No, no no. You are in 8th grade and you've had a crush on her since 5th grade. You say that this guy she's known a month came up and gave her a crap necklace and she was fine with it whereas she told you she didn't like the one you gave her... First off, she said she liked you 6 months ago? So, did you tell her you liked her? Did you guys even hang out or date or anything? It doesn't sound like it. It seems like you didn't tell her much of anything. If you really care about her, tell her so. If you did, and she's doing this...ask her what's up. You have a right to know. As you grow up you are going to hear the words 'nuh uh', 'no way', 'i wouldn't date you if you were the last man on earth' etc etc. Rejection is part of life and you do need to accept it that if a girl doesn't feel mutual with your feelings, that's not love on your part. It becomes obsession and can become really stupid. It's one-sided. You DO have to accept the word 'no'. Whether you are man enough or not to be her friend after, well, that's your call, but either way you have to deal with the hormones on your own or you need to move on. So...be prepared for the possibility that she may or may not feel as you do. So, come clean with her if you want her to ever know clearly your feelings for her because this background jealousy and stress you are putting yourself under is not good and it's hurting you a lot. Her answer should determine what you need to do. If she says she feels the same way 'YAY!'...if not, it's a let down. If she and you felt a way before and her feelings changed...you have to let go and move on. Weigh your options then when you know things for sure are one way or the other. Heck, post here when you actually know for sure. It's hard to help you when no one knows what the girl's feelings are, k? I hope you feel better.
I guess I'm really torn on whether it's right or not. Strikes often really cripple many people and not just the targeted ones. I am not someone that depends on TV to survive or anything but if I were a writer to a TV show, I'd think of what the impact could be to those people who do watch and enjoy what they see. People don't always realize all the work that the writers do so in some regards they get shafted because the actors get the credit mainly. We 'see' them. However, if a script really blows, then people blame the writers. It's not a very fair balance. I do understand why they are doing this strike but I consider the timing to be rather vicious. People like Seth McFarlane...he's probably their strongest voice really, make an impact since he is both a producer and a writer. I do see how it seems the writers were shafted out of a good deal of money and don't want a repeat of it and the deal is a legitimate one. I hope that their request will be met because I can say if I have the option of watching something on my computer or other device, as Adult Swim actually airs 'total' programs, I would never bother with a TV again, except to play video games on. I just don't understand why Teamsters is getting involved and causing a scene where they try to force people around etc. I do not like 'hostile' picketing and that is what Teamsters stepping in is somewhat making it. Protesting is legal and definitely righteously so long as it is peaceful but if people want to cross a line, you shouldn't be able to try to hold them up by making them go a long way around etc. It reminds me of these stupid people protesting that laid in the street so that many people including me could not get to work on time etc. I had to get explain to my boss why I'm late and at first he didn't believe me until I walked him in the break room and pointed out the incident on the news. If you tick off the people, you make them more adamant in stance. Hostile protests just irritate me every time I see them and others get annoyed as well. Teamsters has a nasty reputation as it is and the writers' guild would be better to send them and their mafia like tactics home.
I believe that's pretty much the reasoning. When Maleficent was reforming, the three faeries headed out, probably told Yen Sid, and they all skedaddled. Because their purposes were fulfilled in KH2, they were unneeded so they weren't mentioned anymore. You can go back to the tower later and it looks fine and there's no sign Maleficent was even really there as far as you could get so I'd suppose she just took off, finding nothing of interest perhaps.
I thought Sora's voice was done very well in KH1, especially considering HJO was 13 when he did it. HJO has a lot of talent. I can't blame HJO for the script so I'll say it was fine. I also liked KH2 and how Sora's voice matured. I thought most of the voices in KH1 were pretty good and can't think of anyone's voice who irritated me or sounded out of place...except Kairi's to some degree. In KH2 I had more problems with some people's voices (mainly POTC) but not Sora's, Riku's or Kairi's. Roxas's voice was okay and Namine's was fine too.
Man, Sora hating. He did not kill the Organization because of just what Yen Sid said. They were stealing people's hearts which in essence pretty well is killing the people on several worlds. As much as I like some members of the Organization, to me, what they were doing was wrong. I can sympathize with the reason, but not side with the actions they took and it doesn't seem like most of them were going to say 'okay Sora, we'll do it your way!' Xemnas especially had a very high opinion of himself as did Saix, who was tormenting Sora through KH2. I don't like how he goaded Demyx, but in the end, Sora is not perfect. None of the characters were perfect, and I think that's why I like KH in the first place. You can point out where the heroes can be wrong too and have faults and it's somewhat refreshing. I'm kind of tired of 'Superman' goody 2-dimensional characters. I'm not fan gaga over Sora but he's a person who was just some 14 year old kid with dreams about adventuring which didn't seem so probable where he was from. He did his best and met friends, re-encountered his old ones and tried to do his best to make decisions with what little information he was given (or did not perceive). Yes, he's not the sharpest knife in the utensil drawer but he makes up for it by following his heart and helping others out. Whether he had other things to do or not, when someone was in danger, he dropped things to aid them. He wasn't selfish and was giving to those he didn't know. He's amiable and not all emo and whiny, complaining about what he has to do. He just goes and does it. His expressions and emotions are very 'real' and he's not two-faced. In other words, to me, he's a good 14/15 year old kid with a lot on his shoulders and though he's naive and not very perceptive, and makes some errors, he's at least keeping himself together and keeping up the fight where a lot of others confronted with such horrors that Disney tones down...would run the heck out of there.
Well, he's older...but I can't say he doesn't have the same exact ears as Ansem (KH1) and his eyebrows also are branched out as Ansem's are and not Xehanort's. There's an arc upwards and then the rest of the eyebrow continues normal in this picture. Of course...I can't tell in that picture if the rest of his eyebrows aren't missing either. http://multimedia.kingdomfantasy.com/image/kh/005.jpg Also, his skin color is darker like Master Xehanort's. The eye color is questionable since Ansem's look yellow/orange in some pictures and orange in others (as do Ansem's) where as Xehanort/Xemnas's eyes originally were brown but become very orange. Master Xehanort's seem more amber/yellow in that picture. Also...his face seems more angular than any of the others though some features to me seem to match with the Heartless Ansem the most. However, I admit it's somewhat a stretch. He doesn't resemble the others really at all.
I'm not a member in there but browsing through, I did see what you meant about it being rather a mess and all. I agree with the suggestions you propose and think a mod and some clean up in there would help people to be able to join families easier if they wanted. Also, if someone joins a group, not sure why they would be in more than that group or possibly two. That almost entirely berefts the purpose of it, I would think. It seems others who are actually in there seem to agree too.
If you are new, you may want to post in the 'Introduce Yourself' forum so you can meet some people. Also, you might wish to read through the rules of the forums to help you navigate easier and pay attention to the stickied topics around that are in regards to rules. Welcome to the forums, but you'll want to post in that section I mentioned and around, and if you'd like to contribute to the discussion above, feel free. We just need to keep on topic here. White Rook, that was a very interesting thing you posted and yeah, it is expensive to do and so out of range in some ways, but it is a positive sign. They can help people only after they get Malaria now and it strikes pretty fast by the accounts I've read once it has gone so far. Not everyone there can get help in time. If a vaccine could be developed, that would be a terrific thing.
I can understand about the missile deal and them not wanting to go along with it...but when I heard the news about Russia trying to claim the North Pole etc as theirs...all I have to say is...WHAT?!!! I have no idea why they think they have any claims to that or anyone exactly does for that matter. I think Russia is just trying to start things to do it and get back their former power as when they were feared at this point. It's a shame really. I'm not certain what to positively think about Russia anymore, except for the fact I have a couple friends there and hope they will be okay and that there isn't another 'Red Curtain' due to these pulls of power.
I ponder if they were let to do this if Santa is going to become some muscle bound guy with fruits and veggies on the table waiting for him instead of cookies and milk. I think changing Santa around implies something that is rather cruel to people overweight as in 'you shouldn't exist at all in a positive way to kids' as well as their message that they want kids to slim up. I really don't see anyone pining to be fat on purpose. There are people, like the kid mentioned above shoving cheeseburgers in his mouth at warp 9, but if he had a choice to eat those and be thin, he probably would be even more happy, I'd think. The mom really is at fault there. However, there are children who are overweight regardless of what they eat because of a slow metabolism which can be brought on by problems with the thyroid or heart or some other conditions. I think it's awfully ironic that they pick on fat people as if that's so bad, and as CtR pointed out, rail thin twigs are just fine? Being too thin is also a problem but we still have 85 lb models walking down catwalks. It's just as disgusting to me as looking at some 350 lb person of the same height. Both are health risks. Both conditions of weight are poor for the heart. I think if they want to mess with Santa who is 'one' chubby icon that kids aren't aspiring to go out and be like in appearance...they should be shoving burgers, before that kid mentioned eats them, in these models' hands and telling them that their size 0s are unfeasible for girls' safeties around the world because some girls actually DO aspire to be like that.
Kefka keeps getting left off these things. =:( The guy was so rotten and horrible and dressed all clown-like. How could he not be a villain to love to hate??? Give Kefka some love next time! Since he wasn't there, to be different and not vote for Sephiroth, I voted for Kuja, who also seemed to have some clothing issues.
They all 3 do look similar to one another. I suppose the Heartless Xehanort had a lot more of a presence than Xemnas/Xehanort did and what you pointed out too. Their demeanors to me separate them perhaps more than the features physically. In the end, I can't tell whether the 3 of them have similar appearances because of the artwork or if it is totally intentional. Terra's hair sticks up a lot like Xemnas's does and his facial features match Xemnas's too. Maybe there's a significance for all 3 of them looking so close, but it is getting rather confusing. Maybe a clear picture or two of past Baldenort would help us to ****yze (..this word doesn't show right..i suppose I'll say..place) the pictures together and draw something. It's hard to find a good one of him right now.
Ansem - Note he also wears Master Xehanort's attire and the hair is styled different and well the face is similar but different enough to me to say they aren't the same. In KH though a lot of the faces are similar, sadly. http://multimedia.kingdomfantasy.com/image/kh/005.jpg Xehanort/Xemnas http://www.kingdomhearts3.us/wp-content/uploads/2007/04/kh2fm_86.png I see Terra in pictures posted looking more similar to Xemnas than Ansem does, except for the hair color and eye color. I don't think Ansem of KH1 looked like Xehanort/Xemnas other than the same hair color. I had other pictures of Xehanort the apprentice of Ansem too but they are kind of blurry to see the features well. Of course...on close examination, if Ansem of KH did not push his hair back and had a hair cut in the back, his hair could almost resemble Xehanort/Xemnas's. It's weird to look at Terra, Ansem of KH1 and Xehanort/Xemnas together. It brings up more questions now. Also, I think we got confused here. I was saying 'Master Xehanort' cannot be Xehanort/Xemnas initially by the time line as well. I was just dividing it up to separate since there are 3 Xehanorts, toss in some Ansems etc. I agree with you that the Xehanort we see in KH2 cannot be the same as Master Xehanort. Perhaps I'm getting confused and got lost somewhere.
Marluxia for me was simple in both forms. I felt totally jipped. At least Ansem was more difficult and well, had more plot reasons to have his rear kicked. I really didn't think Marluxia, who hid behind a girl etc, was the kind of final boss that should have been meriting two fights. People call Demyx a coward but meh.
I don't happen to have a link but it ends something like Riku Replica does not die. He instead left that battle and fled. Afterwards, he finds Vexen clones and goes off with them somewhere and it made no sense to me and I really hated it. =:/ I'll try to find a link if possible. I actually have the manga and no scanner or else I'd host it to show. Maybe someone else can help out here too.
Hmm, maybe that's the reason lol. Just seemed to be a lot more work!
Nomura clearly stated Riku does not have a Nobody. Also, Axel looks nothing like Riku at all. Their attitudes are also not alike. About the only similarity between them was they are both tall, and still...their body frames are nothing alike. I'm really not sure why other than the friendship issue, Riku and Sora are friends and Roxas and Axel are friends, people keep thinking Axel is at all like Riku. It makes good fan fic I suppose, but really, there's no correlation.
The design of the KH2 one was better, but I went with the KH1 Ultima weapon because it had a higher stat for damage and was the highest in the game really. In KH2, it does less than Goofy's shields. =:/ There was just something wrong with the Ultimate Weapon of the game doing that low after all that work to get it. I did like the weapon but it just seemed to be toned down and I didn't see a reason why to do that.
Yeah, this is why I think the 'Xehanort' that Riku had with him was the Heartless of 'baldy' Master Xehanort, because he looks much different from Xemnas/Xehanort. The scents of Riku and Xemnas were similar as Zexion said which would suggest that the Heartless was in Xehanort/Xemnas and developed it and I think that's also how it was 'de-aged'. I 'think' the apprentice is Xemnas/Xehanort and the Heartless was a part of Baldenort. Either that or Terra was Xemnas/Xehanort and the Heartless was Baldenort because the clothes and eyes match up with Master Xehanort that the Heartless 'Ansem' had...and man, this gets confusing. At this point I wonder if it's a slide even to say the Heartless was the apprentice and Xemnas was Terra, but I think that might be stretching it too thin.
Something tells me that it's going to be for cell phones for at least 2 years before they'd even think about releasing it and well, I have my doubts they ever would release it on another game system. It seems to be a game that might have some plot but is low on everything else. Which really makes me hope they don't put Riku's story on this one. That will just stink, especially if the game doesn't even go outside of Japan, which we have no confirmation on. =:/
