 'no kids get left behind' thing and he speaks into the microphone and says "Childrens can learn!" That just killed me of laughter. Why am I here...I don't know. I think I revived after putting food on my family.
I believe the safer age would be 19 to drink instead of 18 as some kids are still in school at 18 and a majority by 19 are not. Kids have been known to come to school drunk and it would probably happen more at first if the age was reduced to 18. However, I've always disagreed with the law that it has to be 21 as the legitimate drinking age. You can do the following when you are 18. 1. Vote 2. Join the armed forces 3. Go to college 4. Get a full time job 5. Move out of your home and be responsible for yourself without permission. 6. Get credit cards and purchase things of high expense (unless you are rich and you can do it whenever). 7. Smoke 8. Take care of a younger sibling as a guardian. With all of these things people -can- do at 18 and when they are out of school, I am sure that drinking is something they do any way. I know I did at 18 and didn't care about the law as most others don't. Those of us who were responsible simply drank inside and didn't go out acting stupid or trying to get into bars to get people to get us some. Also, we learned to drink and not always get drunk off our kiesters either. So I'm kind of more for the option that the kids should be OUT of high school before they can drink, but since you can't regulate that as well, I'd have to say 19 is probably the best age, and it'd help if parents did some encouraging too on teaching them to actually drink responsibly and not drink and drive. If there was some way of enforcing kids in High School could not drink, I'd be more for that as they have a tendency to be stupid and pass it around to others who are too young. Of course that won't happen in too many cases, so it has to be reminded to kids in Drivers Ed at school. Also, alcohol, like -most- anything else in life, taken in moderation is not going to kill you or make you into some drug addict. It's the people that use alcohol as a means of 'curing other problems' like depression that mostly have the problem with addiction, or they are get easily addicted to anything and alcohol was just what was chosen. People can over indulge in food and become fat and yes, there are lawsuits because Burger King and McDonalds put food out so people can become fat because they have -no control- over themselves. Anything to excess is not good for you. You drink too much water and your kidneys won't work. So in the end, it's all about responsibility and knowing your limits, and some people can learn, even if others cannot. I drank at home with my family on holidays or special occasions since I was 16. I turned out fine as did others. The poison in the end is an addictive personality.
