I never tried to do a form with the final battle. I assumed you could not but it does not surprise me if you could. I just preferred though having Sora and Riku kick his can. Now I'm curious and will go and replay the final battle to see Final Form on that battle just to see how it goes.
I'm glad to hear that. I just commented on the cutting thing for anyone in general as well because it is such a serious thing to me. I've known people who have done it and well also had friends hurt a lot by it (or died) and other things such as drugs. There are other outlets and I'm glad to see you ask about them and hopefully some others who are going through stress can get anything out of any of the methods described above or find some new ideas too with inspiration. Stress does suck and brings anyone down.
I do agree with you there. Riku Replica obviously had enough strength of will, even though they kept calling him a puppet and all, to break out of what Namine did to him, even without his own memories, and to go after Marluxia. He obviously had a heart, whether or not they say it was 'artificial' or not. However, I don't really think the apprentice had no identity of his own prior to Master Xehanort using him, so I don't really buy the last theory that well. If anything, Master Xehanort may have tried to absorb his spirit and use him as Xeh's Heartless tried to use Riku by stealing his body in a way but I would think the apprentice had to be his own person at least at some point.
Yeah, I could see how that is possible as well. We are all coming up with some really good theories here. It will be exciting to see what actually the truth is.
I don't remember Nomura saying that -immediately- after BBS that KH begins. I just recall him saying BBS is set 10 years prior to KH, at least at the end of it. Considering we know roughly what happened in the 9 years that was before KH through the Ansem reports and some characters' statements who came from Radiant Gardens, I don't think BBS covers that whole span of time. It's clear that the times may be different the 3 story main characters coincide and meet up with one another etc. However, we don't know how much further back it will go than 10 years. When they say 10 years, I am pretty well seeing that since Sora and Riku are 4 and 5 on the beach and at 5 and 6 years old Kairi is sent to the Islands by Xehanort, that BBS time -stops- at 10 years rather than begins at 10 years ago.
Well yeah, that's where it gets iffy. We don't know how many years before BBS 'begins' at so if it was Terra who becomes the Xehanort of KH and KH2...he'd have to have fallen at least a couple years before 9 years ago when the fall happened if Ansem the Wise's true reports are true, which I see no reason why they would not be. Terra does look an awful lot like Xehanort though the hair and eye color is different so it really depends on when he fell. Seeing him on Destiny Islands when Riku and Sora are 5 and 4 respectedly gives some doubts to that. Since KH takes place 9 years after Xehanort opened the door on his own world and made Heartless, cast himself to Darkness etc and plunged that world into despair, and Sora was 14 at the beginning of KH...14-9 = 5. So he'd be a year older when Xehanort sent Kairi out to find the Keyblade wielder, and that would be why we see Riku at age 6, staring at a glowing door after Sora departs to go find the girl (Kairi) that the mayor took in. Now, if it was the apprentice of Master Xehanort, he indeed could have fallen more towards the beginning of BBS and so it would also give a 'few' years though I am doubtful it is more than 3 as well. It does make more sense not having played the game yet...to assume that this guy may be the one just by 'time' sequences. In either case, I think Ansem's true reports indicate a time span that may be inaccurate if it is more than that because it is clear that the apprentice was obviously at a battle that involved the 3 chasers as well. Since Xehanort's eyes are a 'brown' color, it makes me ponder if Terra did not have some relation to the apprentice and that the apprentice is the one there. On another note, I've also pondered the likelihood that Terra is the one who is Xehanort but the Heartless is the apprentice's Heart and the Enigmatic soldier is Terra's heart, since he gets unlocked after you fight Xemnas the first time. I don't know yet how viable that is but I still ponder why though the Heartless looks similar to Xemnas, it's not that close in some ways and he's also wearing Master Xehanort's attire. So, I am sort of torn and think it is possible to be either Terra or the apprentice really but it is sound to at least know for sure that Master Xehanort is definitely not the same as Xehanort in KH onwards. I can think of ways where Terra or the apprentice can work so I'm pretty sure it has to be one or possibly even both of them in a way, because it's clear whichever it is, they had ties to Ven and Aqua and Xemnas probably remembered, even if 'Xehanort' and the Heartless Xehanort did not.
Stress tension relievers tend to for me vary on what is bothering me in particular but some ideas I do are the following. 1. Listen to, try to play some music. Sing to it and such. Sometimes laying down and putting on some soft music like Enya or Enigma helps to take a nap and feel refreshed. 2. Do some exercise or go to the gym with friends to hang out and play racket ball or something like that. Play some sport or go for a run, skate or something that takes focus off it but gets me doing something energetic. Especially something somewhat competitive but not 'serious' helps where you have to have a goal in mind like doing some stunts, hitting a ball, whatever that takes coordination. 3. Try to hang out with friends if I can and if it really eats at me, talk to them about it. Even just sitting around with a friend and doing not much is relaxing. 4. Study something, read a book, do something else other than what is stressing me out. 5. Take a good shower or bath just thinking of as the water pours over me, the stress runs away from me down the drain. It's a mind game but it is relaxing and works. 6. Try taking some daily vitamins if you aren't. I've found that my mood is better if I take a daily vitamin because I don't get so tired and get a proper balance of nutrition. It actually does matter. So does getting 8 hours of sleep a night if you can. At least push for 7 hours of sleep. Proper sleep and diet really do play more of an important role in relieving stress and letting you not feel cranky, grumpy, and easily irked, than people assume. 7. Try to sit down and meditate. A simple meditation works like this. Close your eyes...or leave them open if you want and aren't easily distracted. Breathe in through your nose for 5 seconds and breathe out through your mouth for 5 seconds. Draw in longer breaths bit by bit counting to yourself and go to you feel you are 'relaxed' and not 'straining' so you don't lose focus. When you breathe in the air through your nose, think of it as white, pure, clean air. When you breathe out through your mouth, think of the air as smoky, containing negative energy, stress and such. Keep doing it for a while for say 5 to 10 minutes and if you can sit there longer, go for it. After, try to think on what exactly is making you stressed, just ONE thing at a time. Then try to think of a solution to that stressful situation and follow through on it. 8. Try to write down on a piece of paper what is all bothering you and number each thing. Then try to think only on one thing at a time to try to come up with a solution by pretending that you are talking to a friend and giving that person some advice. Often, the advice we give to others we know is 'good' but tend to not follow through on it ourselves because of emotions. By stepping back out of the picture and assuming this list is 'from a friend' you may be able to help yourself more. Those are some things that I know of and have tried at various points. Hope they help. Cutting really is not an answer. Yes, it releases endorphins to let someone temporarily think of other things and elevate the mood in a way but it is fake and also scars you. It's not something you want to look at years down the road and go 'why'. I suppose I am most against it since I have scars already from stupid things such as some fights I got into and such and well doing it to myself...I couldn't imagine wanting that. These other techniques can do the same thing without hurting you physically or risking life and therapy. If 'cutting' is the route that someone really considers, I'd say the last thing I'd suggest is some kind of counseling because in all seriousness, when you want to hurt yourself, it means something is really wrong there and rather than doing something inward and hiding it like that, talking about it and getting some help from someone else is much better. You might not like what a counselor has to say but that's why there are certainly more than one out there. I understand the fear of talking to others about those inner most secrets because hell, I hate doing it, but if it came to me hurting myself physically, I know I need someone else and if it can't be a friend, it may as well be someone who's paid for their time. Anything is better than hurting you because look at it this way...you already ARE hurting one way. Don't make it two ways.
I do understand how school can be stressful but there are reasons for it. I had in school suspension twice and after school detentions a few times. It never really got me that stressed. I knew the reason for it was because I failed to do my homework often and was rather lazy in school, and yet they knew I 'could' finish it I had a lot of problems at home and just didn't feel compelled to do it, so I never blamed anyone really but myself even if I did feel at times I was swimming in homework. In the end, I think the detentions and all helped me do better and they weren't such a big deal. School was stressful but a lot of it is not the teachers' faults really. They only have so much power and influence. Really, they are rather boned when it comes to disciplining children anymore and too many parents won't do anything, saying it's someone else's kid etc. If I saw a kid 'cutting' I would certainly be calling for help and getting that kid some psychiatric care, so I am not sure what the gripe is there. I'd much rather get the child assistance than hear a few weeks later the kid was found dead in his bedroom or in the school latrine. As for homework, yeah, it sucks but you get used to it. It's a matter of prioritizing your life and if you want good grades in school, you do it. If you don't care, you don't. I will say in school I really didn't care unless the classes themselves were important to me as in the material interested me and I wasn't bored out of my skull. In some ways I regret that because I know if I had applied more attention I'd have done better, and I had to go to a community college to boost my GPA so I could go on to a University. I don't though regret it in another way, as it proved to me what I'd known all along which was the way the lessons were taught and all the stupid things around me of other students drama whoring were what held me up. College has a LOT heavier books than in High School, that's for sure, but at the same time knowing that I have to pay for them and these classes I take and that it's for some career, it motivates me to care more. Also, there are no name-callers or bullies or things to distract me. It's a total different environment, but I will say I get more homework, even if I can space it out better now. I've thought about it a lot and wondered if maybe school systems should start mirroring college more so that you are 'in' a class room of a class for more time in one day and the classes aren't all 5 times a week. That would reduce homework in one sense because if you had 3 classes in one day, 3 in the next, 3 in the next, and alternated, that night you'd have homework for 3 classes instead of 6 or 7. Also, tests would be separated better. Of course, that suggestion would fall on deaf ears if I brought it up, but it is the one way I think would change some of the strife 7th graders on up would feel, even if things were somewhat confusing at first. As for uniforms, I am rather neutral on them and don't really care either way whether I had to wear them or not. After school I could take them off and wear regular clothes so I don't see why people are that against them. At least it stopped some preppy males and females and bullies etc from pointing out they have $300 dollar shoes while I'm wearing 30 to 50 dollar ones etc. I also did like the freedom of wearing clothes of my own choice to school as well but won't say that I weigh it as superior or inferior to uniforms. The one thing I will say is that if the uniforms are 'ugly' then that's just rotten. As for sports, yeah, I hear your point there too. I could not afford, or rather, my parents could not, to send me to sports where I would have to buy a lot of equipment so I tended to join ones where there wasn't that much needed or I'd just do sport games with friends after school instead, which tended to be more fun any way. In High School I did more and in college I do some but the cost for sports is quite a bit. However, I could also do more because I took up a job. If you want to do sports and your parents are complaining of the cost, maybe you can get yourself something of a small job like a paper route or babysitting. It's something at least. If not, try to find some friends to do sports with around where you live or see if your parents would let you go to a gym or something. I hope things get better for you or anyone that is miserable with the way school goes. It does get better as time goes on because you get used to it, but you need to take the time to make yourself a system and stick to it. It does get you ready also for life after school, which also requires a state of order so that you can be successful.
Haha, the last suggestion was priceless. If Ansem (Heartless version) and Xemnas had their speeches about Kingdom Hearts cut in half though I couldn't make fun of their speeches so well. Usually for entertainment as they ramble on, I add in Pants for the word Heart or Hearts. Try it sometime as they go on. It's a high quality laugh.
1. Hand him a bunch of posters and say he has to get a real job. 2. Hand him some soap in the shape of a lock and tell him that it is used to unlock 'Clean' because he must be filthy when he has not bathed for an entire game. 3. Ask him what kind of gel he uses to get his hair to stick up that way. 4. Tell him Kairi is locked in her bathroom and he has to save her as she's just taking a bath. Should create a memorable scene there. 5. Take him to a cross-dresser prostitute ring on some street and ask him to identify all the females in the group. 6. Take him out to a car lot and find your dream car, convince him that you lost the keys and have him unlock it for you, and then drive off leaving him behind. 7. Put a sign on his back that says "I have a BIG KEY" and an arrow that points downwards. 8. Ask if his feet are -really- as big as his shoe size and follow up with why he doesn't act his age -or- his shoe size which is about the same. 9. Report to truant officers that there's this kid who is not in school and happens to be running around instead with a giant Key. 10. Sit him down in front of the computer and type his name in and Google search to show him all of the bad fanfics and fan hentai that has him in it. 11. Tell him that he really has the hots for Riku instead of Kairi repeatedly and say you mailed Riku a paopu fruit with a letter from Sora saying he can't live without Riku and spies out his window into Riku's from home. 12. Tell him to change into Anti-Form so that you can take him to a Halloween party as your pet dog. 13. Pose as an 'interspace' cop and pull over the Gummi Ship and ask Sora if he has a license to be piloting that thing. 14. Break into people's lockers, glue their books inside and act like normal...then when people start complaining say there's only one person you know who has a Key that can open anything. 15. Invite Sora to a sleepover party for girls where they all dress up in costumes like Ping's. Okay there's some donations to it. Not very good but I'm sure I could think of more when I wake up. Cool list idea by the way!
If you mean does Riku find the door probably lead by Ansem (the Heartless) yeah, and he opened it. The Heartless knew to do this also because Xehanort before he gave himself to the Darkness let out a Shadow and followed it to the door and opened it. This reconnected the world of Radiant Gardens, opening it up and is why later King Mickey showed up, but also sadly opened it to Darkness as well. Riku was duped to opening the door so that he could 'go to other places' because all worlds were apparently sealed at one time. DiZ in the 'real' Ansem Reports makes a comment there that he was not sure how Xehanort opened the door but did not really go into it much. Presumably because he may have at one time been a Keyblade Wielder he was able to, just as Riku was able to on his world, even without a Keyblade. Xehanort in the Ansem Reports he wrote was not 'sure' she was a Princess but obviously felt something was odd about her and that the Princesses of Heart were connected to the Keyblades and to the Hearts of worlds (or to Kingdom Hearts) and so this is why he sent her. He felt she was a Princess though he was not totally assured of it, so yeah, sent her off to 'other worlds' through interspace as they call it in Kingdom Hearts. She ended up on Destiny Islands and that's how he found Riku...and then in the cave met Sora as well.
I feel bad for the girl but in the end I also have to say that the parents should have done a better job of encouraging her to make 'real life' friends instead of being on Myspace, which she should not have been on in the first place. I could see someone younger than 14 being on there but really...they should have an account that only allows 'friends' by the parents then. It's a nasty trick on the part of the other mother, because she created 'Josh' and she should obviously feel more guilty than she does too, but we can't force that sort of thing. The parents of Megan are attempting to get more strict laws attached to the internet etc for harassment and all, but in the end, they violated the 'law' of Myspace allowing this girl on there in the first place. The girl also had a state of depression and some other disorders that would suggest to me that she should not have been on myspace flirting with a boy any way. This is very sad and all but in seriousness, without placing blame on 'anyone' really nothing can be done. The parents becoming activists now is just plain ironic when they were defying a rule that was obviously there for a reason.
lol, I am calm. I just had to make a stance there. I have no idea why anyone would ever think Marluxia and bad@ss are synonymous. However...cookies. Thanks!
Yeah, Riku would probably be more Twilight which well...works for Light and Dark. I think now he even has a potential to be more powerful than he was before with the powers of Ansem.
I do agree that Xigbar and King Mickey should have been on there. Marluxia was NOTHING of a bad@ss though. I have no idea why he would -ever- come to anyone's mind as one. And hear me out before slamming it as a hating issue. Let's look at the major factoid why Marflunkzia failz. It's not because he has pink hair and a pink scythe and all that is the usual issue people will bring up, along with his little cute flower petals and declarations of his sexuality. Trust me, whatever side of the fence you sit on when examining Marluxia, it doesn't matter. No, the reason is because he's a -coward- and a pansy. The guy was hiding behind a girl several inches shorter than him to avoid Axel and the coup de grace when Sora came in, telling him that Axel is going to kill Namine and then running off so Axel has to face Sora. Then he's hiding behind her again when it came to Sora...and oh the suspense...he's going to have Namine do what she did to Riku Replica to put out Sora...and then Repliku appears and slices through him ...and then...we find out it's a freaking Replica??!! Then when you finally get to the real one he's what?!! On another huge Nobody??!! How...just how is this man -anything- of a bad@ss? Love him all you want if you but da-aymn...just no.
Hmm, I am curious though on that if someone 'reps' you and you receive no points, how -are- they doing it? When I am out of rep points it says that I have no rep points remaining to hand out in some way that I cannot recall the actual wording. So if we get such a warning, how is it some can give out 0? Can you give out 0 if that is all you have each day?
If you had one place to choose to live in the world and it could be anywhere and you'd have the 'luxuries' of the region, where would it be?
Hmm, well I've went through all Ansem Reports too and cannot find anything that says the Keyblade 'alone' can destroy Heartless. I could swear there was 'something' that indicated that but now I will have to play the game again because otherwise there is nothing to support that. Since it is unlikely without evidence, I'd gather that instead, the Keyblade does send them back to where they should go, but at the same time perhaps any "Magical" weapon also can do so. Heartless are attracted to the Keyblade and the Keyblade wielder's heart but after reading the Ansem reports entirely again (both games), and looking about, I am not sure why in the end Xemnas then 'needed' Sora and Roxas. The best guess I can give is that not only can the Keyblade destroy the Heartless, but the Heartless come out to get at the Keyblade and wielder and are drawn to their power. So, it's kind of like putting up a bug light to kill bugs faster rather than going about swatting them by hand.
Goofy was searching for Ansem still ..in the corners, out the window...over the ledge...around the bend. I dunno. I would suppose he was where the camera wasn't.
I believe this thread should be closed as well for the flaming issues.
